    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh daya tarik, bukti fisik, dan viral marketing terhadap niat mengunjungi kembali objek wisata hutan lindung di kota Langsa, dengan kepuasan sebagai variabel intervening. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh individu yang sebelumnya pernah mengunjungi objek wisata hutan lindung kota Langsa. Ukuran sampel dapat berkisar antara 5 hingga 10 kali jumlah indikator dalam model, dan untuk penelitian ini diambil ukuran sampel 10 kali jumlah indikator (17x7), sehingga diperoleh 119 sampel. Penelitian ini menggunakan Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan menggunakan software WarpPLS 9.0. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel daya tarik dan bukti fisik mempunyai pengaruh terhadap kepuasan pengunjung. Selanjutnya daya tarik, bukti fisik, dan kepuasan pengunjung berpengaruh terhadap niat berkunjung kembali ke objek wisata hutan lindung kota Langsa. Namun variabel viral marketing tidak mempengaruhi kepuasan pengunjung atau niat berkunjung kembali. Hasil penelitian juga mengungkapkan bahwa kepuasan pengunjung memediasi hubungan daya tarik dan bukti fisik terhadap niat berkunjung kembali.     This study aims to identify the influence of product quality and service quality on customer satisfaction at Ghathaf Coffee Premium, Teupin Punti, North Aceh. The research method used is quantitative with a survey approach. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 75 regular customers who have experience with Ghathaf Coffee Premium products and services, and the data were processed using SPSS 29. The results of regression analysis show that product quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, with a regression coefficient value of 0.462 and a t-value of 5.159 > 1.666. Service quality also has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, with a regression coefficient value of 0.223 and a t-value of 3.087 > 1.666 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Together, product quality and service quality have a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction at Ghathaf Coffee Premium Teupin Punti, North Aceh. The implications of this study highlight the importance for Ghathaf Coffee Premium to continuously improve its product and service quality to maintain and enhance customer satisfaction and strengthen its market position.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh kualitas produk dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan di Ghathaf Coffee Premium, Teupin Punti, Aceh Utara. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 75 pelanggan reguler yang telah berpengalaman dengan produk dan layanan Ghathaf Coffee Premium dan data diolah menggunakan SPPS 29. Hasil analisis regresi menunjukkan bahwa kualitas produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dengan nilai koefisien regresi sebesar 0.462 dan nilai t hitung sebesar 5.159 > 1.666. Kualitas pelayanan juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dengan nilai koefisien regresi sebesar 0.223 dan nilai t hitung sebesar 3.087 > 1.666 serta nilai signifikansi 0.000 < 0.05. Secara bersama-sama, kualitas produk dan kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan Ghathaf Coffee Premium Teupin Punti Aceh Utara. Implikasi penelitian ini adalah pentingnya Ghathaf Coffee Premium untuk terus meningkatkan kualitas produk dan pelayanannya guna mempertahankan dan meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan serta memperkuat posisi mereka di pasar

Untuk proses pengambilan keputusan perusahaan dalam perencanaan laba, analisis ini sangat membantu. Analisis untuk menentukan penjualan minimum yang diperlukan perusahaan untuk menghindari kerugian tetapi belum menghasilkan keuntungan, atau untuk mengatakan bahwa keuntungan sama dengan nol. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi kualitatif. Penelusuran secara langsung dalam bentuk informasi dari usaha tersebut, dengan terknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara purposive dan snowball dan triangulasi. menggunakan data biaya, volume penjualan dan pendapatan tahun 2020-2022. Ada perbedaan sebelum dan sesudah analisis BEP. Pada saat harga dinaikkan 10% maka perbandingan jumlah target unit sebesar 563kg sebelumnya sebesar 671kg. jika biaya variable diturunkan 10% maka arget penjualan hanya 614kg sebelumnya 671k

    The study analyzed the performance of the device in the development of BUMG by reviewing the influence of the keuchik leadership factor and increasing sources of income. The study was conducted at BUMG Meunasah Kulam, Meureudu District, Pidie Jaya Regency. The type of quantitative research with causality analysis. The data analysis technique used was path analysis using SMART-PLS. The results obtained (1) BUMG development is influenced by keuchik leadership and the contribution of income source factors also influences BUMG development, (2) Gampong device performance and also increasing sources of income have a significant effect on BUMG development. (3) Keuchik leadership has a significant effect on Gampong device performance. (4) The influence of Leadership, Increasing Sources of Income, and Gampong Device Performance simultaneously on the Development of Village-Owned Enterprises by 76.1%. (5) Leadership and Increasing Sources of Income affect Gampong Device Performance by 77.9%

    Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis

    The present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed.     “Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship

    Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis

    We provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature.     Dispelling the Myths Behind First-author Citation Counts

    We conducted a full-scale evaluative citation analysis study of scholars in the XML research field to explore just how different from each other author rankings resulting from different citation counting methods actually are, and to demonstrate the capability of emerging data and tools on the Web in supporting more realistic citation counting methods. Our results contest some common arguments for the continued use of first-author citation counts in the evaluation of scholars, such as high correlations between author rankings by first-author citation counts and other citation counting methods, and high costs of using more realistic citation counting methods that are not well-supported by the ISI databases. It is argued that increasingly available digital full text research papers make it possible for citation analysis studies to go beyond what the ISI databases have directly supported and to employ more sophisticated methods
