PENERAPAN ETIKA BISNIS ISLAM TERHADAP JUAL BELI PAKAIAN BEKAS IMPOR DITOKO SANDANG MURAH BOJONEGORO
No full textClothing is a community need that is used for their daily activities. Fashion and lifestyle that are increasingly developing encourage people to show their identity, this has led to rampant sales of imported used clothing and increasingly high business competition. For this reason, business ethics in accordance with Islam and syari'ah rules are very important to be considered in carrying out business activities in this case buying and selling. This type of research is a type of empirical juridical research and uses the socio-legal research method. The data source, primary data, comes from primary data (sourced from direct questions and answers in the field), secondary (reading books or documents) and tertiary (dictionaries). The location that is the place of research is at the Bojonegoro Cheap Clothing store in Bojonegoro Regency. The results of this study indicate that the trading practices carried out by traders or business actors in terms of Islamic business related to buying and selling have been fulfilled, while the buying and selling requirements have not been fulfilled. And if there is one of the pillars or the conditions in the sale and purchase are not met, the sale and purchase is canceled. Meanwhile, the application of Islamic business ethics has been well implemented by traders such as the principles of justice, free will, and honesty, while the principles of responsibility and devotion have not been applied by the seller. Therefore, buying and selling must be really paid attention to so that the sale and purchase is valid and in accordance with the Islamic laws and regulations.

Fashion dan gaya hidup yang semakin berkembang mendorong masyarakat untuk menunjukkan identitas dirinya, hal itu yang menyebabkan maraknya penjualan pakaian bekas impor serta persaingan usaha yang semakin tinggi. Untuk itu etika bisnis yang sesuai dengan Islam serta aturan-aturan syari’ah sangat penting diperhatikan dalam melaksanakan kegiatan berbisnis dalam hal ini jual beli. Jenis penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian yuridis empiris dan menggunakan metode sosio-legal research. Adapun sumber datanya, bersumber dari data primer bersumber dari data primer (bersumber dari tanya jawab langsung dilapangan), sekunder (buku-buku bacaan atau dokumen) dan tersier (kamus-kamus). Lokasi yang menjadi tempat penelitian adalah di toko Sandang Murah Bojonegoro yang berada di Kabupaten Bojonegoro. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa praktek jual beli yang dilakukan pedagang atau pelaku usaha di lihat dari bisnis Islam terkait rukun jual beli sudah terpenuhi, sedangkan syarat jual beli ada yang belum terpenuhi. Dan jika ada salah satu dari rukun ataupun syarat dalam jual beli tidak terpenuhi maka jual beli tersebut menjadi batal. Sedangkan penerapan etika bisnis secara Islam sudah ada yang diterapkan dengan baik oleh pedagang seperti halnya prinsip keadilan, kehendak bebas, dan kejujuran sedangkan prinsip tanggung jawab dan ketaqwaan masih belum di terapkan oleh penjual. Oleh karenanya jual beli harus benar-benar di perhatiakan agar jual-beli yang dilakukan menjadi sah dan sesuai syariat ketentuan Islam itu sendiri.

Get PDFThis research analyzes the strategies employed by wives in Rejoagung Village to maintain family harmony while navigating long-distance relationships due to their husbands working away from home. The study adopts a qualitative method with a case study approach, conducting in-depth interviews with five informants. The findings reveal that regular communication through phone calls, video calls, and text messages serves as the primary strategy to sustain emotional connection. Trust, moral support, and celebrating important moments such as birthdays also strengthen relationships, albeit virtually. These findings are examined within the framework of Al-Ghazali’s thought, particularly the concept of maslahah mursalah, which aligns with the principles of maqasid al-shariah. Communication strategies are associated with hifz al-nafs (protection of the soul), while trust and moral support relate to hifz al-nasl (protection of progeny) and hifz al-mal (protection of wealth). The study concludes that Islamic principles remain relevant in guiding Muslim families to address modern challenges such as long-distance relationships by applying shariah values that are both flexible and grounded in maqasid al-shariah
Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis

counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

Get PDF“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis

We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Note that the objective for the hut study was to evaluate the IRS treatment applications for residual efficacy against Anopheles mosquitoes, including the local An. coluzzii mosquito population. Cows were only used to attract mosquitoes into the huts and no tests were carried out directly on the cows. The author checklist is intended for use with studies where experiments are carried out on animals, which is why we have had such difficulty in completing this for the hut study, as many of the questions do not relate to how the cows were used
