This project has the feasibility of a greater amount of income due to the fact that the product that we offer is one of the most consumed nationwide after pork, on the other hand, the association with the stores, dining rooms and grills of the sector They will benefit to make a greater amount of sales of our product, to publicize our product we will focus on door-to-door advertising with the businesses in the sector, to carry out this project we will need an initial investment of 5, 15 dollar invested and we must bear in mind that this will allow us to recover our investment in approximately 1 year 9 months and 9 days.
Keep in mind that the personnel who will be in charge of the maintenance and management of the mini poultry farm will be chosen by selection, who must have the basic knowledge associated with raising broilers and maintaining the farm. Este proyecto tiene la factibilidad de una mayor cantidad de ingresos debido a que el producto que ofertamos es uno de los más consumidos a nivel nacional después de la carne de cerdo, por otro lado, la asociación con las tiendas, comedores y asaderos del sector nos beneficiaran para realizar una mayor cantidad de ventas de nuestro producto, para dar a conocer nuestro producto nos enfocaremos en la publicidad puerta a puerta con los negocios del sector, para poder llevar a cabo este proyecto necesitaremos una inversión inicial de 5.,15 adicionales y debemos tener en cuenta que esto nos permitirá recuperar nuestra inversión en aproximadamente 1 año 9 meses y 9 días.
Hay que tener en cuenta que el personal que estará cargo del mantenimiento y manejo de la mini granja avícola serán escogidos por selección los cuales deberán tener el conocimiento básico asociado a la crianza de pollos de engorde y al mantenimiento de la granja este requisito será exclusivo para el galponero, la persona a que se encargara del mantenimiento de la infraestructura de la granja deberá tener conocimientos necesarios de electricidad mecánica y soldadura entre otras capacidades necesarias para desempeñar el cargo de servicios varios el gerente general es la persona que deberá conocer todo el manejo de las cuentas y de la compra y venta del pronto de la empresa y el administrador es la persona que se encargara de tener en constancia todas actividades de la empresa y en el ámbito de legal de su funcionamiento

de evitar posibles errores financieros.La presente sistematización de práctica se realizó en la empresa Granja Artesanal
Proyecto Sant’ana en dónde el principal objetivo era diseñar la proyección financiera completa
de la empresa para lograr anticipar las eventuales utilidades o pérdidas financieras que se puedan
presentar durante los próximos cinco años dentro de la empresa, esto con el fin de evitar
posibles errores financieros. el cual se llevó a cabo a partir de: análisis de costos (punto de
equilibrio), análisis de resultados, análisis de mercado, balance general, flujo de caja, indicadores
financieros (TIR y VAN), evidenciando resultados favorables para la empresa en términos de
proyección financiera a largo plazo, permitiendo a la empresa incorporar nuevas estrategias para
lograr obtener las metas propuestas; además es importante mencionar la riqueza de conocimiento
adquirida durante la práctica profesional, la cual combinada con la teoría y las habilidades
financieras adquiridas durante los semestres académicos en la Universidad permitieron alcanzar
el objetivo principal de este proyecto.The present systematization of practice was carried out in the company Granja Artesanal
Proyecto Sant'ana where the main objective was to design the complete financial projection of
the company to anticipate the eventual profits or financial losses that may arise during the next
five years within the company, this in order to avoid possible financial errors, which was carried
out from: cost analysis (breakeven point), results analysis, market analysis, balance sheet, cash
flow, financial indicators ( IRR and NPV), showing favorable results for the company in terms of
long-term financial projection, allowing the company to incorporate new strategies to achieve the
proposed goals; It is also important to mention the wealth of knowledge acquired during
professional practice, which combined with the theory and financial skills acquired during the

No full textAs an introduction, the author presents a short appreciation of the causes which led to the outburst of the seditions movement in 1842. He outlines the historical background of the events in Lorena and Silveiras. He tries to explain the reasons for personal involvement in the revolutionary process caused by hatred between the Brazilian and the Portuguese people. He reminds us of the geographical importance of Lorena and the chacteristics of its inhabitants. He demonstrates how gossiping incites animosity. He ends up with the proceedings and their results. O autor, pretendendo uma introdução, faz uma rápida apreciação das causas que levaram à eclosão do movimento sedicioso de 1842. Estabelece o quadro histórico dos acontecimentos nas localidades de Lorena e Silveiras. Procura explicar os motivos dos envolvimentos pessoais com o processo revolucionário, atribuindo a este o ódio entre brasileiros e portugueses. Lembra a importância geográfica de Lorena e o tipo de seus habitantes. Demonstra o acirramento de ânimos e como os boatos os provocam. Finaliza com a instauração dos processos e seus resultados.
