    S M A Rashidul Hasan (1932-1971) had his early education at the historic Bhabta Azizia Madrasah in the district of Murshidabad in India. In 1947 he completed his secondary education from the same Madrasah. At that time his elder brother Toyob Ali was the first secretary to the British High Commissioner in Dhaka, so Rashidul Hasan then moved to Dhaka to continue his education under his guardianship. In 1949 he completed his IA (Intermediate in Arts) degree from Dhaka Islamia Intermediate College. He then took admission at Dhaka University and completed his BA (Honours) and MA in English literature in 1952 and 1954 respectively. But circumstances did not allow him to stay in his birthplace, West Bengal. In order to regain his Indian citizenship, he surrendered his Pakistani passport – which he happened to have because of his stayal in East Pakistan after the partition of 1947 – to the government of West Bengal. For a long period of eight years, Rashidul Hasan relentlessly tried to regain his Indian nationality and went from door to door in government offices, but on different excuses West Bengal government delayed and finally rejected his application. Frustrated and utterly betrayed, in 1967 he resolved to come back to Dhaka and his wife complied. Rashidul Hasan’s second spate of sufferings began in 1971; but this time it took a vicious turn and ended his life. He was killed by the Pakistani army during the conflict that gave birth to Bangladesh. Thus the life of Rashidul Hasan bears the brunt of the two major political upheavals of the region: the partition of 1947 and Bangladesh’s war of independence in 1971

    Skripsi ini meneliti beberapa masalah yaitu : (1). Biografi KH. Mohammad Hasan. (2). Sejarah Tarekat Naqsyabandiyah Di Pondok Pesantren Zainul Hasan Genggong (3). Peran KH. Mohammad Hasan Dalam Mengembangkan Tarekat Naqsyabandiyah Di Pondok Pesantren Zainul Hasan Genggong. Untuk bisa menjawab permasalahan tersebut, penulis menggunakan metode historis untuk mendeskripsikan Peran KH. Mohammad Hasan dalam mengembangkan Tarekat Naqsyabandiyah di Pesantren Zainul Hasan Genggong, Pajarakan, Probolinggo yaitu melalui tahap Heuristik, Kritik Sumber, Interpretasi, dan Historiografi. Dalam skripsi ini menggunakan pendekatan historis untuk mengungkapkan kronologis bagaimana peristiwa masa lampau terjadi. Adapun teori yang digunakan dalam skripsi ini adalah challenge (tantangan) dan response (jawaban) milik Arnold J. Toynbee yang menguraikan tentang Peran KH. Mohammad Hasan dalam mengembangkan Tarekat Naqsyabandiyah di Pesantren Zainul Hasan Genggong, Pajarakan, Probolinggo. Dari penelitian yang dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa: Pertama, KH. Mohammad Hasan bin Syamsuddin bin Qoiduddin dilahirkan pada tanggal 27 Rajab 1259 H / 1840 M, di Desa Sentong Kecamatan Krejengan Kabupaten Probolinggo. Ayahnya bernama Syamsuddin bin Qoiduddin, ibunya bernama Khadijah. Beliau wafat pada tanggal 11 Syawal 1374 H / 11 Juni 1955 M. Kedua, Tarekat Naqsyabandiyah adalah suatu tarekat yang diambil dari nama pendiri yaitu Syaikh Muhammad Baha’uddin Naqsyaband yang hidup pada tahun (717-791 H). KH. Mohammad Hasan mendapatkan ajaran ini dan dibaiat langsung oleh Kiai Achmad Jazuli Utsman Ploso Kediri. Ketiga, Setelah tarekat naqsyabandiyah diterapkan di lingkungan Pondok Pesantren Zainul Hasan Genggong, KH. Mohammad Hasan tiada henti-hentinya memberikan arahan serta membimbing jamaah Tarekat untuk selalu berdzikir pada Allah SWT. oleh karena itu masyarakat merespon dengan baik dengan mengikuti kegiatan-kegiatan yang telah ditetapkan oleh Mursyid

Hasan Boduroglu (MEF Author)Mevcut yapıların deprem performans, risk ve güçlendirme analizlerinde, yanındaki yapı ile olan ilişkisini uygun modelleme teknikleri ile analiz aşamasının içine dâhil ederek, sonuçların tekbaşına analiz edilmiş binalara göre olan farklılıklarını incelemek önemli bir konu olarak ortaya çıkmaktadır. Bu çalışmada, literatürdeki komşu binaların birbirleri ile olan etkileşim modelleri, statik itme analizi ve doğrusal olmayan hesap yöntemleri, deprem ivme kayıtlarının bir veri tabanından alınması ve tasarım spektrumuna göre ölçeklenmesi, zaman tanım alanına göre hesap yöntemi, hareket denkleminin Newmark-b yöntemi ile sayısal çözümü ve kırılganlık eğrileri ile bina performans seviyelerinin belirlenmesi konuları incelenmiştir. Bitişik (komşu) ve birbirine benzer binaların, deprem performanslarının birbirileri ile olan etkileşimli ve deprem yönüne göre değişen bir şekilde yapı blokları olarak ele alınıp, hasar görebilirlik-kırılganlık eğrileri yönünden değerlendirilmeleri incelenmiş ve binaların ayrı ayrı analiz edildikleri duruma göre daha farklı sonuçlar verdiği tespit edilmiştir.The performance-based analysis for the low-storey building type structures are generally carried out, as those buildings were isolated single standing buildings with no interaction with adjacent buildings. Incorporating the interaction of the adjacent buildings in seismic performance and risk (retrofitting) analysis by using proper modelling techniques seems important by means of obtaining the deviation of the results from the conventional analysis results of isolated single modelled structures. Literature review has been carried out for the following topics; adjacent building models, push-over analysis, earthquake acceleration, time series database analysis and scaled records, time history analysis of equation of motion with Newmark-beta method and fragility curves for building performance levels. The aim of this study is the evaluation of vulnerability risk via fragility curves for seismic performance of adjacent buildings as interacting structures.     The political struggle of the Acehnese people is basically continuous. Tengku Hasan M. di Tiro as a political fighter figure besides that he is also a thinkerfighter. To conduct a study of the figure, it can be seen from the approach or pattern and period of the political struggle he carried out. This study aims to explain how is the short biography of Tengku Hasan M. di Tiro?, How is Tengku Hasan M. di Tiro's non-cooperative attitude towards the Indonesian government?, and Why did Tengku Hasan M. di Tiro's Nationalist Thought change into Integrative Nationalism?. This thesis research is of a political history nature using a historical method consisting of four stages, namely heuristics, verification, interpretation, and historiography process. Furthermore, this study uses a historical approach. To answer this question, the author uses Ibn Khaldun's Ashabiyah theory and is assisted by Sayyid Abul A'la al Maududi's theory of Islamic thought history focusing on the concept of an Islamic state. The results obtained from the study indicate that in his youth Tengku Hasan M. di Tiro was an Indonesian Nationalist, was cooperative and had high hopes for the welfare of Indonesia and Aceh in particular. Acehnese Nationalism initiated by Tengku Hasan M. di Tiro was not born suddenly when the Independent State of Aceh Sumatra was proclaimed in 1976 and in the years after. This idea has been around since 1965. The root cause of the birth of Acehnese nationalism is the economic and political issues of the state ideology, economic and political issues combined with aspirations, ideology, disappointment, ambition, and interests. This Acehnese Nationalism idea became his non-cooperative attitude towards the Indonesian government. Although Hasan Tiro's desire to make Aceh a country has not yet been realized, when a peace agreement was made between the Free Aceh Movement and the Republic of Indonesia through the Helsinki MoU on August 15, 2005. Acehnese nationalism has been integrated with Indonesian nationalism (Integrative Nationalism) especially in the form of Law Number 11 of 2006 concerning the Government of Aceh, also known as the Aceh Government Law (UUPA) the result of the Helsinki MoU between GAM and the Republic of Indonesia in the form of special and specific Acehnese government

    Maneuver-based Anchor Trajectory Hypotheses at Roundabouts

    Predicting future behavior of the surrounding vehicles is crucial for self-driving platforms to safely navigate through other traffic. This is critical when making decisions like crossing an unsignalized intersection. We address the problem of vehicle motion prediction in a challenging roundabout environment by learning from human driver data. We extend existing recurrent encoder-decoder models to be advantageously combined with anchor trajectories to predict vehicle behaviors on a roundabout. Drivers’ intentions are encoded by a set of maneuvers that correspond to semantic driving concepts. Accordingly, our model employs a set of maneuver-specific anchor trajectories that cover the space of possible outcomes at the roundabout. The proposed model can output a multimodal distribution over the predicted future trajectories based on the maneuver-specific anchors. We evaluate our model using the public RounD dataset and the experiment results show the effectiveness of the proposed maneuver-based anchor regression in improving prediction accuracy, reducing the average RMSE to 28% less than the best baseline. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi belum maksimalnya perkembangan Produk Qardhul Hasan di Bank Kalsel Syariah Cabang Banjarmasin padahal sesungguhnya menurut amanat UU No.21 Tahun 2008 Bank Syariah memiliki fungsi sosial. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui 2 hal, yaitu: Pertama, mekanisme pengumpulan dan penyaluran Qardhul Hasan pada Bank Kalsel Syariah Cabang Banjarmasin. Kedua, efektivitas pembiayaan Qardhul Hasan pada Bank Kalsel Syariah Cabang Banjarmasin. Jenis penelitian ini adalah field research, adapun sifat penelitan ini adalah penelitian kualitatif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan Bank Kalsel dan objek penelitian ini adalah pembiayaan produk Qardhul Hasan pada Bank Kalsel Cabang Banjarmasin. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini adalah dengan metode wawancara langsung kepada para responden. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa mekanisme dilakukan dari mengumpulkan dana sumbangan dari karyawan Bank Kalsel dan juga dari nasabah. Adapun dana tersebut dikelola oleh Badan Pengelola ZIS, setelah itu dana yang terkumpul merupakan modal untuk dana kebajikan yang disalurkan melalui Produk Qardhul Hasan. Adapun prakteknya dapat dikatakan berjalan efektif dikaitkan dengan strategi dan manajemen yaitu terpenuhinya pemenuhan prinsip syariah, pemenuhan terhadap prinsip kehati-hatian, pemenuha terhadap sistem perbankan syariah yang kompetitif, pemenuhan terhadap tercapainya stabilitas sistemik serta terealisasinya kemanfaatan bagi masyarakat
