Peran Buya Gusrizal Gazahar di Majelis Ulama Indonesia Sumatra Barat
Full text linkAbstrakMUI Sumatra Barat masa kepemimpinan Buya Gusrizal Gazahar memahami pergolakan dan perubahan sosial seperti perubahan. Masa kepemimpinnya di Majelis Ulama Indonesia (MUI) Sumatera Barat memberikan perubahan bagi masyarakat Sumbar termasuk perannya dalam mengikuti permasalahan isu-isu sosial, politik dan agama di lingkungan masyarakat. Tujuan penelitian ini yakni mendeskripsikan awal pembentukan Majelis Ulama Indonesia Sumatera Barat, mendeskripsikan biografi dan gaya kepemimpinan dari Buya Gusrizal Gazahar di Majelis Ulama Indonesia Sumatra Barat dan menjelaskan Kontribusi Buya Gusrizal Gazahar sebagai ketua Majelis Ulama Indonesia Sumatra Barat. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Penelitian deskriptif adalah penelitian diarahkan untuk memberikan gejala-gejala, fakta-fakta atau peristiwa-peristiwa secara sistematis dan akurat, mengenai sifat-sifat populasi atau daerah tertentu. Hasil penelitian dalam artikel ini, yaitu pertama, majelis Ulama Indonesia Sumatera Barat telah terbentuk sebelum pendirian Majelis Ulama Indonesia Pusat. Kedua, Buya Gusrizal Gazahar merupakan seorang cendekiawan dalam ilmu keagaamaan Islam karena keluarga dan lingkungannya adalah lingkungan religius dan akademis hingga ia menyelesaikan studi masternya. Gaya kepemimpinan Buya Gusrizal Gazahar dinilai prestisius dalam Majelis Ulama Indonesia Sumatera Barat, karena ia memiliki sifat tegas, konsisten, jujur, cerdas dan responsibel dalam kempemimpinnya di Majelis Ulama Indonesia Sumatera Barat. Ketiga, kontribusinya bagi MUI Sumbar memberikan dampak positif terhadap masyarakat karena ia selalu memberikan responsif dan tegas terhadap permasalahan muncul di lingkungan masyarakat.
AbstractThe West Sumatra MUI during the leadership of Buya Gusrizal Gazahar understood social upheaval and change as change. His tenure at the Indonesian Ulama Council (MUI) of West Sumatra brought changes to the people of West Sumatra, including his role in following social, political and religious issues in the community. The purpose of this study is to describe the early formation of the West Sumatran Indonesian Ulema Council, to describe the biography and leadership style of Buya Gusrizal Gazahar at the Indonesian Ulama Council of West Sumatra and to explain the contribution of Buya Gusrizal Gazahar as chairman of the Indonesian Ulama Council of West Sumatra. This type of research is descriptive using a qualitative approach. Descriptive research is research directed at providing symptoms, facts or events systematically and accurately, regarding the characteristics of a particular population or area. The results of the research in this article, namely first, the Indonesian Ulama Council of West Sumatra was formed before the establishment of the Central Indonesian Ulama Council. Second, Buya Gusrizal Gazahar is a scholar in Islamic religious science because his family and environment are religious and academic environments until he completes his master\u27s studies. Buya Gusrizal Gazahar\u27s leadership style is considered prestigious in the Indonesian Ulama Council of West Sumatra, because he is firm, consistent, honest, intelligent and responsible in his leadership at the Indonesian Ulama Council of West Sumatra. Third, his contribution to the Indonesian Ulama Council of West Sumatra has a positive impact on the community because he is always responsive and firm to problems that arise in the community

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Hikmah Pentingnya Puasa Daud Dalam Buku “ Dahsyatnya Puasa Daud Karya Ahmad Rifai Rifan”. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian studi pustaka (library research). Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan studi dokumentasi yaitu dengan cara mengumpulkan buku-buku, jurnal, laporan penenlitian. Analisis data menggunakan analisis isi (content analysis) yang berhubungan dengan isi yang terdapat dalam buku Dahsyatnya Puasa Daud. Hasil temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Hikmah Pentingnya Puasa Daud Dalam Buku “ Dahsyatnya Puasa Daud Karya Ahmad Rifai Rifan adalah; Bahwa puasa Daud adalah puasa sunnah yang utama dianjurkan oleh Rasulullah serta puasa yang disukai Allah swt. Keutamaan dan hikmah puasa Daud adalah ini dapat memepercepat terkabulnya hajat, kesehatan yang lebih, rezki yang tak disangka-sangka, mudah dapat jodoh, dan melahirkan karakter mulia, menutup kekurangan-kekurangan ibadah wajib dan membentuk pribadi seseorang menjadi insan yang senantiasa dekat dan bertakwa kepada Allah Swt.

Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
Full text linkThe present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed
Variations on the Author
Full text link“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Sosialisasi Program Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional dan Hubungannya Terhadap Pengetahuan Hak Peserta BPJS Kesehatan di Puskesmas Kota Padang
Full text linkLatar Belakang : Sosialisasi yang telah dilakukan Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional kepada masyarakat di puskesmas sebagai gate keeper pelayanan masih belum optimal. Terdapat 4 tahapan dalam sosialisasi yakni tahapan sensitisasi, publisitas, edukasi dan motivasi. Pemerintah telah menetapkan semua warga negara indonesia menjadi peserta BPJS Kesehatan, namun sampai saat ini masih banyak warga negara indonesia yang belum menjadi peserta BPJS Kesehatan.
Metode : Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian analitik observasional dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 106 responden dengan teknik consecutive sampling. Data dianalisa dengan uji Chi-Square dengan p value<0.05.
Hasil : Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa setiap tahapan sosialisasi tidak optimal dan mengakibatkan pengetahuan peserta BPJS Kesehatan rendah.
Kesimpulan : Terdapatnya hubungan antara sosialisasi program Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional terhadap pengetahuan hak peserta BPJS Kesehatan di Puskesmas Kota Padang.

ABSTRACT
Background : The socialization that has been carried out by the National Health Insurance to the community at the puskesmas as a gate keeper service is still not optimal. . There are 4 stages in the socialization namely the stages of sensitization, publicity, education and motivation. The government has set all Indonesian citizens to become BPJS Health participants, but until now there are still many Indonesian citizens who have not yet become BPJS Health participants.
Method : This research was an observational analytic study with cross sectional approach. The number of samples was 106 respondents with consecutive sampling technique. Data was analyzed with Chi-Square test with p value <0.05.
Results : The results of this study indicate that each stage of socialization was not optimal and resulted poor knowledge of BPJS Health participants .
Conclusion: There is a relationship between the socialization of the National Health Insurance program towards the knowledge of BPJS Health participants rights in the puskesmas Padang.

Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
Full text linkWe provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Dispelling the Myths Behind First-author Citation Counts
Full text linkWe conducted a full-scale evaluative citation analysis study of scholars in the XML research field to explore just how different from each other author rankings resulting from different citation counting methods actually are, and to demonstrate the capability of emerging data and tools on the Web in supporting more realistic citation counting methods. Our results contest some common arguments for the continued
use of first-author citation counts in the evaluation of scholars, such as high correlations between author rankings by first-author citation counts and other citation
counting methods, and high costs of using more realistic citation counting methods that are not well-supported by the ISI databases. No full textWe have done our best to complete the author checklist relating to the use of animals in the hut study. Note that the objective for the hut study was to evaluate the IRS treatment applications for residual efficacy against Anopheles mosquitoes, including the local An. coluzzii mosquito population. Cows were only used to attract mosquitoes into the huts and no tests were carried out directly on the cows. The author checklist is intended for use with studies where experiments are carried out on animals, which is why we have had such difficulty in completing this for the hut study, as many of the questions do not relate to how the cows were used
