Disisi lain terdapatpotensi teknologi yang dapat dikembangkan menjadi media pembelajaran interaktif. Hal itu dibuktikan dengan adanya 80% siswa di sekolah tersebut memiliki ponsel Smartphone. Sehingga dapatdikembangkan sebuah media interaktif yang layak pada mata pelajaran sistem operasi jaringan di SMK. Media yang dikembangkan hendaknya bias diakses dimana saja dan kapan saja serta mengintegrasikan bahan materi ke dalam media pembelajaran. Sehingga media pembelajaran ini dapat digunakan sebagai suplemen pembelajaran. Pengembangan ini menggunakan model penelitian dan pengembangan menurut Borg and Gall yang telah disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan pengembangan. Instrumen pengumpulan data menggunakan angket pada uji coba ahli materi dan  ahli media sebagai evaluator serta siswa sebagai uji pengguna. Sedangkan analisi data menggunakan teknik prosentase oleh Akbar dan Sriwiyana. Hasil penelitian media pembelajaran berbasis web pada perangkat bergerak ini dinyatakan sangat valid dengan data akhir sebesar 82.9% dengan rincian data dari validasi ahli materi yaitu 80.0% , validasi ahli media 81.5%, dan siswa 84.3 %. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa media pembelajaran yang dikembangkan valid dan layak untuk digunakan sebagai suplemen dalam kegiatan pembelajaran

    Abstract In executing a project, it is essential to maintain control to address any deviations, ensuring the project remains on schedule. Consequently, oversight and control measures must be implemented across all areas, particularly in terms of time and cost management. The Palembang City Wastewater Treatment Plant Network Project faced delays in its field operations, leading to discrepancies from the original timeline. In this context, the author will evaluate cost and time management using the Earned Value Analysis (EVA) method to assess performance and estimate the total cost and time needed for project completion, considering the delays. The EVA method serves as a comprehensive approach to manage project costs and schedules. The key parameters for this analysis are SEAC and BEAC. The SEAC indicates the projected duration necessary to complete the project, estimated at 918 days, while the BEAC reflects the total estimated cost for completion, amounting to Rp 210,078,454,167.97. The project's performance, evaluated through cost and time metrics via Earned Value Analysis, revealed unsatisfactory cost performance, as indicated by a negative CV value at the 25th month, the conclusion of the study, and a CPI of less than 1. This signifies that actual costs have exceeded planned costs, with negative SV and an SPI of less than 1, pointing to delays in the project. Keywords— Earned Value Analysis (EVA), Control, Cost, Time

    Covid-19 adalah sebuah penyakit yang disebabkan oleh turunan coronavirus baru, ‘CO’ diambil dari corona, ‘VI’ virus, dan ‘D’ disease (penyakit). Sebelumnya, penyakit ini disebut ‘2019 novel coronavirus’ atau ‘2019-nCoV’. Covid-19 adalah virus baru yang terikat dengan keluarga virus yang sama yaitu Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome (SARS) dan beberapa jenis virus flu biasa. Covid-19 adalah penyakit menular yang disebabkan oleh sindrom pernapasan akut coronavirus 2 (Sars-CoV-2). Cepatnya penyebaran penyakit disertai penambahan kasus yang masih terus melonjak, termasuk di Indonesia, serta beragamnya manifestasi klinis, berbagai upaya pencegahan penyebaran virus Covid-19 pun dilakukan oleh pemerintah di negara-negara di dunia guna memutus rantai penyebaran virus Covid-19 ini. Analisis regresi merupakan suatu metode yang digunakan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara suatu variabel dependen terhadap satu atau lebih variabel independen. Analisis regresi dapat membandingkan pengaruh variabel yang diukur pada skala yang berbeda. Metode ini dapat digunakan untuk mengevaluasi kumpulan variabel terbaik yang akan digunakan untuk membangun model prediksi. Salah satu teknik regresi adalah Support Vector Regression (SVR). Support Vector Regression merupakan metode pengembangan SVM untuk kasus regresi. Tujuan dari SVR adalah untuk menemukan sebuah fungsi (x) sebagai suatu hyperplane (garis pemisah) berupa fungsi regresi yang mana sesuai dengan semua input data dengan sebuah error dan membuat setipis mungkin. Tujuan dari SVR ini adalah untuk memetakan vector input ke dalam dimensi yang lebih tinggi. Penelitian ini menggunakan data harian kasus covid-19 di Jawa Timur sebagai data sekunder. Data ini dapat diakses di https://www.kaggle.com. Variabel yang digunakan adalah variabel prediktor dan variabel respon. Variabel respon (y) dalam penelitian ini adalah total kasus harian di Jawa Timur yang digunakan sebagai target. Variabel prediktor (x) pada penelitian ini sebagai variabel pendukung adalah kasus baru, kematian baru, sembuh baru, kasus aktif baru, total kematian, total sembuh. Dalam pemodelan SVR optimalisasi perlu dilakukan dan validasi model dilakukan dengan kriteria (Mean Absolute Percentage Error) yang terkecil. Prediksi dan observasi menunjukkan bahwa hasil prediksi kasus Covid-19 di Jawa Timur mendekati data observasi dengan nilai 6,7%, sehingga model yang diperoleh adalah model yang baik untuk memprediksi kasus Covid-19 di Jawa Timur.Dian Anggraeni, S.Si., M.Si.     Motorized vehicles play important role people's mobility. Need vehicles increases, demand high performance and fuel efficiency also increases. One common problem motorized vehicles, especially motorcycles, overheating or engine temperature too high, which reduce performance and even damage engine. Study aims determine effect adding oil cooler torque and power Honda Beat 108 cc motorcycle engine. Method used experiment comparing two groups: standard engine without oil cooler and engine equipped additional oil cooler. results dynotest test showed use oil cooler positive impact cooling engine temperature and increasing engine performance. Torque results showed best results first test engine oil cooler rpm 3000 result 12.85 Nm. Then power results showed best results rpm 7000 on engines oil coolers getting result 6.7 HP. Power results test 3 more optimal than other tests. Thus, addition oil cooler proven help reduce engine temperature effectively and improve motorcycle performance, especially terms torque and power

    Carrying out maintenance on the distribution network is a series of actions or processes that aim to maintain the condition of the equipment so that it can function properly and prevent damage or disturbances that can interfere with the performance of the equipment. The focus of this study is on the maintenance of distribution substations by using a mobile substation unit that is synchronized with the substation to be carried out. The purpose of using this mobile substation unit is to avoid power outages or what is known as non-outage maintenance. Maintenance without blackout is the process of maintaining the substation without interrupting the supply of electricity to consumers. Where this maintenance is carried out in a state of tension. One of the distribution substation maintenance methods without blackouts is to transfer the customer load from the distribution transformer to the Mobile Substation Unit transformer. The results of this study resulted in some of the best policies for the palace of the Mughal Sultanate.     Local Community Involvement for Indonesian National Bridge Management Systems

    Within the Indonesian national road network, Bina Marga, assisted by regional offices (Balai), manage nearly 18,000 bridges scattered across 34 provinces. Maintaining its reliability is vital as inland transportation remains the most effective mobility means for ± 270 million inhabitants. Therefore, as a road service provider under the Ministry of Public Work and Housing, they aim to achieve a high maturity level in public infrastructure asset management (PIAM) practices. It is done by improving the current Bridge Management Systems (BMS) 1992 guideline. However, managing such a vast network is challenging. The limited human resources in quality & quantity hinder Bina Marga and Balai to strive for reliable data and adequate routine maintenance. Inspired by Indonesian collectivism, the study explores local community involvement to improve bridge data quality and adequate routine maintenance, i.e., BMS x Locals. Its objective is to recommend Bina Marga to improve the current BMS practices through a BMS x Locals guideline. The study sketches the current state of BMS, identifies drivers in outsourcing locals, identifies the type of works and groups, identifies locals’ willingness to be outsourced, and generates situational strategies. The research question is formulated as: How can the local community be involved as the external resources to assist Bina Marga’s in Indonesian Bridge Management Systems (BMS). This study uses interviews and desk study to collect data on six Bina Marga & five Balai NTB officials, and five locals in West Nusa Tenggara province. In addition, various data analyses are performed, consisting of Causal Loop Diagram (CLD), Multi-criteria Decision-Making Analysis (MCDA), SWOT & TOWS analysis. The study results and the BMS x Locals guideline have been validated by a high-level Balai official. For the result, CLD reveals that Bina Marga is struggling for a high PIAM maturity level because of the absence of specific quadrennial strategic planning (RENSTRA) and limited human resources in BMS, making them unable to obtain reliable data and perform adequate routine maintenance within a year. It also identifies Bina Marga’s drivers to outsource locals: up-to-date data monitoring, additional human resources, economy, and public engagement. The MCDA, amounting to 4 analyses, identifies nine criteria: cost, time, bridge literacy, technological literacy, labouring skill, quality, continuity, level of education, and age. Such criteria generate inventory and condition data – conducted by local university elements and cleaning works (garbage, rubble, grass, and drainage) – by locals in the municipality’s list. Locals’ willingness to be outsourced is also unveiled through CLD, consisting of economy, i.e., additional income and knowledge & local pride. Moreover, SWOT & TOWS analysis identifies 11 strengths, 12 weaknesses, 9 opportunities, and 10 threats for BMS x Locals; and generates situational strategies (maxi-maxi: 7, maxi-mini: 7, mini-maxi: 6, and mini-mini: 7). Finally, synthesised situational strategies amounting to 1 to 2 items have been presented according to the empirical challenges. Based on the research outcome, BMS x Locals guideline is recommended to Bina Marga and Balai comprising six primary activities: screening, assessment of capacity, organisation forming & linking, planning & design, implementation, and monitoring & evaluation.Civil Engineering | Construction Management and Engineerin

    The use of digital tools to increase business efficiency is increasingly important amidst the rapid development of digital technology. Therefore, the concept of digipreneurship is increasingly important and relevant to study. The aim of this research is to analyze the needs of digipreneurship-based handbook. The method used in this research is quantitative descriptive. Data was obtained from data collection activities in the form of filling out a questionnaire regarding the desired teaching materials. The questionnaire used consists of 20 statements that are valid and reliable, of which 10 statements relate to target needs and 10 other statements about learning needs. The results of this research are that students need 1) knowledge related to digipreneurship, such as basic types, income models, examples, challenges, opportunities and businesses that are relevant to the digital era; 2) various skills such as using tools, digital business analysis, managing and retaining customers, and expanding online visibility; and 3) teaching materials that are complete and easy to carry anywhere and contain tips, practical guides and case studies
