O uso das cores na arquitetura e na cidade: caso especial do bairro paulistano de Vila Madalena
No full textEste é um trabalho de investigação do uso das cores na arquitetura e na cidade e tem como recorte espacial o bairro paulistano de Vila Madalena devido à riqueza cromática da região. É notória a ênfase dada à leitura do espaço urbano, um complexo de linguagens que constitui a imagem pela sua poética por meio da subjetividade da arte individualmente apreendida e interpretada a partir de estímulos sensoriais adquiridos no meio. A cor como suporte da imagem formada e da expressão da arte e da arquitetura torna-se o foco deste estudo, sempre associada ao seu elemento revelador: a luz. Essa relação de interdependência entre cor e luz torna imprescindível um estudo conjunto desses fatores. Essa energia chamada, luz ao distribuir-se em suas radiações tonais, ganha significados diversos provenientes de alguma bagagem histórica, cultural, de tradições ou mesmo religiosa. A abordagem de cor aplicada enfatiza que o resultado cromático de uma paisagem provém mais do que da razão ou dos atributos físicos da cor, é também produto de variáveis como a natureza da luz, o sistema visual e o emocional de cada um. A investigação do sítio visa estabelecer uma relação entre a tipologia da imagem e a cor aplicada. Uma reflexão sobre percepção do ambiente e as interpretações decorrentes deste processo, sejam estas do real ou do mental que se apresenta pela memória instiga ao estudo desse fenômeno que faz com que cada lugar incorpore e identifique, através dos tempos, novos pensamentos. Pensamentos estes que surgem como respostas ao processo de recriação da imagem captada. Trechos significativos do bairro foram atentamente percorridos em busca de um registro fotográfico que revelasse um pouco dessa experiência cromática e artística que é a Vila Madalena. E, finalmente, a quantificação e qualificação dos matizes levantados possibilitou a elaboração de paletas-sínteses cromáticas cientificamente embasadas no Sistema Munsell de anotação de cores.This is an investigative work on the use of colors in architecture and the city, having as spatial borders, São Paulos neighborhood, Vila Madalena, due to the regions chromatic highlights. Notorious influence is given to the reading of the urban space, a language complex that forms the image in its poetry through the subjectivity of individually learned art, from sensorial stimuli acquired in this atmosphere. Color, as the support of a formed image, and of the art expression and architecture, becomes the scope of this study, always connected to its revealing element: light. This interdependency relationship between color and light calls for an integrated study of both factors. This form of energy called light, when distributed in its tonal radiations, assumes different meanings, according to different historical, cultural, traditional or even religious backgrounds. The approach to applied color emphasizes that the chromatic result of a landscape comes from further than reason or physical aspects of color, and is also a product of variables, such as the nature of light, the visual system and emotional sense of each one. On site investigation aims to establish a relation between image typology and applied color. A reflection on perception of the atmosphere and resultant interpretations of this process, either real or mental presented through memory fosters the study of this phenomena that makes each place incorporate and identify, along with times, new thoughts. Thoughts that rise as answers to the re-creation of the captured image. Meaningful sections of the district were attentiously covered, in search of a photographic memory that would reveal a bit of this chromatic and artistic experience called Vila Madalena. And finally, quantification and qualification of studied color combinations that were the basis to build chromati Index-palettes, scientifically based on the Munsell System for color identification

No full textEste estudo dedica-se a levantar elementos que configurem a dinâmica da rua de comércio dentro de um contexto de transformações recentes da atividade comercial na cidade de São Paulo. O método envolve primeiro, num âmbito geral, o estudo da dinâmica da rua de comércio sob três diferentes aspectos: pela evolução urbana, pelas transformações sócio-econômicas e pelos hábitos de compra do consumidor. A síntese se apóia em pesquisas quantitativas para relacionar as principais ruas de comércio, categorias de produtos mais procurados e as razões pelas quais as pessoas freqüentam estas ruas de comércio. Apresenta, em conclusão, os principais atributos de uma rua de comércio, através do levantamento do seu mix de lojas, ocupação e transformações.This study proposes to come up with elements which configurate the commerce street dynamic inside a recent transformation context of commercial activity in São Paulo city. The method envolves the study of the street dynamic upon three different aspects: through the urban evolution, the socio-economic transformation and the consumer shopping habits. The synthesis is supported on quantitative researches to relate the main commerce streets, products categories most required and the reason why people go to those commerce streets. It presents the main attributes of a commerce street, through the survey of its mix, occupation and present transformation

Local council and governance: an analysis of Paranapiacaba e Parque Andreense Representatives Council of Santo Andre City
No full textA proposição de tema desta pesquisa baseia-se nas reflexões resultantes do trabalho de iniciação científica realizado pela autora. Durante o desenvolvimento do trabalho evidenciou que a participação da sociedade civil é um importante fator para o êxito do desenvolvimento econômico e social em bases sustentáveis. Assim, o propósito desta pesquisa é avançar com o debate sobre os mecanismos de participação, principalmente os conselhos gestores, como determinantes do desempenho da gestão municipal no tocante à conservação ambiental, saúde pública, justiça social e viabilidade econômica. Objetivo. Analisar a contribuição do Conselho de Representantes de Paranapiacaba e Parque Andreense CRPPA para a governança local. Metodologia. Esta pesquisa é classificada como estudo de caso explorátorio. Foram entreivtsados 16 conselheiros do Conselho de Representantes de Paranapiacaba e Parque Andreense e 9 gestores, que não fazem parte do conselho, da Subprefeitura de Paranapiacaba e Parque Andreense. Além disso foram realizadas pesquisas bibliográfica e documental e análise quali-quantitativa dos dados. Resultados. Os dados obtidos demonstraram que o CRPPA vêm contribuindo satisfatóriamente, na visão dos entrevistados, nas questões como engajamento social, transparência, prestação de contas; igualdade e inclusão social, corrupção, sustentabilidade e respeito às leis. Verifica-se, também, que o CRPPA não está atuando nas questões como competir no ambiente global, capcidade de trabalher em parceira e equidade. Conclusão. O Conselho de Representantes de Paranapiacaba e Parque Andreense constitui espaço em potencial para a construção da governança local, entendida aqui como a relaçao entre Estado e sociedade.The proposal of this research is basically the result of reflections on a scientific initiation work carried through the author. During its development, it has been evidenced how important factor is the society for the success social and appropriate basis! Thus, the goal of this research is to keepon debating ways of participation mechanisms,mainly the managing advice as determinative of the performances of the municipal actitudes in regards to the environment preservation, people health, social justice and economic viability. Objective. Analyse Paranapiacaba e Parque Andreense Representatives Council - CRPPA contribution for the local governance. Methods. This research has been classified as study of case. It has applied questionary to 16 members of CRPPA and 9 managers, who don´t take part as members of the council. Also, was make bibliographical and documentary researchs and quali-quantitave analysis data were carefully presented. Results. The data demonstrated that CRPPA has been contributing on a satisfactory way in questions such as their engament transparency accountability, equalities and social inclusion, ethical and honest behavior, sustainability and respect for the rules of law. It is also noticed that CRPPA has not been acting in questions concerning to equity, ability in order to compete in the global environment and skill to an effective work in partnership. Conclusion. Based on the informations obtained, it was concluded that the CRPPA has constituted an important and potential space for the local government, here with the concept of relation between State and Society
Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis

counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

Get PDF“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship

No full textEste trabalho expõe a situação da rede física escolar estadual paulista no tocante ao seu planejamento e expansão, compreendendo-se rede física escolar como o conjunto de prédios que abrigam os estabelecimentos de ensino escolar da rede pública. A dissertação aborda o papel da escola enquanto projeto social, descreve as políticas educacionais adotadas nas últimas décadas, em níveis federal e estadual, oferece um histórico da implantação e expansão da rede pública escolar, caracteriza a situação do atendimento à demanda escolar e da rede física existente, a maior entre as redes públicas existentes no Estado de São Paulo, demonstra os critérios utilizados para a expansão da rede física estadual e como se dá a viabilização dessa expansão, bem como aponta os empecilhos atualmente encontrados para a expansão da rede, em especial na Capital. Ao final, comentamos a conquista da universalização do ensino fundamental e a qualidade da educação pública, a situação atual do planejamento da expansão da rede física e as dificuldades encontradas pelo Estado.The objective of this work is to examine the situation of the educational physical network in the State of São Paulo, as referring to its planning. By educational physical network we understand the set of buildings which contain the school establishments of the public educational system. The research focuses on the role of the school vis-a-vis its social project and the educational policies adopted over the last decades at the federal and state levels. This work also seeks to expound on the situation of the existing physical network and how it is, or is not, meeting the demand for schooling, while offering a historic view of the implantation and expansion of state educational physical network, the largest public structure of the São Paulo State. It also demonstrates the criteria used for the expansion of the States physical network, how the viability of this expansion is achieved, and, finally, points out the contemporary obstacles for expanding this structure, especially in the State Capital. Eventually, we examine the conquest of the universal access to fundamental education, as well as the quality of the public education, the physical networks expansion planning current situation and the dificulties found by the State to achieve its goals
