    U okviru susreta "Zoom Šabat" koji se za vreme trajanja pandemije korona virusa održavao redovno svakog petka preko zoom platforme, 7. maja 2021. godine održan je susret pod naslovom "Kabala - jevrejski misticizam, značenje i uticaj". Tom prilikom predstavljeno je izdanje prvog i drugog toma knjige "ZOHAR - Knjiga sjaja" koju je objavila "Metafizika" iz Beograda. Kao moderator predavanja uvodnu reč dao je Davor Salom. Gosti na predavanju bili su Dražen Zev Pekušić, inženjer informacionih tehnologija i programer i veliki zaljubljenik u pisanu reč judaizma i književnik Filip David. Dražen Pekušić koji je u Zohar projekat uključen kao redaktor hebrejskih/aramejskih reči i izraza i autor predgovora, predstavio je ovaj projekat ujedno najavljujući objavljivanje ukupno 23 toma ovog izdanja na srpskom jeziku. Potom je Filip David govorio o ovoj knjizi, kao i o svom ličnom iskustvu i prvim kontaktima sa Kabalom i misticizmom i njihovom prisustvu u književnosti brojnih pisaca. O Kabali, njenom sistemu, rabinima koji su se njome bavili i, posebno Martinu Buberu, govorili su i drugi učesnici ovog susreta.As part of the "Zoom Sabbath" meeting, which was held regularly every Friday during the Coronavirus pandemic via the zoom platform, on May 7, 2021, a meeting entitled "Kabbalah - Jewish Mysticism, Meaning and Influence" was held. On that occasion, the edition of the first and second volumes of the book " ZOHAR - The Book of Shine" published by "Metafizika" from Belgrade was presented. Davor Salom gave the introductory speech as the moderator of the lecture. The guests at the lecture were Dražen Zev Pekušić, an information technology engineer and programmer and a great lover of the written word of Judaism and writer Filip David. Dražen Pekušić, who is involved in the Zohar project as an editor of Hebrew / Aramaic words and expressions and the author of the preface, presented this project, also announcing the publishing of a total of 23 volumes of this edition in the Serbian language. Then Philip David spoke about this book, as well as about his personal experience and first contacts with Kabbalah and mysticism and their presence in the literature of numerous writers. Other participants in this meeting also spoke about Kabbalah, its system, the rabbis who dealt with it, and especially Martin Buber.Trajanje 32:52 minuta (duration 32:52 minutes)

    Differential Fault Attack on Rasta and FiLIPDSM\text {FiLIP} _ {\text {DSM}}

    No full text
    In this paper we propose Differential Fault Attack (DFA) on two Fully Homomorphic Encryption (FHE) friendly stream ciphers Rasta and FiLIPDSM\text {FiLIP} _ {\text {DSM}} . Design criteria of Rasta rely on affine layers and nonlinear layers, whereas FiLIPDSM\text {FiLIP} _ {\text {DSM}} relies on permutations and a nonlinear fil- ter function. Here we show that the secret key of these two ciphers can be recovered by injecting only 1 bit fault in the initial state. Our DFA on full round (# rounds = 6) Rasta with 219 block size requires only one block (i.e., 219 bits) of normal and faulty keystream bits. In the case of our DFA on FiLIP-430 (one instance of FiLIPDSM\text {FiLIP} _ {\text {DSM}} ), we need 30000 normal and faulty keystream bits

    Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis

    No full text
    We provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Finally, we show by means of an example that our findings have a high practical relevance.information science;Pearson correlation;cosine;similarity measure;author cocitation analysis

    Mapping Industry 4.0 Innovation: A spatial analysis of Industry 4.0 in Sweden : A spatial distribution study of patent statistics in Sweden between 2017-2023

    Economic geography is an important subject for policymakers when it comes to technological change and as development of Industry 4.0 is an important topic, the subject will only increase in importance. The purpose of the study was to map and analyse the spatial distribution of Industry 4.0 innovation activity in Sweden from 2017 to 2023 with the objective to find major innovation hubs and construct a patent dataset representing Industry 4.0 innovation. Earlier research suggested that the innovative activity should be clustered around the major metropolitan areas as they possess the necessary externalities. Theory further suggests that outliers in the data can be found in proximity to nearby universities or firms with high R&D investment. The findings show that the distribution mostly follows the expected pattern with some localised innovation hubs depending on the analysed variable. Policymakers can use these findings to understand the spatial properties of Industry 4.0 to make regional policies more effective

    Conversation around the exhibition Ebifananyi, moderated by Filip De Boeck

    Filip De Boeck moderates a conversation with Andrea Stultiens and Canon Griffin around their exhibition 'Ebifananyi' at the Foto Museum in Antwerp. The noun Ebifananyi is derived from the verb Kufanana, which means “to resemble”. Ebifananyi is the Luganda word for drawings, paintings and photographs. In 2011, Andrea Stultiens (NL) and R. Canon Griffin (UG) founded the History in Progress Uganda platform. Under this name, they document historical Ugandan photography collections in their current state.Stultiens’ role alternates between documentalist and artist and curator. Both personal records and the work of Ugandan photographers, Western colonists and missionaries of the past are being amassed. Having chosen a multi-vocal approach, she invites contemporary artists to help activate the visual material. The results so far are presented in eight intimate publications entitled Ebifananyi and have been shown in numerous small exhibitions in Uganda and Northern Europe. The FOMU presentation brings together for the first time all the photography collections upon which the publications are based. They demonstrate the wide variety of narrative potential for historical footage. The exhibition also provides insight into responses to the collections in Uganda itself.Stultiens thus aims to show how photographic images in this East African country are being used and questions the stereotypical imagery that is associated with Africa. "Closing the R&D Gap, Evaluating the Sources of R&D Spending"

    No full text
    Both spending and tax policies have been implemented in the United States with the goal of stimulating private sector research and development (R&D). Karier questions whether current R&D policy, especially the research and experimentation tax credit, can contribute to closing the gap between nondefense expenditures on R&D in the United States and such expenditures in other countries, such as Japan and Germany. He also explores possible changes to our current R&D policy to make it more effective.
