No full textWith the development of technology and information, content marketing is one of the growing promotional methods. This is followed by the increasing use of social media. Content marketing is used for the marketing process by packaging a message in the form of interesting content. The Tiktok @swapindonesia account uses content marketing as a medium for marketing Smoot Indonesia electric motorbikes to increase buying interest. The content on the @swapindonesia Tiktok account often features parodies that are in accordance with everyday life with elements of comedy and storytelling which are usually used for entertainment content needs, but @swapindonesia uses these themes for marketing needs. This study uses a research method with a quantitative approach with an explanatory type of research. The population of this study were followers of the Tiktok @swapindonesia account. This study used a sample of 100 respondents by distributing questionnaires online. Sample selection using purposive sampling method. Testing using simple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that content marketing has a positive effect on buying interest in Smoot Indonesia electric motors, the amount of influence is in the low category with the coefficient value obtained is 0.391. Therefore, if the value of content marketing increases, the value of buying interest will also increase

Muamalah merupakan bagian dari hukum Islam yang mengatur hubungan antar seseorang dengan orang lain, baik seseorang itu pribadi tertentu maupun berbentuk badan hukum. Keberadaan lembaga perbankan syariah menjadi tantangan tersendiri dalam sendi-sendi perekonomian masyarakat, dalam kegiatan ekonominya, sehingga Lembaga perbankan syariah ini menjadi pilot projek dalam menjawab tantangan zaman. Gadai menjadi fasilitas Bank yang disediakan untuk masyarakat dalam meningkatkan suatu kebutuhan transaksi yang memberikan pinjaman dengan adanya agunan. Berdasarkan ini siatif penulis dalam penelitian ini yaitu mencoba mengintegrasikan dua aspek hukum dalam praktek Gadai emas di Bank Syariah Mandiri Madiun.
Sehingga dalam penelitian ini terdapat dua rumusan masalah yaitu: Bagaimana Praktek gadai emas di Bank Syariah Mandiri Madiun? Bagaimana praktek gadai emas perspektif DSN MUI No.26/DSN-MUI/III/2002 tentang Rahn Emas dan Surat Edaran Bank Indonesia No.14/7/DPbS. Untuk mengetahui praktek Gadai yang terjadi di Bank Syariah Mandiri Cabang Madiun, maka dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan jenis penelitian Yuridis Empiris sebagai pisau analisis dalam menjawab permaalahan di atas.
Adapun hasil penelitian ini yaitu Dalam menangani pembiayaan ini dikelola dan dikerjakan khusus oleh officer gadai yang bertanggung jawab penuh atas segala sesuatu yang berhubungan dengan produk gadai emas BSM. Dalam prakteknya, akad yang digunakan dalam pembiayaan gadai di BSM ini adalah akad Qardh dalam rangka Rahn. Qardh dalam rangka Rahn adalah akad pemberian pinjaman dari bank untuk nasabah. Perspektif DSN-MUI No.14/7/DPbs Berdasarkan isi dari fatwa yang telah disepakati oleh MUI dan dituangkan oleh Dewan Syari’ah Nasional, bahwa praktik al-rahn diperbolehkan. Dalam mekanismenya, dalam praktik gadai menggunakan akad al-rahn dan dalam penyimpanan barang gadai (marhun) menggunakannya akad ijarah. Akad ijarah disini diartikan bahwa penggadai (rahin) menyewa tempat di bank untuk menyimpan atau menitipkan barang gadainya, kemudian bank menetapkan biaya sewa tempat. Secara umum Bank syaria’ah mandiri telah menyesuaikan sistem dan prosedur gadai emas syari’ah berdasarkan Surat edaran Bank Indonesia No 14/7/DPbs.2012

Muamalah is part of Islamic law which regulate the relationship of someone with others, whether it is a person or a legal entity. The existence of sharia banking institution has become a specific challenge in the joints of society economy, within its economic activities, so this sharia banking institution has become a pilot project in answering the challenge of time. Pawn has become the bank facility provided for the community in improving a transactional need that provides loan with collateral. Based on the initiative of the author in this research namely to try to integrate the two aspects of law in the practice of gold pawn in Bank Syariah Mandiri Madiun.
Thus in this research there were two formulation of problems namely: How the Practice of gold pawn in Bank Syariah Mandiri Madiun? How the practice of gold pawn in the perspective of DSN MUI No.26/DSN-MUI/III/2002 on Gold Pawn and Circullar Letter of Bank of Indonesia No. 14/7/DPbS. To understand the practice of Pawn occuring in Bank Syariah Mandiri Madiun Branch, then in this research the author used Juridical Empirical research type as the blade analysis in answering the above problems.
As for the results of this research it is found that in handling the financing, it has been managed and carried out specially by the pawnshop officer who is in full charge of all matters related with the product of BSM gold pawn. In practice, the agreement (akad) used in financing pawn in this BSM is contract of Qardh in order of Rahn. Qardh in order of Rahn is a contract that gives loan from the bank to customers. Perspective of DSN-MUI No.14/7/DPbs Based on the content of fatwa which have been agreed upon by MUI and poured by the National Sharia Board, practice of al-rahn is allowed. In the mechanism, in practice of pawn uses contract of al-rahn and storing the collateral (marhun) uses the contract of ijarah. Contract of ijarah here is interpreted that the pawner (rahin) hires a place in the bank to save or entrust their collateral, then the bank set cost of renting the place. In general, Bank Syariah Mandiri has adjusted the system and procedure of sharia gold pawn based on the Circular Letter of Bank of Indonesia No. 14/7/DPbs.201

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh latihan kekuatan otot lengan pada permainan bulutangkis melalui ketepatan dan kecepatan pukulan smash pada siswa UPTD SD Negeri 1 Blega. Peneliti menggunakan metode eksperimen, desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah one group pretest-posttest design. Populasi pada penelitian ini berjumlah 10 siswa kelas 6. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah uji normalitas, uji homogenitas, uji T-Test. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa latihan kekuatan otot lengan berpengaruh terhadap pukulan smash bulutangkis yaitu 0,000 < 0,05 yang menunjukkan adanya perbedaan secara signifikan pemahaman siswa
Implementasi Sistem Pelaporan Digital untuk Penguatan Data Lingkungan di Kelurahan Padurenan
Get PDFThe administrative data management at the Neighborhood Association (RT) and Community Unit (RW) levels in Padurenan Village is still predominantly manual, leading to inefficiencies, risks of data loss, and low community participation in reporting. Through a Community Service Program (KKN), an Excel-based reporting system was implemented to enhance the performance and involvement of local community administrators. The program involved several stages: initial coordination with village officials, field surveys to identify needs, system design, socialization, and hands-on training for RT/RW administrators. Program evaluation was conducted through direct observation and feedback from users during the implementation phase. The results indicate a significant increase in the digital literacy of RT/RW administrators, enabling more structured, efficient, and accurate data recording. This digital transformation has also fostered greater community participation in administrative activities. The program successfully established a foundational digital administration system, replacing manual methods with a more organized and accessible approach. Recommendations for future development include periodic system updates and ongoing training to ensure the sustainability of this digital initiative

The research was conducted in November 2022 with the population at SMA Negeri 3 Banjarbaru. The sample used was class XI IPA 3 and the sampling technique used random sampling so that a sample of 36 students was obtained. The instruments in this study were height using a microtoise, and lay up with a basketball, basketball court complete with a ring. Data analysis using SPSS application. The results showed a significance value of 0.008 <0.05, so there is a significant relationship. Conclusion height and lay up ability have a significant relationship
SUSTAINABLE ARCHITECTURE RESEARCH TRENDS: A BIBLIOMETRIC ANALYSIS FOCUSING ON BUILDING FAÇADE DESIGN WITH THE INFLUENCE OF THERMAL COMFORT
Get PDFBuildings account for a significant portion of global energy use, making facade design a critical component in efforts to achieve sustainable architecture. In tropical climates, challenges such as high solar radiation, temperature, and humidity increase the demand for innovative facade strategies that improve thermal comfort and energy efficiency. Proven strategies such as shading devices, roof overhangs, and natural ventilation have demonstrated effectiveness in reducing indoor heat gain and increasing occupant comfort. This study aims to analyze current research trends in sustainable architecture with a focus on building facade design and its impact on thermal comfort. Bibliometric analysis was carried out using Scopus-indexed publications from 2016 to 2025, with keywords related to building design, thermal comfort, and facade efficiency. VOSViewer software was used to map keyword networks, visualize publication trends, and identify dominant themes and research clusters. The analysis includes 51 relevant publications and reveals a growing interest in facade-related energy research over the last decade. The majority of research is focused on engineering, energy, and environmental science, with global contributions from China, the United States, and Italy. Keyword clustering identified three core research themes: architectural design strategies, building envelope technologies, and thermal comfort performance. Despite a growing body of research, this study highlights a gap in facade design research specifically adapted to tropical climates, where humidity and solar radiation issues require more context-sensitive solutions. These findings underscore the need for more localized and multidisciplinary research, as well as the integration of adaptive and intelligent façade systems. This research contributes to the knowledge base by identifying research patterns and gaps, offering a foundation for future investigations into facade innovations that support energy-efficient and thermally comfortable buildings in diverse climate contexts
EDUKASI DIGITALISASI LAYANAN KESEHATAN MELALUI APLIKASI MOBILE JKN DI PUSKESMAS SUKARATU
Get PDFKegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan kesadaran masyarakat mengenai manfaat penggunaan aplikasi Mobile JKN dalam mendukung layanan kesehatan di Puskesmas Sukaratu. Kegiatan ini meliputi edukasi secara personal melalui pendampingan langsung dan distribusi leaflet berisi panduan penggunaan aplikasi Mobile JKN kepada 20 peserta yang terdiri dari pasien dan keluarga pasien. Materi yang disampaikan meliputi langkah-langkah mengunduh aplikasi, melakukan pendaftaran, serta pemanfaatan fitur utama seperti pendaftaran rawat jalan online, informasi ketersediaan tempat tidur, riwayat pelayanan, dan layanan antrean online. Kendala teknis, seperti masalah jaringan internet dan literasi digital yang rendah, diatasi dengan bimbingan langsung oleh tim pengabdi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman dan keterampilan peserta sebesar 45%, di mana 9 dari 20 peserta berhasil mengunduh dan membuat akun Mobile JKN secara mandiri setelah kegiatan berlangsung. Kegiatan ini mendukung upaya transformasi digital dalam layanan kesehatan sekaligus memperkuat implementasi Program JKN menuju Universal Health Coverage
