Penyeleseian sengketa dalam perjanjian pembuatan karoseri bus antara PT Mekar Armada Jaya dengan Yayasan Al Azhar Kelapa Gading Jakarta / oleh Rahmadi Gunawan

(C) Halaman : vii+ 70 + 18 + 2009 (D) Kata Kunci : Penyelesaian Sengketa dengan Negosiasi (E) Isi : Perusahaan karoseri di Indonesia saat ini umumnya masih menggunakan teknik pembuatan karoseri yang konvensional, hal ini dikarenakan spesifikasi dari mobil yang dipesan konsumen kepada perusahaan karoseri sangat beragam dan dapat disesuaikan dengan keinginan pelanggan. Sengketa ini terjadi ketika Yayasan Al-Azhar melakukan perjanjian dalam pembelian satu unit bus kepada New Armada, ketika unit bus yang dipesan oleh Yayasan Al-Azhar kepada New Armada telah selesai dibuat, ternyata terjadi wanprestasi dari waktu pengiriman yang diperjanjikan dan setelah dikirimkan kepada yayasan Al-Azhar, selain itu juga ditemukan beberapa hal yang tidak sesuai harapan dan cacat sehingga tidak dapat diterima oleh Yayasan Al-Azhar yaitu pengerjaan yang dinilai tidak rapi di beberapa titik dan terdapat karat di beberapa bagian body dan hal-hal lainnya. Bagaimanakah penyelesaian sengketa antara New Armada dengan Yayasan Al-Azhar dalam perjanjian pembuatan karoseri bus?. Adapun metode penelitian yang penulis gunakan adalah Metode Penelitian Hukum Normatif. Dalam permintaan ganti rugi atau pembuatan ulang bus disini, seharusnya pihak Yayasan Al-Azhar tidak meminta hanya kepada New Armada saja, akan tetapi seharusnya sebagian dimintakan kepada pihak yang membuat chassis bus tersebut, sehingga pihak New Armada tidak dibebankan secara keseluruhan atas terjadinya cacat pada pembuatan bus ini, karena perjanjian antara Yayasan Al-Azhar dengan New Armada dan perjanjian antara Yayasan Al-Azhar dengan dealer penyedia chassis bus tidak memiliki keterkaitan antar satu dengan lainnya, berdasarkan hal yang tersebut maka akibat yang timbul dari perjanjian tersebut mengikat para pihak terbatas pada apa yang diperjanjikan masing-masing. Sebaiknya pihak Yayasan Al-Azhar Kelapa Gading tidak meminta hanya kepada New Armada saja, akan tetapi seharusnya sebagian dimintakan kepada Dealer sebagai pihak yang membuat chassis bus tersebut (F) Acuan : 20 ( 1986-2009) (G) Pembimbing : Hj. Monitoring Komunikasi Program MBKM pada Mahasiswa Universitas Al Azhar Indonesia
Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) program aims to prepare students to achieve careers in the future according to their aspirations. With MBKM, students have the opportunity to be independent in building their competencies by learning directly from practical experience in the industry in synergy with the campus academic system. This study aims to measure the quality of communication in the MBKM program, using the concepts of comprehension, conviction, and satisfaction. The research method used is descriptive quantitative, with 65 respondents participating in the MBKM Universitas Al Azhar Indonesia in 2021. The results show that students understand well the information about MBKM delivered by the supervisor and the organizing committee. They believe that the information is appropriate, clear, and correct, and have satisfaction with the MBKM information they receive.Keyword: MBKM; Monitoring; Communication quality; Communication satisfactio
Analisis ujian mata pelajaran teknologi informasi dan komunikasi berbaisis multimedia (studi kasus di SMA al-Azhar BSD Serpong)
Ujian adalah salah satu bentuk evaluasi belajar yang wajib dilaksanakan untuk mengukur kemampuan siswa, baik untuk jenjang SD, SMP, SMA, maupun Mahasiswa. SMA Al-Azhar dalam melaksanakan ujian menggunakan Kertas dan Ballpoint. Hal ini berdampak tingginya biaya dan waktu dalam pembuatan soal dan pemberian nilai, tingkat kejenuhan siswa, serta tingkat kecurangan siswa. Dari hasil penyebaran kuesioner sebanyak 136 orang yang dilakukan di SMA Al- Azhar, 62% menyatakan nilai ujian keluar beberapa hari dan 31% menyatakan nilai ujian keluar beberapa minggu. Maka untuk mengetahui hasil ujian tersebut 93% siswa harus menunggu hasil ujian dalam jangka waktu yang relativ lama. SMA Al-Azhar BSD ini sudah mempunyai Laboratorium Komputer yang telah terhubung LAN(Local Are Networking). Namun pada pelaksanaan ujian, SMA Al- Zahar tidak memanfaatkan failitas yang ada. Menurut hasil wawancara dengan guru bidang TIK yaitu bapak Asep Kurniawan, S.Kom yang menyatakan bahwa dengan perkembangan teknologi yang sangat maju seperti saat ini dan dengan fasilitas komputer yang ada, sistem ujian dengan proses manual ini dianggap belum maksimal. Oleh karena itu untuk meningkatkan kualitas dan mutu pendidikan terutama mata pelajaran Teknolgi Informasi Dan Komunikasi, Sekolah SMA Al-Azhar memiliki keinginan dan harapan untuk dapat mengatasi permasalahan ujian. Dari permasalahan tersebut penulis mencoba untuk membuat sebuah aplikasi ujian berbasis multimedia. Metode pengembangan sistem yang dibuat pada aplikasi ini yaitu interactive Multimedia System and Design Development (IMSDD). Dalam penggunaannya aplikasi ini menggunakan jaringan lokal LAN yang sudah ada di SMA Al-Azhar BSD. Pada akhirnya aplikasi ini dapat membantu SMA Al-Azhar dalam proses ujian mata pelajaran Teknologi Informasi Dan Komunikasi

Learning writing skills in Mandarin is often something that is feared and less desirable because of the level of difficulty, because it requires a learning method that can overcome the obstacles faced by learners in this proficiency. This research seeks to provide an alternative method of learning to write by optimizing students' reading abilities. By using a qualitative approach, the author tries to optimize the reading of Chinese texts in learning activities to improve students' writing skills. From the results of this study, it is known that by providing more reading input, students also have more knowledge regarding the topic of writing and its development, better vocabulary mastery and understanding of good writing methods/methods so that it has a positive impact on the development and improvement of writing skills of students in MandarinKeywords – Mandarin, Writing Skills, Reading Abilities, Optimizing.

Learning tools and media in Islamic education perspective). Every human being always undergoes a learning process throughout his life. The learning process is caused by the interaction between humans and their environment. For this reason, learning occurs whenever and wherever. "Learning is characterized by a change in a person's behavior caused by changes in the level of knowledge, skills, or attitudes. Media has a very important role in the teaching and learning process. In the use of media sometimes there are pros and cons that result in some Muslims not wanting it (the group considers the media and tools not in Islam) and some others embrace it. The existence of this research will be a bright spot for the study and understanding of Muslims in the use of media and learning tools. The study method in this study uses literature studies related to the arguments of the Qur'an and the interpretations of leading interpreters such as Alimisbah, Almaraghi, Tafsir Al-Azhar, Tafsir Al Zhilalil Qur'an and Tafsir al-Maraghi. In this literature research it was found that in the Qur'an contained in Surah An Nahl: 44 and 125, Al Muzammil: 20, At Taubah: 11, Al Baqarah: 31, An Naml: 29, 30 and 44, Al Ahzab: 21 and Al Maidah: 2, this whole verse represents the whole argument for the use of learning tools and media in education, so it is clear that the Universe has a lot of media diversity, both in the form of cases in social society, the history of the previous prophets to the rewards and rewards. for those who do, all of it is contained in the Qur'an Al Karim
Implementasi Konsep Perbuatan Baik dan Buruk di MA Al Azhar Citangkolo
From the discussion above, related to the analysis of the Application of Good and Bad Deeds in MA Al Azhar Citangkolo carried out by the school in learning activities. Where the application of ethics and morals in everyday life is embodied in a disciplined attitude that is applied jointly to students, teachers, and employees, as well as all school stakeholders at MA Al Azhar Citangkolo Banjar City. The strategy in implementing moral education in developing character education at MA Al Azhar Banjar City is carried out in class. Evaluation of the results and process of implementing moral education in the development of character education at MA Al Azhar Banjar City, that evaluation of the implementation of moral education at the end of the semester and also every day in students' daily lives. The Role of Gunawan Setiawan's Batik Industry in the Education Process and Maintaining Batik Cultural Symbols in the Community
Batik is one of the handicrafts that has high artistic value which has been passed down from generation to generation by the ancestors of the Indonesian nation since the Majapahit Kingdom and continues to be preserved today. However, we have discovered the reality that currently there are still many people who do not fully understand the meaning or philosophy behind batik motifs. Through this, it is necessary to have an educational process for the community, one of which can be carried out by the batik industry. The purpose of this study is to provide an overview regarding how the educational process carried out by Kampung Batik Kauman, especially Batik Gunawan Setiawan, is to provide a comprehensive understanding of batik to the public. This research was conducted in Surakarta, namely in Kauman Batik Village, precisely in Gunawan Setiawan Batik. The research method used is a qualitative research method with a case study approach. The results showed that there were several educational processes carried out by Batik Gunawan Setiawan, such as creating a batik gallery, conducting batik exhibitions and holding batik training. Furthermore, the process of batik education in the community is analyzed using Structural-Functional Theory - Radcliffe Brown as a countermeasure to tensions. As he stated that culture is not to satisfy individuals but to fulfill the social structure of society and emerge to overcome tensions such as theft of cultural identity due to the lack of public concern regarding local culture
Relasi Otoritas dan Tradisi dalam Pewacanaan Pancasila pada Tafsir Al-Azhar
The Relations of Authority and Traditions in Pancasila Discourse on Tafsir Al-AzharRevealing the reasons and describing Hamka's interpretation behind his inconsistency and ambiguity towards Pancasila discourse in Tafsir Azhar and several of his works is the aim of this article. On one side, Hamka accepted Pancasila (1951), but on the other side, Hamka firmly rejected Pancasila (1957-1966). This paper will highlight the phenomenon above using the Maudhui Al-Farmawi method of interpretation and philosophical Hermeneutic Theory of Hans Georg Gadamer. This research proves that the existence of a relationship of authority and tradition encompassing Hamka has implications for inconsistencies (acceptance and rejection) in Pancasila discourse in his primary work Tafsir Al-Azhar and the other several secondary works. In this case, the writer concludes that Hamka, through authority and tradition, undergoes a formation and transformation within himself, so that he no longer tends to impose his objective and reflective attitudes on some of his subjects. However, he is also open-ended in a way that lets others speak differently, so that it has implications for the intersection and integration (fusion) horizons of understanding. Hamka Transformation in the context of Pancasila can be understood that Hamka is an idealistic figure in understanding the first principle of "God Almighty" and a compromise figure in understanding the second to the fifth precept
