    The objectives of this research are: (1) to investigate and analiyze the effect of leadership style, job satisfaction and organizational commitment simultaneously on personnel performance at Witaponda Subdistrict Head Office, Morowali Regency, (2) to investigate and analyze the effect of leadership style on personnel performance, (3) to investigate and analyze the effect job satisfaction on personnel performance, (4) to investigate and analyze the effect of organizational commitment on personnel performance. This is a descriptive causal research to investigate the interrelationship among variables involving 33 samples which have been determined using census method. Base on the result of multiple linear regression, it is found that : (1) leadership style, job satisfaction and organizational commitment simultaneously perform positive and significant effect on personnel performance at Witaponda Subdistrict Head Office, Morowali Regency, (2) leadership style performs positive and significant effect on personnel performance, (3) job satisfaction perform positive and significant effect on personnel performance, (4) organizational commitment perform positive and significant effect on personnel performance

    This research is conducted in the Governance of Central Sulawesi Province in accordance with the economic growth, investment and employment by using qualitative-descriptive analysis in order to explain the datas which are related to. The economic growth is able to be only measured from the PDRB or PDB (product domestic bruto) of Central Sulawesi while the investment will consider the use of capital for many sectors and the employment is divided into autonomous employment and not-working labor. The result of this research shows that the economic growth which is based on the bruto regional domestic income has a firm relation to the investment, the better economic growth then the better investment atmosphere in the local area. Moreover, the economic growth has an impact to the absorption of employment in Central Sulawesi

    The Role of Investment on Social Welfare, Economic Growth, and Labor Absorption: Cases in Mineral Mining Areas

    The main objective of the development of a country is to realize social welfare or what is commonly termed prosperity. Investment is seen as one of the key drivers in creating social welfare. Another opinion is that prosperity will be realized when there is an improvement (growth) in the economy, and welfare will be created when people have jobs (in this study it is proportionate to labor absorption). This study analyzes the role of investment in creating social welfare for the community through economic growth and employment. Using a quantitative approach to test the theory with an explanatory design. Using secondary data that is a time series for the period 2006-2020. Data were analyzed using depth analysis techniques. The results of the analysis found that investment is considered to play a role in social welfare, economic growth, and employment. Next, that economic growth and employment have not been able to play a role in the social welfare of the community. Finally, that investment plays a role in social welfare both through economic growth and through employment
