    PENGARUH PELATIHAN DAN MOTIVASI TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PT. ANGKASA PURA II DI BANDAR UDARA TJILIK RIWUT PALANGKARAYA

    Kinerja karyawan menjadi hal penting dalam menaikkan produktivitas karyawan serta kemajuan perusahaan. Dalam menaikkan kinerja karyawan perusahaan harus dapat memahami faktor faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi kinerja salah satunya dengan memberikan pelatihan dan motiva kepada karyawan.  Dengan mengadakan pelatihan, karyawan dapat mempunyai pengetahuan, keterampilan dan keahlian sesuai dengan pekerjaan yang dilakukannya. Serta dengan pemberian motivasi yang tepat akan mampu membangkitkan semangat, semangat dan kesungguhan dalam bekerja seseorang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskritif kuantitatif. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan yang berjumlah 73 orang. menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner (angket) dengan menggunakan skala likert yang teruji validitas dan reliabilitasnya.Berdasarkan hasil pengujian data dengan menggunakan Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda, melalui hasil perhitungan yang telah dilakukan nilai t hitung X1 sebesar 9,115 dengan taraf signifikasi hitung sebesar 0,000 dan t hitung X2 sebesar 3,487 dengan taraf signifikasi 0,001 tersebut lebih kecil dari 0,05. Pengaruh Variabel X1 (Pelatihan) dan X2 Variabel (Motivasi) sebesar 63,5% terhadap (kinerja karyawan) Y, dan 36,5%, merupakan sumbangan dari variabel lain. Berarti hopotesis dalam ini Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima.Dengan demikian hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh pelatihan dan motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Angkasa Pura II Bandar Udara Tjilik Riwut Palangka Raya. Pelatihan dan motivasi terlaksana dengan cukup baik sehingga meningkat kinerja pegawai

    Air transport is very important for Indonesia, because the condition of Indonesia which has many islands, air transport can connect between islands in a fairly fast and efficient time. One aspect that greatly affects air transport activities is the availibility of airports. Airports have facilities and infrastructure to support various airport activities at each airport in Indonesia. Not only passangers who need good facilities and handling, but also the handling of their goods. One of them is the Aviation Security (AVSEC) officer who handles lost items found in the airport landside area. The purpose of this study is to determine the use of the information system Lost Item (LOSI) is effective or not in handling scattered passanger goods, how much the effectiveness of the Lost Item (LOSI) application information system, and to find out the obstacles faced. In this study the authors used mixed methods, namely combining quantitative and qualitative methods to be used together in one study, so as to obtain more valid and reliable, and objective data. The data used for this research are questionnaires, interviews, observations and documentation. The author can explain that the use of the LOSI application information system carried out by the Aviation Security unit is effective for handling scattared passanger goods, this means that the Ho hypothesis is rejected and Ha is accepted. Furthermore, in the T test results form the coefficient table, it can be seen that there is a significant effectiveness between the independent variable X (effectiveness of using the LOSI application) on the dependent variable Y (handling of scattered passanger items) with the results of the calculation of the coefficient of determination (R)2 geeting a value of 66,4% and the remaining 33,6% is influenced by other factors that researchers do not discuss in this study. Obstacles faced in the procedure for handling the Lost Item Information System in the LOSI application to deal with scattered passanger itmes, namely, technical obstacles such as network disruptions, constraints and communication systems

    Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode olah data menggunakan SPSS Statistik 21, jumlah reponden dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 100 responden. Dalam pembuktian dan menganalisis hal tersebut, maka dilakukan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik : uji normalitas, uji linearitas dan uji homogenitas, kemudian uji regresi sederhana, uji determinasi (R2), uji hipotesis : uji t (parsial).  Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh secara signifikan kualitas pelayanan kemanan Passenger Security Check Point (PSCP) oleh unit Aviation Security terhadap kepuasan penumpang Bandar Udara Internasional Supadio Pontianak, hasilnya diperoleh dari nilai T hitung 19,365 > 1.984 T tabel dengan nilai sig 0,00 < 0,05. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima. Kualitas pelayanan kemanan Passenger Security Check Point (PSCP) oleh unit Aviation Security (AVSEC) memberikan kontribusi terhadap kepuasan penumpang di Bandar Udara Internasional Supadio Pontianak sebesar 79,3% yang artinya adalah terdapat hubungan yang kuat antara kualitas pelayanan kemanan Passenger Security Check Point dan kepuasan penumpang

    Zainuddin Abdul Madjid Lombok International Airport continues to grow in serving the needs of air transportation in the West Nusa Tenggara region, the airport is one of the main airports in Indonesia that serves as a gateway for local and international tourists. Since the establishment of Lombok as one of the locations for the MotoGP Event at the Mandalika Circuit, the number of passenger arrivals to the airport has increased significantly, especially during the period of the event. This requires the management of airport facilities, especially in the use of supporting facilities such as the aviobridge, to run optimally and be able to support smooth operations during the MotoGP event. In this study, the authors can analyze how AMC officers optimize the use of Aviobridge at the MotoGP Event, and what are the obstacles experienced by AMC officers and AMC officer solutions in overcoming these obstacles. This research was conducted using descriptive qualitative methods. This research was conducted during the 2024 MotoGP event period at Zainuddin Abdul Madjid International Airport Lombok. The research instruments used were primary data and secondary data. The data collection techniques used in this research are Interview, Observasi, and Dokumentation. Based on the results of the study, it shows that the use of the aviobridge during the MotoGP event can run optimally, AMC officers ensure the smooth running of the MotoGP event extra flight by arranging incoming extra flight aircraft slots according to the type of aircraft so that there are no slots that overlap too much and aircraft that cannot use the aviobridge are given parking close to the gate. In addition, AMC officers ensure that the aviobridge is in normal condition, all functions are normal and maintain the cleanliness of the aviobridge so that there are no obstacles when docking or undocking the aviobridge. And AMC officers can handle obstacles that occur during the MotoGP event with solutions that have been provided by AMC officers

    ANALISIS PENGARUH KUALITAS SISTEM INFORMASI AKADEMIK (SIAKAD) TERHADAP KEPUASAN MAHASISWA STTKD YOGYAKARTA

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kualitas Sistem Informasi Akademik (SIAKAD) terhadap Kepuasan Mahasiswa Sekolah Tinggi Teknologi Kedirgantaran (STTKD) Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di kampus STTKD dengan menyebarkan kuesioner yang diisi atau dijawab oleh 60 responden dari unsur mahasiswa di tiga Program Studi. SIAKAD tersebut menggantikan SIAKAD yang versi lama, dibangun versi baru untuk memenuhi kebutuhan kegiatan akademik kampus. Kuesioner yang telah diisi kemudian diolah menggunakan aplikasi SPSS Versi 22.0, data dianalisis menggunakan dua metode yaitu Metode Equal untuk mengukur kualitas laman atau web dalam hal ini adalah SIAKAD dan Metode Regresi Linier-Berganda untuk mengetahui pengaruh terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa. Terdapat Pengaruh antara Kualitas Sistem (X1) dengan Variable Kepuasan (Y) sebesar 0,383. Nilai ini menunjukkan pengaruh yang Lemah antara Kualitas Sistem terhadap Tingkat Kepuasan mahasiswa. Pengaruh antara Kualitas Informasi (X2) dengan Variable Kepuasan (Y) sebesar 0,714. Nilai ini menunjukkan pengaruh yang Kuat antara Kualitas Informasi terhadap Tingkat Kepuasan mahasiswa. Pengaruh antara Kualitas Layanan (X3) dengan Variable Kepuasan (Y) sebesar 0,492. Nilai ini menunjukkan pengaruh yang Cukup antara Kualitas Layanan SIAKAD terhadap Tingkat Kepuasan mahasiswa

    In the era of globalization and increasingly fierce competition, logistics companies are required to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of their services. A good service system is one of the key factors in achieving this goal. The aim of the service system is expected to provide innovative solutions to improve the operational performance of officers, which includes aspects of speed, accuracy, and customer satisfaction through digitizing logistics services in the airport sector. The research aims to determine the effect of implementing the REBORN service system on the operational performance of PT Angkasa Pura Logistik officers at Ahmad Yani Airport, Semarang. This research uses quantitative methods. Primary data was collected through a questionnaire distributed to 40 respondents, consisting of operational officers at the PT Angkasa Pura Logistik Cargo Terminal. Samples were taken using a purposive sampling technique using the Isaac and Michael formula. Data was analyzed using SPSS 25 software with simple linear regression analysis, a T-test, and a coefficient of determination test. The research results show that the implementation of the SITEK REBORN system has a significant influence on the operational performance of PT Angkasa Pura Logistik. This is proven through a simple linear regression test, where the implementation variable shows a positive impact on the operational performance variable with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 and a t-count value of 9.268. In addition, the coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.693 indicates that 69.3% of the variation in operational performance can be explained by implementing the SITEK REBORN system. At the same time, the remainder is influenced by other variables not studied. This research concludes that digitalization through SITEK REBORN significantly improves operational performance, which in turn can increase the efficiency and productivity of PT Angkasa Pura Logistik at Ahmad Yani Airport, Semarang

    Airport security is one of the most crucial components of the aviation industry. For this reason, security screening procedures aim to avoid hazards that could threaten flight safety. However, passengers often experience difficulties in understanding security check procedures which can lead to queues and increased workload for Avsec officers. Passengers' understanding of security procedures is influenced by various factors, including the level of education and experience. This study aims to analyze the effect of education and experience on passengers' understanding of security check procedures at Sentani International Airport. This study uses a quantitative approach with a sample population of 100 respondents from airport passengers who are doing the boarding process. Based on the results of the analysis test, it shows that education and experience have a positive and significant effect on passenger understanding both partially and simultaneously. The results of these findings are expected to provide insight into the importance of education and experience in improving passenger understanding of security check procedures at airports

    Analisis Pengaruh Penggunaan Teknologi Sistem Informasi ICAP terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Kantor Otoritas Bandar Udara Wilayah X Merauke

    This research aims to analyze the effect of using the ICAP information system technology on employee performance at the Office of Airport Authority Region X Merauke. In this era of technological advancement, the use of information systems is an essential element in improving organizational performance. The research uses a quantitative descriptive approach, involving the distribution of questionnaires to 50 employees who use the ICAP system. Data analysis was carried out through instrument testing, classical assumption tests, and simple linear regression analysis using SPSS software. The results showed that the use of the ICAP information system technology had a significant positive effect on employee performance, with a contribution value of 60.9%, while the remaining 39.9% was influenced by other factors outside the research. The Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) theory supports this finding, stating that the perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use of technology positively affect user acceptance and performance. This study recommends that continuous training and evaluation of the ICAP system be conducted to optimize employee competence and system effectiveness. The results of this study are expected to contribute to the development of information technology implementation strategies in government institutions, especially in the aviation sector

    Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis

    The present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed
