No full textThe purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of career development, training and compensation at CV Indo Bangka Perkasa that’s located in Pangkalpinang. The population of this research is all of the employees who work at CV Indo Bangka Perkasa and the number of samples obtained is based on saturated samples of 56 employees. Tests were conducted in this study using SmartPLS 3.3.3. The results of this study are career development, training and compensation each has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh pengembangan karir, pelatihan dan kompensasi pada CV Indo Bangka Perkasa yang berlokasi di Pangkalpinang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan yang bekerja di CV Indo Bangka Perkasa dan jumlah sampel yang diperoleh berdasarkan sampel jenuh sebanyak 56 karyawan. Pengujian dilakukan dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan SmartPLS 3.3.3. Hasil penelitian ini adalah pengembangan karir, pelatihan dan kompensasi masing-masing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan

branding (citra diri) yang digunakan oleh perempuan muda Cerint Iralloza dalam
pemilihan legislatif DPD RI 2024 di Sumatera Barat. Keterwakilan perempuan di
parlemen masih menjadi isu penting, termasuk pada Pemilu Legislatif 2024 di
Sumatera Barat. Tingkat keterpilihan perempuan di DPD RI sangat rendah, terlihat
hanya satu legislator perempuan muda yang berhasil lolos, yaitu Cerint Iralloza
Tasya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis branding
yang dibangun Cerint Iralloza melalui personal branding (citra diri) pada tahap
proses Pemilu dalam masa kampanye hingga sampai terpilih. Penelitian ini
menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus, penelitian ini
mengacu pada teori strategi politik Peter Schrooder untuk mengkaji bagaimana
personal branding (citra diri) menjadi faktor penentu kesuksesan politik. Hasil
penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Cerint Iralloza secara konsisten membangun
citra diri yang kuat melalui formulasi (konseptualisasi) visi misi yang menarik,
identitas visual khas, pemanfaatan media sosial, dan keterlibatan aktif dengan
kelompok sasaran strategis. Keberhasilannya meraih kursi DPD RI, bahkan setelah
melalui dua kali pemungutan suara ulang menunjukkan efektifitas personal
branding (citra diri) dalam membangun kedekatan emosional dengan pemilih serta
meningkatkan elektabilitas (keterpilihan). Dan adanya juga temuan yang
kemampuan Cerint Iralloza untuk mengintegrasikan branding pribadi dengan
trategi politik berbasis jaringan sosial dan kekeluargaan

Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
Get PDFThe present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

Get PDF“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
Get PDFWe provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. ANALISIS KARAKTERISTIK DAERAH ALIRAN SUNGAI (DAS) AIR DINGIN DAN HUBUNGAN ANTARA DEBIT DAN SEDIMEN
Get PDFPenelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan November-Desember 2017 di Daerah Aliran Sungai (DAS) Air Dingin, Kecamatan Koto Tangah, Kota Padang. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisa karakteristik DAS Air Dingin berdasarkan morfometri DAS dan melihat hubungan debit aliran sungai dengan sedimen. Hasil Penelitian Das Air Dingin memiliki luas 133,164 〖km〗^2, dengan nilai karakteristik DAS berdasarkan morfometri DAS meliputi : koefisien bentuk (F) sebesar 0,03, kerapatan sungai (D) sebesar 1,51 〖km〗^(-1), lebar rata – rata DAS (W) sebesar 1,99 km, kekasaran DAS (Ru) sebesar 2723,23 dan nisbah percabangan sebesar 1,57. Debit tertinggi terjadi ketika hujan pada tanggal 11 November 2017 sebesar 55,45 m^3/detik dengan konsentrasi sedimen sebesar 188 mg/l. Debit terendah terjadi ketika tidak hujan pada tanggal 12 Desember 2017 sebesar 24,22 m^3/detik dengan konsentrasi sedimen sebesar 86 mg/l. Pada tanggal 16 November 2017 debit yang diperoleh sebesar 28,49 m^3/detik dengan konsentrasi sedimen sebesar 50 mg/l. Hubungan antara debit dan muatan sedimen yang terjadi pada DAS Air Dingin dengan nilai regresi linear adalah Y = 32,30 X – 700,9 dengan nilai koefisien R2 = 0.96 artinya besarnya muatan sedimen berbanding lurus dengan nilai debit, semakin besar debit aliran sungai maka semakin tinggi pula muatan sedimen begitu juga sebaliknya.

Get PDFWe conducted a full-scale evaluative citation analysis study of scholars in the XML research field to explore just how different from each other author rankings resulting from different citation counting methods actually are, and to demonstrate the capability of emerging data and tools on the Web in supporting more realistic citation counting methods. Our results contest some common arguments for the continued
use of first-author citation counts in the evaluation of scholars, such as high correlations between author rankings by first-author citation counts and other citation
counting methods, and high costs of using more realistic citation counting methods that are not well-supported by the ISI databases. It is argued that increasingly available digital full text research papers make it possible for citation analysis studies to go beyond what the ISI databases have directly supported and to employ more
