Pola penggunaan fluconazole pada pasien HIV & AIDS dengan Infeksi Oportunistik di UPIPI RSUD Dr. Soetomo Surabaya
No full textHuman Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) adalah virus yang menyerang sistem kekebalan tubuh khususnya limfosit-T CD4+ (CD4) sehingga menyebabkan penurunan sistem imun dan dapat menimbulkan Acquired Immunodeficiency Syndrome (AIDS). Infeksi oportunistik adalah infeksi yang terjadi karena menurunnya sistem imun tubuh sehingga orang yang terinfeksi HIV menjadi rentan terhadap beberapa penyakit. Infeksi oportunistik yang sangat umum terjadi adalah kandidiasis. Salah satu terapi yang diberikan untuk kandidiasis adalah fluconazole yang berfungsi sebagai penghambat pertumbuhan fungi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pola penggunaan fluconazole pada pasien HIV & AIDS dengan infeksi oportunistik di UPIPI RSUD Dr. Soetomo Surabaya dan pola terapi yang meliputi dosis, frekuensi, serta rute pemberiannya. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian observasi dengan pengumpulan data dilakukan secara retrospektif pada pasien HIV & AIDS periode Januari 2015 sampai dengan Mei 2015. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa penggunaan terapi fluconazole tunggal sebanyak 14 pasien (40%) dengan dosis, frekuensi dan rute paling banyak adalah fluconazole 100 mg 1x1 PO sebanyak 6 pasien. Untuk penggunaan kombinasi fluconazole sebanyak 21 pasien (60%) dengan kombinasi paling banyak adalah fluconazole 100 mg 1x1 PO dengan nystatin drop sebanyak 8 pasien dan pemberian fluconazole terkait dosis, frekuensi, serta rute pemberiannya sudah sesuai dengan guidelines yang ada

The problems described in this study are (1) What is the character of Andrea Hirata's main characters? (2) what is the character of the main characters in the novels by Andrea Hirata? The theory that the author uses to analyze this research is theory Suryabarta (2003), and Suroto's theory (1989). The author uses the method descriptive to do this research. While the technique used in this study is a hermeneutic technique that is reading, note taking, and conclude In this study it can be concluded that the main character character in Andrea Hirata's novels there are various kinds of characters told to form a story line, which uses behavioral techniques normative (direct) and descriptive (indirect) behavior. The following character traits main in the novels by Andrea Hirata: (1) Character of the main character Ikal on the novel Laskar Pelangi by Andrea Hirata has a normative character (direct) as much as 5 data, while descriptively (indirectly) 4 data. (2) the character of the main character Ikal in the Eleven Patriot novel has a normative character (direct) there are 4 data, whereas in character descriptive (indirect) of 5 data. (3) the character of the main character Maryamah or Enong in the novel Cintra Dalam Gelas has a normative character of 4 data, while descriptive characters are 5 data. (4) the character of the main character Sabari in the novel by Father Hirata Andrea has a normative character (direct) 7 data, whereas descriptively (indirectly) there are 3 data. Furthermore, in the characterization of novels by Andrea Hirata. No full textThis study aims to determine the suitability of the accounting implementation carried out by the garment tailor business in Pangkalan Kerinci District, Pelalawan Regency with the basic concepts of accounting. In this study the authors used a purposive sampling method, which is a type of non-random sample selection whose information is obtained using certain considerations (generally adjusted to the objectives or research problems). By using this method, the authors took 20 clothing tailors in Pangkalan Kerinci District, Pelalawan Regency as samples. The data collection technique used by the author in conducting this research was the Quantitative Method, namely distributing questionnaires, conducting structured interviews and conducting observations. Based on the results of this study, it shows that the accounting implementation carried out by the garment tailor business in Pangkalan Kerinci District, Pelalawan Regency has not fully implement the basic concepts of accounting
