    The Regional People's Representative Council is placed under regional autonomy as a people's representative institution or institution that has the most role in determining the process of democratization in various regions.     The fibre of Loofah (gambas) contains cellulose, hemicellulose and lignin. The contain of cellulose in the fibre of loofah can be made into sodium caroxymethylcellulose. Indonesia right now still import to supply the need of Sodium carboxymetthylcellulose to used in some sector of industry. The purpose o this research is to known the effect of NaOH concentration and the addition of trichloroacetic acid toward sodium level of the carboxymethylcellulose. The methods of this experiment is divided into three steps namely; process of pretreatment, process of alakalinization and the process of carboxymethylation. Process of pre-treatment usesdelignification process with solution 17,5% NaOH at the tempreetaure 108ºC for 60 minutes and goes on with the bleaching using solution 2% H2O2 at the temperature 100ºC for 90 minutes. Process of alkalinization is done by reacting α-selulosa with Sodium hydroxide (NaOH) and makes the reacor suited with variable, NaOH concentration. Carboxymethylation is done after alkalinization by reacting trichloroacetic acid with termined variable. The next step is washing Sodium carboxymethylcellulose with etanol and aquadest. The quality of Sodiumcarboxymethylcellulose which is resulted in the test level with NaCl test and FTIR isin order to see a group of carboxyl (-COO) which is subtituted. A cellulose result of fibre of Loofah after pre-treatment process is asmuch as90,2719% and the best result of Sodium carboxymethylcellulose is obtained 35% NaOH with addition of 7 grams trichloroacetic acid which obatins the Carboxymehtylcellulose level by 74,16%.     Honing is a method for finishing in manufacturing industries. For the finishing process, a long process would be the challenge. One of the parameters that affected the time of process is volume removal from the surface of the product. The experiment to increase volume removal used several abrasive materials like sandpapers, alumina stone, white alumina stone, and diamond. The quality of the product was determined by the roughness of the surface. The result of this experiment was that the honing process with diamond and white alumina stone had the best volume removal compared to basic honing. The volume removal was raised up to 3 times. The volume removal was 127 mm3/minutes and increased to 344 mm3/minutes for diamond and 382 mm3/minutes for white alumina grinder cup. Quality of surface from honing process with diamond was as good as basic honing with the value of 0.2 µm for basic honing and 0.7 µm for diamond and white alumina has surface roughness much higher than basic honing with the value of 3.2 µ

The author investigates the role of charismatic leadership in shaping organizational innovation within the context of Company XYZ. Using a qualitative approach and case studies, the author gains deep insights into how characteristics of charismatic leadership, such as inspiration, vision, empowerment, and effective communication, contribute to the development of a strong innovation culture. Through data collection from in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and document analysis, the author identifies that charismatic leaders in Company XYZ are able to inspire employees, empower them to actively participate in the innovation process, and build strong relationships through effective communication. However, challenges such as expectation management, leadership capacity development, and appropriate reward systems still need to be addressed. The author\u27s conclusion highlights the importance of strengthening and developing charismatic leadership within organizations as an effective catalyst for change and innovation to achieve quality organizational goals. Thus, this research provides valuable insights for management practitioners and organizational leaders interested in enhancing the quality of leadership and innovation culture in the modern business environment

    Name changes are regulated in "Law Number 23 of 2006 concerning Population Administration and Law Number 24 of 2013 concerning Amendments to Law Number 23 of 2006 concerning Population Administration Article 52 paragraph 1 Recording of Name Changes is carried out based on the determination of the District Court of Applicant. In the case there is a name change application which is rejected or accepted. In the case of a name change made by Nico Andika, he submitted a request for a change on the grounds that his enthusiasm for life was reduced and he wanted to get more sustenance from a new name change, but based on the decision of the Palembang District Court number 154/Pdt.P/2021/PN.Plg rejected the application submitted by Nico Andika, in the Mojokerto Judge's Decision there was a similar case for a request to change a name and the judge granted the request for a change in the name of a child named Grandong Syarif Anugrah Utama, which was proposed by his parents on the grounds that the name was recorded the birth certificate does not match the name that exists in Indonesian society and is afraid of the consequences of being a burden/psychic for the child, the applicant in the future then the applicant wants to change / change the writing of the applicant's child's name in his birth certificate from Grandong Syarif Anugrah Utama to Moch. Iqbal Anggara Fuddin as stated in the decision of the Mojokerto District Court Number 382/Pelt.P2012/PN.Mkt). The research method that the author uses is descriptive analytical by describing the results of the research/data. It is a form of alignment in order to study whether the case is in accordance with the laws and regulations and applicable values. In addition, this study also uses a case approach which aims to study the application of norms in legal practice. The theory used is the theory of legal certainty and the theory of judges' judgment. Data collection techniques were carried out by documentary and literature study methods and assisted by technology through electronic media. The results of this study concluded that.     One of the quality affected factors of machined products is surface roughness, which is affected by several factors, like force and vibration. Vibration is the derivation of deflection. To improve efficiency of double chuck, in this experiment will modify the holder of double chuck to decrease the vibration. The modifications are divided into used wood to decrease length force from clamp and change the entry angle from 45° to 90°. The vibration was measured by a vibrometer at the vertical axis. Each modification succeeded to decrease the vibration at a reduction of 1.5 mm, where the highest decrease was changed the entry angle from 0.21-0.23 m/s2 to 0.10 m/s2. Modification on changed the entry angle has better surface roughness which the value of 1.3 µm

Sistem pengisian yang sedang dikembangkan yaitu dengan wireless charging, sistem ini memungkinkan mempermudah dalam pengisian. Pada penelitian ini model yang akan dikembangkan menggunakan LC (Induktor Kapasitor) pada satu sisi. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan LC pada satu sisi yang merupakan pengembangan dari metode penggunaan LCC (Induktor Kapasitor Kapasitor), dari metode ini diharapkan dapat melakukan pengisian cepat.
