No full textDuring my internship, I was able to put my newly acquired theoretical knowledge into practice by learning how a Sharp's human resource department functions and coordinates its activities to maintain the organization's smooth operation at all levels by ensuring the right number of people are available at the right time to accomplish the right job. Not only that, I have also learned about the company's working culture and seen how Sharp treats its employees with dignity and independence to guarantee that they are inspired to give the company their all. In this report, there will be nine parts as the content of the report. The first part will be the preliminary pages that contain the cover page of the report, the executive summary, table of content as well as the acknowledgement. It continues with the updated resume as the second part in the report. The third part are the beginning of the content that related with the company which about the company’s profile. In this part, the explanation will be about the name, location, background of the company. Moreover, vision, mission, objective and goal of the company also will be stated in the report to make the prove as the company are exist and have a goal to continue plan the future of their company. Other than that, the organization structure also will be shown as different company has different type of organization chart. The most important in this part is about the product that being produced by the Sharp will be stated below. Training reflection are the fourth part that will be explained and the content will be about the duration of the internship, the details about the department that being placed for internship, the roles as well as the responsibilities that being hold during internship. Furthermore, the benefit that be gain during internship either intrinsic such as experience and knowledge or extrinsic such as compensation will be stated in this report. The SWOT Analysis of the organization's strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats is covered in the following section of the report. This is followed by conclusions and recommendations on important variables related to Sharp's company. The conclusion is presented before the references as the eight parts and appendices as the last part to be state in this report

No full textUzbekistan khususnya dan Asia Tengah umumnya adalah suatu kawasan yang belum menjadi perhatian serius dalam studi Islam di Universitas Islam Negeri Sunan Ampel Surabaya. Di luar itu, Timur Tengah misalnya mendapatkan perhatian yang lebih kuat dibanding dengan kawasan-kawasan lain. Kenyataan ini menyebabkan ketimpangan dalam studi kawasan sehingga baik dalam pembelajaran maupun dalam penelitian, kawasan Asia Tengah hampir tidak tersentuh. Oleh karena itu, perlu ada rintisan awal untuk mengembangkan studi kawasan agar keterlibatan UIN Sunan Ampel dalam wacana akademik lebih kokoh sehingga memberikan kontribusi yang berharga bagi pengembangan pengetahuan tentang kawasan Asia Tengah. Langkah ini bisa disebut sebagai salah satu bagian dari road map untuk mewujudkan World Class University. Cita-cita itu perlu didukung dengan kebijakan yang konkret untuk mengembangkan kurikulum studi kawasan, penelitian yang terarah, pusat studi kawasan Asia Tengah, dan tentu saja diperlukan suasasana akademik yang bisa mendukung proses-proses kajian tentang Asia Tengah

No full textPenelitian ini mengkaji kepemimpinan politik Yazid bin Muawiyah sebagai khalifah kedua dalam Dinasti Umayyah yang menghadapi berbagai tantangan politik dan sosial. Masalah utama dalam penelitian ini adalah konflik internal yang terjadi selama pemerintahannya serta dampaknya terhadap kesatuan umat Islam dan stabilitas kekhalifahan. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk menganalisis gaya kepemimpinan Yazid bin Muawiyah, kebijakan-kebijakan yang diterapkan, serta faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan konflik politik selama masa pemerintahannya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan historis-kritis dengan analisis dokumen primer dan sekunder terkait periode kekuasaan Yazid bin Muawiyah (680-683 M). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan Yazid bin Muawiyah diwarnai oleh kontroversi politik yang signifikan, terutama terkait peristiwa Karbala dan pemberontakan di berbagai wilayah kekhalifahan. Penelitian ini mengungkap bahwa meskipun Yazid memiliki visi untuk mempertahankan kekuasaan Umayyah, pendekatan politik yang ditempuhnya justru memperdalam perpecahan dalam komunitas Islam dan memicu gerakan perlawanan yang berkelanjutan. KLASIFIKASI MULTILABEL MOTIF CITRA BATIK MENGGUNAKAN BOOSTED RANDOM FERNS
No full textPenelitian yang telah dilakukan terkait klasifikasi motif batik kebanyakan hanya mengenali satu motif batik dalam satu citra. Saat ini banyak terdapat citra batik yang memiliki lebih dari satu motif di dalamnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengenali banyak motif batik dalam satu citra menggunakan metode ekstraksi fitur bentuk Histogram of Oriented Gradient (HOG) dikombinasikan dengan metode klasifikasi Boosted Random Ferns (BRF). Pada penelitian sebelumnya, kombinasi metode tersebut mampu mengidentifkasi beberapa pejalan kaki dalam satu citra. Kemampuan kombinasi metode tersebut dalam mengidentifikasi multiobject dalam satu label (pejalan kaki) dikembangkan untuk mengidentifikasi multiobject dalam multilabel (motif-motif batik). Untuk kasus pengenalan motif batik, sistem yang dibangun mengekstrak fitur HOG dari data citra training dan menyusunnya menjadi fitur ferns dalam BRF untuk membuat model-model klasifikasi motif batik. Selanjutnya setiap model klasifikasi motif digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi masing-masing motif pada citra testing. Uji coba dilakukan terhadap 64 data citra testing dengan 6 jenis motif batik. Pengujian performa metode menggunakan skenario pengujian berdasarkan variasi jumlah subset random ferns, jumlah weak classifier dan iterasi boostrapping. Terdapat empat variasi jumlah subset random ferns yakni 5, 10, 15 dan 20 subset, empat variasi jumlah weak classifier yakni 100, 200, 300 dan 400, serta enam variasi iterasi boostrapping yakni 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, dan 5 iterasi. Label-label hasil klasifikasi kemudian dihitung menggunakan tanimoto distance. Nilai tanimoto distance terbaik dari sistem yakni 0.0130, dengan jumlah citra testing yang dideteksi dengan benar sebanyak 62 citra dari 64 citra.</em
