Pengembangan Media Kartru Pintar untuk Mengenalkan Huruf Hijaiyah di Taman Kanak-Kanak

Kata Kunci: media kartu pintar, huruf hijaiyah, taman kanak-kanakAspek bahasa pada anak kelompok A perlu dioptimalkan dengan pengenalan bentuk-bentuk simbol sederhana seperti pengenalan huruf. Pengenalan huruf hijaiyah juga perlu diberikan pada anak mulai dari sedini mungkin. Selama ini pengenalan huruf hijaiyah hanya menggunakan media iqra’ yang ukurannya kecil dan kurang menarik, sehingga perhatian anak terhadap materi yang diajarkan guru kurang terfokus. Oleh karena itu diperlukan media pengenalan huruf hijaiyah yang menarik yaitu berupa media kartu pintar.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah (1) mengembangkan media kartu pintar untuk pengenalan huruf hijaiyah pada anak kelompok A; (2) untuk mengetahui aspek-aspek perkembangan yang dapat dioptimalkan, dan (3) mengetahui kemenarikan, kemudahan, dan ketepatan media kartu pintar.Model penelitian yang digunakan yaitu model pengembangan dari Dick & Carey, namun pada penelitian ini hanya digunakan 9 langkah dari 10 langkah yang ada. Mulai dari: (1) analisis kebutuhan dan tujuan; (2) analisis pembelajaran; (3) analisis anak sebagai pengguna; (4) merumuskan tujuan performasi; (5) mengembangkan instrumen; (6) mengembangkan strategi pembelajaran; (7) mengembangkan dan memilih bahan produk; (8) merancang produk dan melakukan penilaian, dan (9) melakukan revisi produk.Berdasarkan hasil validasi dari para ahli, dinyatakan bahwa produk yang dihasilkan: (1) 98,43% dinyatakan sesuai oleh ahli materi dengan kriteria sangat valid; (2) 87,5% dinyatakan sesuai oleh ahli bahasa dengan kriteria sangat valid, dan (3) 96% dinyatakan sesuai oleh ahli media dengan kriteria sangat valid. Pada uji coba kelompok kecil, dinyatakan: (1) 93,75% media kartu pintar mudah digunakan anak; (2) 90,62 % menarik untuk digunakan anak, dan (3) 90% tepat untuk digunakan anak. Selain itu, pada uji coba lapangan dinyatakan: (1) 95,39% media kartu pintar mudah digunakan anak; (2) 92,76% menarik untuk digunakan anak, dan (3) 92,10% tepat untuk digunakan anak. Berdasarkan hasil yang diperoleh tersebut, maka produk media kartu pintar termasuk dalam kategori sangat baik atau layak untuk digunakan tanpa revisi. Sedangkan pada buku panduan terdapat revisi yaitu mengubah latar belakang menjadi satu halaman, telah ditambahkan gambar alat dan bahan dengan ukuran yg besar, dan merubah desain sampul dengan desain yang lebih berwarna dan menarik.Dalam memanfaatkan produk ini disarankan ada pendampingan dan pemberian contoh dari guru, untuk penggunaan dan pelafalan huruf hijaiyah agar anak dapat menggunakan media dan menyebutkan huruf hijaiyah sesuai dengan makharijul huruf

“Kitab Jadwal Tarikh” is a script written in Arabic, using Arabic and Pegon. It was found in Kudus. In the past, it was kept by the Nurus Siroj Islamic Boarding School in Undaan Kidul, 12th alley Undaan, Kudus. However, in the present, the script is kept by Mr. Syafi’i. The author of the script is KH. Ahmad Siroj and KH. Ahmad Anshor. The condition of the script is not good enough. There are some texts that cannot be read because of the flood in Undaan on 2004.
The purpose of this study is to describe, to edit, and also to uncover the historical aspects in the KJT. The research method used in this study is the content analysis method. The theories used in this study are philology theory, content analysis theory, and historical theory. In the KJT’s script edit, it uses the method of standard editing, because the text of the script is a single text.
The result of this analysis is that the KJT contains the history of the Prophet Muhammad, the history of the birth and the death of the companion of Prophet Muhammad, the history of the birth and the death of sufi figure, and the history of the birth and the death of the author’s relatives. Then, this study shows that there is a discrepancy between the birth and the death of several figures in the KJT. Furthermore, the study discovers that there are some Arabic texts with some miswriting and there are also some ambiguous texts that cannot be translated.

Development of Multiple-Input Power Management Circuit for Piezoelectric Harvester / Mohd Sofwan Mohd Resali and Hanim Salleh
Full text linkThis paper discusses the multisource input from the piezoelectric (PZT) generators to the power management circuit (PMC) of the energy harvesting system. It discusses the structure of the PMC starting from the AC-DC full bridge rectifier circuit and the structure of the storage circuit of the power management circuit itself. The AC-DC rectifier circuit was compared with separated AC-DC rectifier, series and parallel connection to choose the best performance output and structure. The storage circuit was also compared between traditional method and switch circuit. This paper also describes the designing circuit of the PMC from the software and fabricating it to PCB board circuit. The PMC was tested by connecting 4 input PZT generators which were harvested from the vibration and connected to the application electronic load circuit such as microcontroller and sensors to complete it as an energy harvesting vibration based system. The performance test was conducted by testing it in a laboratory and field test at one of the cooling fan power stations which provides continuous vibration from the motor. Two methods of testing were conducted to measure the performance of the PMC which were laboratory test and field test at the vibrating motor of cooling fan in power station. The 70% of the efficiency was recorded for both laboratory test and field test from the PMC. The output power of the PMC is 1.94mW and the input power is from the multisource input PZT. Author also makes a comparison between the performances of the PMC with other previous designs

However, Fatma Aliye also published works on philosophy, Islam, women, poetry, and history. Her identity as an historian has generally been ignored and has not been properly analyzed. Two of her works are evidence of her worth as an historian. The first one published in 1915 was titled, Tarih-i Osmaninin Bir Devre-i Muhimmesi Kosova Zaferi-Ankara Hezimeti (An Important Era of Ottoman History: the Kosovo Victory-Ankara Defeat), and the second one published in 1916 was Ahmed Cevdet Pasa ve Zamani (Ahmed Cevdet Pasha and his Time)

The Effectiveness of Virtual R&D Teams in SMEs: Experiences of Malaysian SMEs
Full text linkThe number of small and medium enterprises (SMEs), especially those involved with research and development (R&D) programs and employed virtual teams to create the greatest competitive advantage from limited labor are increasing. Global and localized virtual R&D teams are believed to have a high potential for SMEs growth. Due to the fast growing complexity of the new product, coupled with new emerging opportunities of virtual teams, a collaborative approach is believed to be the future trend. This research explores the effectiveness of virtuality in SMEs virtual R&D teams. An online questionnaire emailed to Malaysian manufacturing SMEs and 74 usable questionnaires were received, representing a 20.8 percent return rate. To avoid the bias that may result from pre-suggested answer, a series of open-ended questions asked from expertise. This study based on analyzing an open-ended question; extract four main themes among expertise recommendations on the effectiveness of virtual teams for SMEs growth and performance. These are suitable for SMEs new product design manager to realize the key advantage and importance of virtual R&D teams in the process of NPD, which lead to increase the effectiveness of the new product's procedure.Virtual teams, New product development, Survey finding, Small and medium Enterprises.

Full text linkThe establishment of foundations in Indonesia prior to the foundation law was only based on customary law/jurisprudence in practice that developed in the community. The establishment of the foundation itself sometimes deviates from its original purpose, namely as a non-profit copper company with social, religious, and humanitarian purposes, but in the future it is not uncommon for the founders and coaches of a foundation to want to make a profit/profit from their business. The author deliberately takes a case study of a hospital foundation that changes a legal entity and its assets into a PT, namely the author wishes to be able to find out the extent of the role and responsibilities of a notary, and what about this matter when viewed from the point of view of the foundation's laws and regulations. - law PT, whether it is an unlawful act or not. The author in carrying out this case study research, uses a normative juridical method, namely by examining theories and concepts, as well as legal principles and legislation related to research. The results of the study can be concluded by the author that changing a legal entity from a foundation to a PT, is a violation of the law, because it is contrary to the laws and regulations of the foundation and the laws and regulations of PT
