UPAYA KEPALA SEKOLAH DALAM MENINGKATKAN PROFESIONALISME GURU DI SMA N 1 SUNGAYANG TANAH DATAR SUMATERA BARAT
Get PDFAbstrakPokok permasalahan dalam penelitian ini disebabkan karena adanya beberapa guru yang belum menguasai materi pelajaran, kurang menguasai teknologi dan belum menjalankan tugasnya sesuai rencana yang ditetapkan sebelumnya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah 1) Untuk mengetahui upaya Kepala Sekolah dalam meningkatkan kemampuan penguasaan materi oleh guru 2) Untuk mengetahui upaya Kepala Sekolah dalam meningkatkan kemampuan penguasaan SK dan KD dalam proses belajar mengajar 3) Untuk mengetahui upaya Kepala Sekolah dalam meningkatkan kemampuan pengembangan materi oleh guru 4) Untuk mengetahui upaya Kepala Sekolah dalam meningkatkan kemampuan penguasaan teknologi oleh guru 5) Untuk mengetahui upaya Kepala Sekolah dalam meningkatkan kemampuan reflektif guru. Metode Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi dan pengambilan lokasi di SMA N 1 Sungayang. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah Kepala Sekolah dan guruSMA N 1 Sungayang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Instrumen yang mendukung dalam teknik pengumpulan data yaitu diri peneliti sendiri dan pedoman wawancara. Teknik penjaminan keabsahan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kredibilitas, keteralihan, ketergantungan dan ketegasan. Hasil Penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa upaya kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan professional guru di SMAN 1 Sungayang adalah dengan cara berikut ini: 1.meningkatkan kemampuan penguasaan mater bagi guru, 2. kemampuan penguasaan SK dan KD mata pelajaran yang diampu oleh guru, 3. meningkatkan kemampuan pengembangan materi oleh guru, 4. meningkatkan kemampuan guru dalam menguasai teknologi dan 5. meningkatkan kemampuan reflektif guru Kata kunci: Upaya. Kepala Sekolah, Profesionalisme Abstract The main problem in this study is due to the fact that there are several teachers who have not mastered the subject matter, lack knowledge of technology and have not carried out their duties according to a predetermined plan. The purposes of this study were 1) To find out the efforts of the Principal in improving the mastery of the material by the teacher 2) To find out the efforts of the Principal in improving the ability to master SK and KD in the teaching and learning process 3) To find out the efforts of the Principal in improving the ability of the teacher to develop material 4) To find out the efforts of the Principal in improving the ability of teachers to master technology 5) To find out the efforts of the Principal in increasing the reflective ability of teachers. This research is a qualitative research with a phenomenological approach and location taking at SMA N 1 Sungayang. The data sources in this study were the principal and teachers of SMA N 1 Sungayang. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. Instruments that support data collection techniques are the researchers themselves and the interview guide. Data validity assurance techniques used in this study are credibility, transferability, dependence and firmness. The results of this study reveal that the principal's efforts to improve the professionalism of teachers at SMAN 1 Sungayang are in the following ways: 1. increasing the ability to master the material for teachers, 2. the ability to master SK and KD subjects taught by the teacher, 3. increasing the ability to develop material by the teacher, 4. increasing the teacher's ability to master technology and 5. increasing the teacher's reflective ability Keywords: Efforts. Analisis Manajemen Kurikulum Merdeka Belajar oleh Stakeholders Pendidikan pada Madrasah di Kabupaten Tanah Datar
No full textKurikulum Merdeka Belajar is a new policy from the Indonesian Ministry of Education and Culture, which was conveyed by the Indonesian Minister of Education and Culture, the Advanced Indonesia Cabinet. According to Nadiem, the essence of independent thinking must be instilled in teachers first before being applied to students. Without the translation of basic competencies and curriculum, no learning will occur at the existing teacher competency level. The type of research used in this research is qualitative research with a case study approach. The data collection methods used in the research were observation and interview techniques. The results of this research reveal that: implementing the independent learning curriculum at madrasas in Tanah Datar Regency, of course there are opportunities, challenges, threats and obstacles that occur. Among the forms of opportunity obtained is the support from the head of the madrasah, the curriculum development team at the madrasah in Tanah Datar Regency, teachers and parties involved in implementing the independent learning curriculum, in its implementation there are also several challenges that must be faced, these challenges lie in madrsahs and the readiness of educators as learning leaders. Madrasas in Tanah Datar Regency must be ready in terms of facilities and infrastructure, renewal/innovation, and teachers who do not master technology are required to be able and master technology in order to support the learning process
Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis

counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

The purpose of this study was to find out how the role of the head of the office in implementing the integrity zone of bureaucratic reform and how the division of duties of employees at the Office of the Ministry of Religion of Tanah Datar Regency.The type of research that the author uses is a type of field research or field research, to obtain data from the problems studied. The data collection technique of this research was obtained from the results of observations, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique that the writer uses is data reduction, data presentation, conclusion drawing and verification. The technique of guaranteeing the validity of the data that the author uses is persistence of observation, triangulation and using reference materials, then describes and classifies certain aspects of the problem and describes it through effective sentences.Based on research conducted in the field on the role of the head of the office in implementing the Bureaucratic Reform Integrity Zone at the Office of the Ministry of Religion of Tanah Datar Regency, the head of the office has shown his role well and has done according to his ability in carrying out activities to make the office an integrity zone of bureaucratic reform. No full textThis study aims to determine the application of management aspects of education in: (1) personnel and student management, (2) curriculum management, and (3) infrastructure management in Lima Kaum 1 SLB. This research is qualitative research with a case study method. Data collection techniques used are: Observation, Interview Method and Documentation. The results of the study revealed: (1) in staffing and student management, it was found that the implementation of management had been carried out in terms of routine activities, but there were still a number of things that had to be corrected namely in terms of organization, function of school leaders and businessmanship , it was found that the school had made every effort in implementing the 2013 Curriculum, but still needed proper and accurate management in its implementation at school and the development of a typical school curriculum so as to improve school quality, (3) in the management of facilities and infrastructure found that administrative management in the procurement of infrastructure facilities it is good, but still needs improvement in terms of planning procurement of facilities that are right on target and management of existing infrastructure

Because the qualitative method uses interviews to collect data, this is the main technique in the qualitative method. Through this research, it can be concluded that 1) Planning, the principal in disciplining teachers consists of the principal formulating rules and codes of ethics that are guided by the Law on the Minister of Education and Culture, 2) Implementation, the principal disciplining teachers using 3 approaches the example of the principal, routine training and motivation of the principal, and 3) Evaluation, in the evaluation activity of disciplining teachers, the principal carries out forms of evaluation activities such as monitoring, data collection and confirmation, and also collaborates with a team of supervisors/supervisors to assess performance teacher, which also includes teacher discipline

Get PDF“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
Get PDFWe provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. This research is a field research with a qualitative approach to discover and re-describe what is happening in the field in relation to fostering the spiritual intelligence of students at the Thawalib Islamic Boarding School Tanjung Limau. The sources of information for this research were the Head of the Thawalib Islamic Boarding School, the Head of the Thawalib Islamic Boarding School MTsS, Madrasah Caregivers/Assistant, students and curriculum representatives. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, documentation and confirmation of the correctness of the material, the researchers used triangulation.
