    Buku ini disusun untuk memenuhi kebutuhan bahan pustaka psikologi belajar yang selama ini dirasa cukup kurang. Penulisan buku ini dibiayai oleh IDB sebagai implementasi peningkatan mutu pembelajaran di lingkungan UIN Sunan Ampel Surabaya. Buku ini diharapkan dapat membantu mahasiswa peserta mata kuliah psikologi belajar untuk lebih mudah memahami teori-teori pskologi belajar, mulai dari teori belajar behavioristik, kognitif, humanistik dan konstruktifism. Selain itu juga diharapkan mahasiswa mampu mengaplikasikan teori-teori belajar dalam situasi belajar dan mengajar yang sesungguhnya. Buku ini akan banyak membantu mahasiswa yang tertarik dengan masalah belajar dan pembelajaran.     Abstract           : The purpose of this research to understand the picture of the happiness lecturer of civil servants and non-civil servants are there surroundings Islamic University of Sunan Ampel Surabaya country. The sample used as many as 75 of the subject lecturer of civil servants and non-civil servants, with random sampling techniques in 9 faculties. Data analysis techniques using descriptive statistics. The results of this study brings out the score's happiness of any professors of civil servants or non civil servants of 9 faculties, score range from number 1-6. Score 1-2 illustrates the level of happiness "was not happy"; score 2-3 illustrates the level of happiness "rather unhappy"; score 3-4 illustrates levels of happiness "very unhappy"; 4 describe the level of happiness "somewhat happy" score 4-5 illustrates the level of happiness "pretty happy"; score 5-6 illustrates the level of happiness "was very happy"; and 6 describe the level of happiness "too happy", as well as the analysis of the answers to open questions that have been answered by the subject. On the subject of civil servants, there are 8 subjects who have levels of happiness "very unhappy"; 6 subjects who have levels of happiness "somewhat happy"; 39 subjects who have levels of happiness "pretty happy"; and 1 subjects who have levels of happiness "very happy".     Dinamika Self Regulation pada Mahasiswa Penghafal Al-Quran

    Self-regulation merupakan kemampuan individu dalam mengontrol pikiran, emosi, dan perilaku untuk mencapai tujuan yang telah ditetapkan. Dalam konteks pendidikan Islam, keterampilan ini berperan penting bagi mahasiswa penghafal Al-Qur’an dalam menjaga konsistensi dan kualitas hafalan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memahami faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keberhasilan penghafalan Al-Qur'an melalui peran self-regulation. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain fenomenologis, melibatkan mahasiswa yang aktif menghafal Al-Qur'an dengan pengalaman minimal satu tahun. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa self-regulation terdiri dari tiga aspek utama: forethought, performance and volitional control, serta self-reflection. Temuan ini mengimplikasikan bahwa pengembangan program pembelajaran yang lebih efektif dapat dilakukan dengan memperkuat aspek-aspek self-regulation tersebut, sehingga dapat meningkatkan kualitas hafalan Al-Qur'an di berbagai lembaga pendidikan

    Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis

    The present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed.     Variations on the Author

    “Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship

    Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis

    We provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature.     Dispelling the Myths Behind First-author Citation Counts

    We conducted a full-scale evaluative citation analysis study of scholars in the XML research field to explore just how different from each other author rankings resulting from different citation counting methods actually are, and to demonstrate the capability of emerging data and tools on the Web in supporting more realistic citation counting methods. Our results contest some common arguments for the continued use of first-author citation counts in the evaluation of scholars, such as high correlations between author rankings by first-author citation counts and other citation counting methods, and high costs of using more realistic citation counting methods that are not well-supported by the ISI databases. It is argued that increasingly available digital full text research papers make it possible for citation analysis studies to go beyond what the ISI databases have directly supported and to employ more sophisticated methods

    PENGARUH PARTISIPASI KEGIATAN OSIS TERHADAP BERPIKIR KREATIF DALAM MEMECAHKAN MASALAH ORGANISASI PADA PENGURUS OSIS

    Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kenyataan dimana pendidikan formal lebih menekankan perkembangan kognitif saja daripada afektif. Sehingga pengajaran di sekolah, jarang ada kegiatan yang menuntut berpikir kreatif dan siswa tidak terangsang untuk berpikir, bersikap, dan berperilaku kreatif, Adapun yang menjadi masalah penelitian ini adalah “Apakah ada Pengaruh Partisipasi Kegiatan OSIS Terhadap Berpikir Kreatif Dalam Memecahkan Masalah Organisasi Pada Pengurus OSIS di SMPN 1 Gedangan?â€. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh partisipasi kegiatan OSIS terhadap berpikir kreatif dalam memecahkan masalah organisasi. Dalam penelitian ini data disebarkan kepada seluruh pengurus OSIS di SMP Negeri 1 Gedangan. Kemudian dilakukan analisis terhadap data-data yang diperoleh berupa analisis kuantitatif Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa partisipasi kegiatan OSIS memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap berpikir kreatif dalam memecahkan masalah pada pengurus OSIS di SMP Negeri 1 Gedangan. Selain itu sumbangan penelitian sebesar 0,397 yang menunjukkan bahwa 40% variabel berpikir kreatif bisa dijelaskan oleh variabel independen yang digunakan dalam persamaan regresi. Sedangkan sisanya sebesar 60% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain diluar variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini
