    Deteksi Resistensi Insektisida Sintetik Piretroid Pada Aedes Aegypti (L.) Strain Palembang Menggunakan Teknik Polymerase Chain Reaction

    . Aedes aegypti is a vector of several pathogens including dengue fever/dengue hemorrhagic fever virus. Five hundred thousand dengue haemorrhagic fever new cases occur every year throughout the world. Vector control is an effective way to break the transmission; unfortunately constant insecticide ultimately caused resistance. Insecticides resistance in Ae.aegypti was first discovered on trichloroetane diphenyl dichloro (DDT), followed by temephos and synthetic pyrethroid. Three detection ways according to WHO procedure are bioassay, biochemistry and molecular. The biochemical detection that conducted previously in Palembang were turned out negative, nevertheless incidence rate has not yet decreased. Molecular detection is needed to determine the mechanisms of insecticide resistance. Molecular detection can detect gene mutations in the metabolic enzyme and target site insecticides, such as the voltage gated sodium channel (VGSC). The purpose of research was to identify the Val1016Ile and Val1016Gly point mutation in the VGSC gene of Ae.aegypti in Palembang. Population were all 3rd and 4th instar larvae of Ae.aegypti derived from breeding eggs obtained from villages of Bukit Kecil, Ilir timur I and Sukarami sub distric. Identification took place in BBLK Palembang while molecular test took place both in BBLK Palembang and Clinical Microbiology Department of Muhammad Hoesin Hospital Palembang. Results showed that there has been Val1016Ile point mutation and there is no Val1016Gly point mutation of voltage gated sodium channel gene. It can be concluded that there has been Val1016Ile point mutation in the voltage gated sodium channel gene of Ae.aegypti as the marker of synthetic pyrethroid insecticides resistance in Palemban

    Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) adalah teknik pencitraan medis non invasif dengan menggunakan medan magnet sebagai komponen utama. Hasil citra MRI menunjukkan bidang atau irisan bagian dalam tubuh manusia. Kualitas citra MRI yang optimal salah satunya ditentukan oleh signal to noise ratio (SNR). SNR sangat berpengaruh terhadap kualitas citra, peningkatan nilai SNR diikuti dengan peningkatan kualitas citra. Penggunaan teknik compressed sensing pada pencitraan MRI menawarkan banyak keuntungan, terutama dalam hal efisiensi dan kenyamanan pasien. Pada penelitian ini penulis menggunakan sampel, yaitu pleksus brakialis dan fantom CS MATLAB. Berdasarkan hasil nilai SNR yang diperoleh dari masing-masing sampel yang telah diolah menggunakan microsoft excel. Dengan teknik compressed sensing dalam MRI dapat mempercepat proses scanning tanpa mengurangi kualitas citra dan waktu pemindaian. ================================================================================================================================= Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) is a non-invasive medical imaging technique using a magnetic field as the main component. The use of compressed sensing techniques in MRI imaging offers many advantages, especially in terms of efficiency and patient comfort. In this research, the author used samples, namely Brachial Plexus and Phantom CS MATLAB. Based on the results of the SNR values obtained from each sample that has been processed using Microsoft Excel.     ABSTRAK Network marketing yang menggunakan jasa pendistribusian barangnya melalui jaringan anggotanya yang dilakukan dengan merekrut dan mensponsori anggota lainnya dan begitu selajutnya untuk melanjutkan lewat satu atau beberapa tingkat pemasukan. Salah satu perusahaan yang menggunakan sistem mlm adalah PT. Tiensi yang telah berbasis syariah dan didasarkan pada Fatwa DSN-MUI No. 75/VII/2009. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti akan memaparkan sistem praktis mlm pada PT. Tiensi dalam pandangan hukum Islam. Penulis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian lapangan yang mana data yang diperoleh sesuai dengan keadaan asli di lapangan. Data primer di dapat melalui wawancara dengan stokis tiensi, dan pemuka agama setempat. Kemudian data sekunder diambil dari dokumen, jurnal, buku, majalah, web site yang berkaitan dengan yang diteliti. Analisis dilakukan dengan melakukan pendekatan penelitian normatif sosiologis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui mengenai penerapan hukum Islam dalam Praktek mlm syariah PT. Tiensi. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sistem mlm PT. Tiensi dari segi produk, perekrutan member, penjualan produk, dan jenjang karir sesuai dengan Fatwa DSN-MUI No. 75/VII/2009, terdapat praktik multi akad yang mana sistem iwadnya tidak sesuai, dan skema piramida, serta exercise mark up atau ghabn fahisy yang mana hal ini tidak sesuai dengan hukum Islam yang berlaku. ABSTRACT Network marketing uses the distribution of goods through a network of members which is done by recruiting and sponsoring other members and so on to continue through one or several income levels. One company that uses the MLM system is PT. Tiens which has been based on sharia and is based on the DSN-MUI Fatwa No. 75/VII/2009. In this study, researchers will describe a practical MLM system at PT. Tiens in the view of Islamic law. The author of this study used field research where the data obtained were in accordance with the original situation in the field. Primary data was obtained through interviews with stockists, and local religious leaders. Then secondary data is taken from documents, journals, books, magazines, web sites related to the research. The analysis was carried out by using a sociological normative research approach. This study aims to determine the application of Islamic law in the practice of sharia MLM PT. Tiens. This research shows the MLM system of PT. Tiens in terms of products, member recruitment, product sales, and career paths in accordance with DSN-MUI Fatwa No. 75/VII/2009, there are multi-contract practices in which the iwad system is not appropriate, and pyramid schemes, as well as exercise mark-ups or ghabn fahisy which are not in accordance with applicable Islamic law. مستخلص البحث يستخدم التسويق الشبكي توزيع البضائع من خالل شبكة من األعضاء ويتم ذلك عن طريق تجنيد ورعاية أعضاء آخرين وما إلى ذلك لالستمرار من خالل مست وى دخل واحد أو عدة مستويات . إحدى الشركات التي تستخدم نظام االمتيازات والرهون البحرية هي شركة PT.Tiens التي تستند إلى الشريعة وتستند إلى فتوى DSN-MUI رقم 57 / 2009 / .VII في هذه الدراسة ، سيصفالباحثون نظام االمتيازات والرهون البحرية العملي في PT.Tiens من وجهة نظر الشريعة اإلسالمية . استخدم مؤلف هذه الدراسة البحث الميداني حيث كانت البيانات التي تم الحصول عليها متوافقة مع الوضع األصلي في المجال . تم الحصول على البيانات األولية من خالل المقابالت مع الوكالء والزعماء الدينيين المحليين . ثم يتم أخذ البيانات الثانوية من المستندات والمجالت والكتب والمجالت ومواقع الويب المتعلقة بالبحث . تم إجراء التحليل باستخدام نهج بحث معياري اجتماعي . تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد تطبيق الشريعة اإلسالمية في ممارسة الشريعة عبر االمتيازات والرهون البحرية يوضح هذا البحث نظام االمتيازات والرهون البحرية ل PT.Tiens من حيث المنتجات وتوظيف األعضاء ومبيعات المنتجات والمسارات الوظيفية و ف قا ل No Fatwa .DSN-MUI 9002/5/57 ، هناك ممارسات متعددة العقود ال يكون فيها نظام اإلواد مناس ب ا ، ومخططات هرمية ، باإلضافة إلى ممارسة هوامش الربح أو الغبن الفهيصي التي ال تتوافق مع الشريعة اإلسالمية المعمول به

    Since language is as old as man, interest in it is also ancient. Scientists have occupied their thinking for centuries in search of the origin of the human language and what is the oldest language in the world. All languages originate from one source (the mother tongue). And the language used in Paradise, and how did the words follow from the beginning. Many questions have gone through experiences and debates that date back nearly three thousand years, and no one has reached a satisfactory answer to these vexed questions about the origin of language. Aedes aegypti merupakan vektor dari berbagai patogen, termasuk diantaranya virus dengue fever. Sebanyak 500 ribu kasus baru demam berdarah dengue (DBD) terjadi tiap tahunnya di seluruh dunia. Pengendalian nyamuk vektor merupakan cara efektif memutus rantai penularan DBD. Namun penggunaan satu jenis insektisida secara intensif dalam waktu lama terbukti menyebabkan resistensi. Resistensi Ae.aegypti terhadap insektisida awalnya terjadi pada dichloro diphenyl trichloroetane (DDT), lalu terhadap temefos kemudian sintetik piretroid. Tiga cara mendeteksi resistensi sintetik piretroid menurut WHO yaitu bioassay, biokimia dan molekuler. Deteksi biokimia yang pernah dilakukan di Palembang menunjukkan hasil negatif, tetapi kenyataan incidence rate DBD belum turun. Penelitian lebih lanjut menggunakan deteksi molekuler diperlukan untuk mengetahui mekanisme resistensi insektisida. Deteksi molekuler dapat mendeteksi mutasi pada gen enzim metabolisme dan gen target site insektisida, semisal pada voltage gated sodium channel (VGSC). Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengidentifikasi mutasi titik gen VGSC Val1016Ile dan Val1016Gly Aedes aegypti. Desain penelitian ini adalah berupa deskriptif laboratoris dengan uji molekuler. Populasi adalah seluruh larva instar III-IV Ae. aegypti yang berasal dari pembiakan telur yang diperoleh dari kelurahan-kelurahan di Kecamatan Bukit Kecil, Sukarami dan Ilir Timur I kota Palembang. Identifikasi larva dilakukan di Balai Besar Laboratorium Kesehatan (BBLK) Palembang dan uji molekuler dilakukan di Departemen Mikrobiologi Klinik Rumah Sakit Muhammad Hoesin Palembang dan BBLK Palembang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terjadi mutasi titik Val1016Ile serta tidak terjadi mutasi titik Val1016Gly gen VGSC. Disimpulkan terjadi mutasi titik Val1016Ile gen VGSC Ae.aegypti sebagai penanda resistensi yang bersifat target site atas sintetik piretroid di Palembang.
