SMP Islam Manbaul Ulum memiliki program sekolah yang menarik untuk tingkat sekolah menengah pertama. Program tersebut adalah Internship Program, program yang mendatangkan mahasiswa atau mahasiswi bahkan bisa seorang aktifis dari luar negeri untuk bisa magang disekolah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk menjelaskan mengenai rasionalitas Internship Program dan pelaksanaannya pada sekolah berbasis agama. Peneliti menggunakan teori rasionalitas yang dikemukakan oleh Max Weber sebagai dasar analisis data. Penelitian ini hanya menggunakan 2 tipe rasionalitas, yakni rasionalitas instrumental dan rasionalitas nilai/tujuan. Hal tersebut dikarenakan karena temuan data yang ditemukan oleh peneliti dalam proses penelitian hanya mengarah pada tipe rasionalitas instrumental dan rasionalitas nilai/tujuan. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis metode penelitian kualitatif, dengan menggunakan pendekatan verstehen. Penggunaan pendekatan tersebut memiliki tujuan yakni agar kedekatan antara informan dengan peneliti bisa terjalin dengan baik, sehingga bisa memperoleh data terperinci sesuai dengan fenomena. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Internship Program memberikan dampak positif bagi seluruh warga sekolah dalam menumbuhkan atmosfer berbahasa Inggris. EVALUASI TARIF ANGKUTAN UMUM BERDASARKAN BIAYA OPERASIONAL KENDARAAN (BOK), ABILITY TO PAY (ATP), DAN WILLINGNESS TO PAY (WTP) (STUDI KASUS : PO. KALISARI CITRA JAYA TRAYEK TERMINAL ARJOSARI MALANG – TERMINAL PURABAYA SURABAYA)
Determining the tariff requires an objective evaluation based on existing provisions. Because it has to adapt to regulations, company conditions and the conditions of service users. Kalisari bus transportation is one of the providers of public transportation services on the Malang Surabaya route. Data was obtained from companies and the results of interviews with users of public transportation services. With the data that is available, it is analyzed to determine the operational costs incurred by the service provider, passenger capabilities, and passenger desires. The results of the data analysis show that the tariff based on BOK is RP 37,367.43, while the tariff based on ATP analysis on weekdays is RP 37,053.00 and on Saturdays and Sundays it is RP 38,925.00, the tariff based on WTP analysis on weekdays is RP 34,350. 00 and on Saturdays and Sundays it is RP 34,138.00, while the applicable or applied tariff value is RP 40,000.00. With the results of the BOK, ATP and WTP tariff analysis, it was concluded that the current tariff value is RP. 40,000.00 is the price recommended by the author for the applicable tariff amount

Load-displacement experimental data from axial tensile loading of CFRP-SPCC hybrid laminates
The current paper shows a data set of load-displacement output from axial tensile loading of CFRP-SPCC hybrid laminates. The specimen geometries are cut based on standard procedure from ASTM D-3039. At least 3 positions in each specimen, we measured its width and thickness. Data of the load and displacement were repeated at least 3 samples in each combination of hybrid laminates. Tensile test was conducted with a 1 mm/min of loading rate. The data were recorded from unloading until failure of specimens. The data gives information about the highest load and the behavior of load-displacement in axial tensile loading. By using width and thickness, normalized data can be obtained, the load can be calculated into stress (MPa) unit. The data are useful for researchers and structural engineers that deals with CFRP, SPCC, and hybrid CFRP-SPCC laminates. © 2020 The Author

With advances in technology, people can now work independently without having to come to work. This is thanks to technology which is increasingly widespread in various aspects of human life. Especially among the younger generation, interest in becoming freelancers is increasing because of the flexibility of work schedules that allow them to work from anywhere. Apart from that, they can collaborate with clients from various countries via the internet. In this research, the author uses the waterfall development method, which emphasizes structured steps starting from identifying needs to system maintenance. In conclusion, this program has succeeded in facilitating collaboration between freelancers who need work partners on agreed projects. My freelance platform allows anyone to register as a freelancer and partner, making it easier for them to find work. The program testing results show a success percentage of 93%
Innovation of Puter Ice Cream Tool for Business Productivity in Manggis Village: Inovasi Alat Es Krim Puter untuk Produktivitas Usaha di Desa Manggis
General Background: Small-scale food businesses in rural areas often face limitations in accessing affordable and energy-efficient production tools, hindering their growth and competitiveness. Specific Background: Traditional ice cream production methods typically rely on equipment that requires electricity or expensive machinery, making them less accessible to micro-enterprises in resource-limited settings. Knowledge Gap: There is a lack of simple, low-cost technological solutions tailored to the needs of small-scale producers seeking to improve efficiency without dependence on electrical power. Aims: This study aims to develop a hand-cranked ice cream maker using appropriate technology to support small business productivity, particularly in rural communities. Results: The device was designed and fabricated based on principles of simplicity, cost-efficiency, and manual operation. Performance testing revealed that the tool could produce ice cream within 15–20 minutes, delivering a product with taste and texture comparable to commercial ice cream. Novelty: The manually operated tool offers a sustainable and accessible alternative for small enterprises, enabling production without electricity while maintaining product quality. Implications: This innovation presents a viable solution for rural entrepreneurs by lowering production costs, reducing reliance on infrastructure, and promoting self-sufficiency. It contributes to the advancement of appropriate technology applications and supports the development of inclusive, grassroots-level economic opportunities in the culinary sector.

Dataset of material measurement based on SEM images of Ag/TiO2 nanocomposite material synthesized via Horizontal Vapor Phase Growth (HVPG) technique
This data describes about the measurement technique of Ag/TiO2 nanocomposite materials that successfully synthesized via Horizontal Vapor Phase Growth (HVPG) technique. The data are obtained after specimens were placed in the Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) chamber to be analyzed. The present data were captured from SEM with different magnification. There are total 27 variable data to be analyzed from three different parameters; growth temperature, baking time and zones. In total, 9 different quartz tubes that contains of Ag/TiO2 nanocomposite material are evaluated. Data are described in average value where the different calculations are presented. Raw data are also embedded in the Appendix for further analysis purposes. These data can be useful as the information of size measurement of Ag/TiO2 nanocomposite materials in different temperature and time during synthesis process. © 2020 The Author(s
ANALISIS KONSEPTUAL PENGENALAN LUAS DAN KELILING BANGUN DATAR PADA SISWA SEKOLAH DASAR
Pemahaman siswa sekolah dasar terhadap konsep luas dan keliling bangun datar masih menunjukkan berbagai miskonsepsi meskipun materi ini diajarkan sejak kelas rendah. Banyak siswa dapat menggunakan rumus, tetapi belum memahami makna konseptual di baliknya, akibat kurangnya pengalaman konkret, minimnya penggunaan representasi multipel, serta pembelajaran yang terlalu berfokus pada prosedur. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis konstruksi konseptual luas dan keliling beserta tahapan perkembangan kognitif siswa dalam memahaminya, serta mengidentifikasi strategi pengajaran yang efektif untuk meminimalkan miskonsepsi. Metode yang digunakan adalah Systematic Literature Review (SLR) dengan mengikuti alur PRISMA melalui tahapan identifikasi, screening, eligibility, dan review terhadap artikel terkait konsep luas, keliling, dan pembelajaran geometri SD. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa luas dan keliling merupakan dua entitas matematika berbeda yang harus dipahami secara bertahap dari representasi konkret menuju simbolik. Literatur menegaskan bahwa miskonsepsi umum seperti tertukarnya makna luas dan keliling, pemahaman keliru mengenai satuan, hingga ketidakmampuan menghubungkan bentuk dan rumus berasal dari tidak terbangunnya pemahaman dasar yang kuat. Pembelajaran dengan media manipulatif seperti geoboard dan tangram, aktivitas tiling, serta representasi multipel terbukti efektif dalam membantu siswa membangun konsep secara bermakna. Kajian ini menekankan pentingnya desain pembelajaran yang sesuai perkembangan kognitif, berpusat pada eksplorasi siswa, dan tidak hanya mengandalkan hafalan rumus agar pemahaman konseptual tentang luas dan keliling dapat berkembang optimal. Penelitian selanjutnya direkomendasikan untuk menguji penerapan strategi ini dalam praktik kelas secara empiris, mengeksplorasi pencegahan miskonsepsi secara lebih mendalam, serta mengembangkan media digital yang selaras dengan perkembangan kognitif siswa

Clean and healthy living behavior is a health behavior carried out by self-awareness. Implementing PHBS can be useful in improving health in the environment around the school. Education in children needs to be instilled from an early age, including teaching clean and healthy living behavior. One of the benefits is that children get used to doing this good thing, so that it carries over into adulthood. So the author aims to provide early learning regarding clean and healthy living behavior at SD Negeri 001 Perhentian Raja. This research uses descriptive research with research methods using several implementation stages, namely initial observation, providing direction and information and hand washing practices. Educational activities were followed enthusiastically until the activity was completed. Students are able to follow movements as examples of behavior that is classified as PHB
