    ABSTRAKSI: Pembayaran elektronik sekarang sudah menjadi seperti gaya hidup dan kebutuhan bagi sebagian masyarakat, terutama masyarakat perkotaan yang menginginkan pola bertransaksi yang praktis dan cepat. Dengan berkembangnya teknologi di bidang jaringan internet, suatu proses pembelian dan pembayaran melalui internet sudah bukan hal yang asing lagi. Masalah terpenting dalam jaringan komputer adalah masalah keamanan data yang dikirimkan. Pelaku kejahatan memanfaatkan celah keamanan yang ada untuk dimasuki dan melakukan manipulasi data. Pihak penjahat itu bisa saja berniat untuk sekedar mencari tahu saja, atau juga bisa mencuri berbagai macam hal seperti uang, data rahasia, dll. Secure Socket Layer (SSL) merupakan suatu protokol yang telah dikembangkan dan dipergunakan untuk mengatasi permasalahan keamanan yang mengancam proses transaksi menggunakan jaringan internet. SSL didukung pula dengan penyediaan fasilitas enkripsi yang cukup memadai dan dilengkapi dengan sebuah proses handshaking dan pengiriman data yang cukup aman untuk mengatasi berbagai kejahatan jaringan internet yang ada. Dengan adanya kejahatan cyber yang berkembang di jaringan internet, maka tugas akhir ini akan menganalisa sistem keamanan yang mampu disediakan oleh sistem tersebut, meliputi simulasi serangan dan juga analisa yang disusun berdasarkan referensi yang sudah ada. Sistem keamanan yang diimplementasikan ternyata bisa memenuhi parameter-parameter keamanan internet yaitu confidentiality, authority, authentication, integrity, dan non-repudiation. Sistem dengan protokol SSL ini juga sanggup mengantisipasi simulasi serangan man-in-the-middle dan juga masih aman terhadap serangan brute-force dalam waktu beberapa tahun ke depan. Kelemahan yang bisa diketahui dari sistem ini adalah masih rentan terhadap serangan denial of service, yang bisa membuat performa jaringan server menjadi sangat sibuk, dan bisa membuat kegagalan dalam transaksi rata-rata sebesar 2,31 % dari 15000 simulasi transaksi.Kata Kunci : enkripsi, pembayaran elektronik, keamanan jaringan, SSLABSTRACT: Electronic payment has now become a life style and needs for some community, especially for urban society that expect a practical and fast transaction. Within the development in technology in the computer network, especially with the existence of internet access, an online payment is now become popular. Even people now can use this online service to buy things from other country with only use their personal computer connected on internet access. The most important thing in computer network is the security in sending data, there are so many cyber crimes we had heard from any media. Criminals use the security fissure to be interrupted and then doing some data manipulations. Those criminals may just want to look at something, or may steal anything like money, secret data, etc. Secure Socket Layer (SSL) is a protocol that is developed and used to prevent the security problems that could threat transaction process through internet access. SSL is supported also with a good encryption facility and also completed with a secure handshaking and data transfer to solve the existence of internet network crime. Within the existence of cyber crime in the internet, so this final project will analyze the security system that is provided by the system, including attack simulation and analysis that is compiled based on the exist references. The implemented security system is able to provide the security parameters, they are confidentiality, authority, authentication, integrity, and non-repudiation. The SSL protocol is also able to anticipate man-in-the-middle attack simulation and still secure enough from brute-force attack in the next several years. The weakness of the system is the susceptibility from denial of service attack, that could make the network performance of the server is being very busy, and could make 2,31 % transaction failure from 15000 transaction simulation.Keyword: encryption, electronic payment, network security, SS

    ABSTRAKSI: Penyelenggaraan jaringan USO (Universal Service Obligation) PT.X di wilayah WPUT 6,7,8 dan 9 memiliki tantangan tersendiri dibandingkan dengan WPUT yang lain, yakni selain wilayahnya yang banyak terdiri dari hutan, kontur daerah yang bervariasi, dan juga terdiri dari kepulauan. Daerah USO merupakan daerah yang tidak mempunyai potensi ekonomi (setidaknya potensinya kurang daripada daerah yang lainnya), untuk itu diperlukan perencanaan yang matang dalam melakukan konfigurasi jaringan yang akan dipergunakan.Bahwa dengan penyelenggaraan layanan telekomunikasi di daerah USO yang kurang memiliki potensi ekonomi untuk perusahaan, dan juga dengan kondisi bahwa perusahaan terkait merupakan penyelenggara yang belum mempunyai infrastruktur akses pada daerah tersebut, maka diperlukan suatu perencanaan yang matang dengan berbagai pertimbangan investasi dan kebutuhan operasional perusahaan.Dari metodologi yang dilakukan, tujuan pembahasan yang ingin diperoleh adalah untuk menganalisa kelayakan bisnis dan jaringan USO PT.X di daerah WPUT 6, 7, 8 dan 9, serta mendapatkan konfigurasi jaringan. Sesuai dengan filosofi pemerintah dalam program USO adalah untuk memeratakan jaringan dan layanan telekomunikasi agar bisa dinikmati oleh seluruh masyarakat Indonesia, yakni layanan telekomunikasi dengan harga yang affordable dan bisa mendukung dan meningkatkan ekonomi masyarakat terutama masyarakat pedesaan.Dari hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan, maka penyelenggaraan USO yang dimenangkan dan digelar oleh PT.X tidak akan layak bila dilakukan pengamatan dalam 5 (lima) tahun masa kontrak, namun layak selama periode 5 tahun 5 bulan dengan Net Present Value sebesar 169 Milyar.Kata Kunci : USO, WPUTABSTRACT: USO (Universal Service Obligation) that is handled by PT.X in area Sulawesi, Maluku and Papua has its high challenge since the area is consists of islands, and separated by seas, an there are many other that is a very remote area in the middle of jungle. USO village is tipically a non-economic village, thus it is important to have a good planning on its network designing and also business strategy.To provide USO service in USO Village, PT.X know that it will not bring many profit unless the subsidy given by government, thus it is important to conduct a study to plan the investment and operational necessity.From the methodology, the aim of this thesis is to analyze business and network feasibility of USO in the areas, and also to get the network configuration. In line with the government philosophy to give information media to all of inhabitants, that USO service has to be very affordable and could improve economic power to villager.From the result, can be conclude that USO is not feasible to be established in 5 (five) years contract period, but it is feasible in 5 years and 5 months with NPV 169 billion RupiahsKeyword: USO, WPU

    Performance Analysis and Automatic Prototype Aquaponic of System Design Based on Internet of Things (IoT) using MQTT Protocol

    The Aquaponic is a farming system which need attention because their system will mutually influence each other. Then using IoT technologies, can be made aquaponic that can automatically control and monitoring the aquaponic. The prototype using nodeMCU as a microcontroller, and for communication the system using MQTT protocol and android application as a user interface. The purpose of this research is to provide convenience for aquaponic user to be able to control remotely. In addition, this research aim is to analysis the QoS performance of the prototype. This research uses 2 scenario testing, there is with changing the distance between sensor nodes and access point, and testing the system in a normal state. Based on the results of the testing that has been done, the farther the distance range of the sensors node with access point then declining system performance. But in the normal state test, the median value of the mean delay was 0.10512s and the median value average throughput was 566 Bytes/s. In addition the median value also obtained the mean availability and realibility system that is 98.258% and 98.204%.     Performance Evaluation of Soil Substance Measurement System in Garlic Plant based on Internet of Things with Mesh Topology Network Scenario

    The high consumption followed by low production makes the government have to import garlic to meet domestic needs every year. To help increase garlic yields, a system designed to facilitate the process of measuring Nitrogen (N), Phosphorus (P), Potassium (K) content on plantation land in realtime using NPK sensor and nodemcu as microcontrollers and peovide the connectivity of realtime information using mesh topology. This system is an Internet of Things (IoT) based network, where internet connectivity is used to exchange information with each other with the objects around it. The result of the design of this system is a device to measure each element of N, P, and K as well as fertility status based on NPK values that have been obtained. And, with the IoT feature and mesh topology built in this device, the measurement data and whether or not the device works can be monitored easily through an android application that has been made on a smartphone. The mesh topology that built in this device is using painlessmesh library where the network built on the system is a true ad-hoc network, meaning that no-planning, central controller, or router is required.  Any system of 1 or more nodes will self-organize into fully functional mesh. We conclude that the accuracy of the measurement data compared to the NPK meter analog (Doctor Plant) is above 90%. Based on the durability test of the device and the system using Xiaomi's power bank of 5000mAh, the device and the system work well for 30 hours without any problems. Moreover, the accuracy of the data measured and uploaded to the database is no error with a 100% compatibility rate.

    Design and Analysis of Trash Monitoring System Prototype Based On Internet of Things (IoT) Using MQTT Protocol

    On this research, Internet of Things (IoT) as an advanced technology is used to monitor the height of trash from a trash can in order to give notification whether the height of trash is already reaching the maximum height limit or not. To support those needs, we used NodeMCU as a microcontroller, ultrasonic sensor, MQTT as IoT protocol, and Android to display the data. After we did the system performance test, we had the biggest result of end-to-end delay which was 2.06875 seconds when the packet delivery was set to 1000 ms with 3 active nodes and the smallest result of end-to-end delay which was 0.26055 seconds when the packet delivery was set to 100 ms with 1 active node. The biggest result of throughput was 597.17 Bytes/s when the packet delivery was set to 100 ms with 1 active node and the smallest result of throughput was 75.86 Bytes/s when the packet delivery was set to 1000 ms with 3 active nodes.     Performance Analysis of the Differences Restricted Access Window (RAW) on IEEE 802.11ah Standard with Enhanced Distributed Channel Access (EDCA)

    IEEE 802.11 standard is a WLAN (Wireless LAN) standard that has been used in all over the world. IEEE 802.11ah is the newer technology that designed to supports Internet of Things (IoT) and Machine-to-machine Communication (M2M). IEEE 802.11ah has a feature called Restricted Access Window (RAW) that capable to reduce power usage and have satisfying Quality of Service (QoS). In this research, Enhanced Distributed Channel Access (EDCA) is also applied. Same as RAW, EDCA also be able to affect QoS by modified the MAC Layer in 802.11 standard. This research used 3 different scenarios for RAW parameters: Modifying the number of RAW Group, Modifying the number of RAW Slot, and Comparing 2 Datamode. The EDCA Parameters that used in this research were: Contention Window and Arbitrary inter-frame Spacing Number. The values that expected to be the output in this research are: Delay, Throughput, Packet Delivery Ratio, Availability, and Reliability. After the research has been simulated, the results are: First, the lowest of average delay was Ngroup = 1, the highest of PDR was Ngroup = Nsta/2, and the highest of Throughput was Ngroup = Nsta/2. Second, the lowest of average delay was RAW Slot = 6, the highest of PDR were RAW Slot = 3 and 4, and the highest of Throughput was RAW Slot = 4. Third, the lowest of average delay was Datamode 3,9 Mbps BW 2 MHz, the highest of PDR was Dat mode 3,9 Mbps BW 2 MHz, and the highest of Throughput was Datamode 3,9 Mbps BW 2 MHz.     Performance Evaluation and Comparison of Scheduling Algorithms on 5G Networks using Network Simulator

    In this research, we compared the Round Robin (RR) and the Proportional Fair (PF) algorithms for different user equipment density scenarios using voice and video traffic, to evaluate the key impact on performance of 5G mmwave network. This research simulated on NS3.27 with an integrated mmwave module. Based on the result, we found that the RR is a good choice for voice traffic. It has a throughput of 3.65% better than PF with similar fairness index. On the other hand, we found that the PF is the right choice for video traffic due to has better result for throughput. It has a throughput of 1.24% better than RR. For fairness index round robin has better result for voice and video traffic

    Background: Per definition, sepsis is a life-threatening condition caused by abnormality or dysfunctionality of host-response to an infection, mostly with bacteria etiology. One of the most used biomarkers for organ dysfunction is serum lactate level, in which the higher the value is, may translate into higher risk for such dysfunction. The role of fluid therapy in sepsis condition during one hour bundle phase is unquestionably essential, ruling to resuscitate an individual within 20-30 cc/kgbw though the most optimal dose is yet to be determined. Objective: To analyze the influence in pre-loading dose of 20 cc/kgbw and 3 cc/kgbw after one hour bundle phase to the lactate level among individual with sepsis in Haji Adam Malik General Hospital. Method: This study use randomized clinical trial model with double blinding method. After receiving approval from ethical committee of Universitas Sumatera Utara, the author included 36 individuals with sepsis, in which further classified into 2 different groups i.e., group 1 (20 cc/kgbw) vs. group 2 (30 cc/kgbw). The results were processed by using SPSS software. Results: There is not any difference in lactate level 6 hours after fluid administration (p=0,002). Nevertheless, there is a significant difference (P<0,05) in lactate clearance rate as observed in group 1 (32,55 ± 30,69 mmol/L) vs. group 2 (-15,62 ± 50,62 mmol/L). Conclusion: The fluid administration dose of 20 cc/kgbw is more recommended to achieve higher and more optimalized lactate clearance rate in this study.115 HalamanTesis Magiste
