Teaching models provide opportunities for teachers to adapt them to the classroom environment they live in. Only teachers who are creative, flexible and intelligent can get the most out of these teaching models. The problem in this study is whether there is an effect of the snowball throwing method on the learning outcomes of Akidah Akhlak students of class VII MTs. Nurulhuda Pakandangan Barat Islamic Boarding School, Bluto District, Sumenep Regency for the 2022-2023 Academic Year and how much influence the snowball throwing method has on learning outcomes on Akidah Akhlak material for class VII MTs students. Nurulhuda Pakandangan Barat Islamic Boarding School, Bluto District, Sumenep Regency for the 2022-2023 Academic Year. This study uses a quantitative approach with a correlational type. The population that is the subject of this research is students of class VII MTs. Nurulhuda Islamic Boarding School Pakandangan Barat Bluto Sumenep Madura for the 2022-2023 Academic Year. Where in this study the researchers used all the population as a sample, namely as many as 24 students. Data collection methods used are questionnaires, observation and documentation. The data analysis technique that the researchers used was simple linear regression with the help of SPSS for windows version 26. Based on the results of the research, it can be concluded that there is an effect of the snowball throwing method on the learning outcomes of Akidah Akhlak students of class VII MTs. Nurulhuda Pakandangan Barat Islamic Boarding School, Bluto District, Sumenep Regency for the 2022-2023 Academic Year. This is because the sig value is 0.011 which means it is smaller (<) than the value 0.05. The big influence of the snowball throwing method on the learning outcomes of the Aqidah Akhlak material for class VII students of MTs. Nurulhuda Pakandangan Barat Islamic Boarding School, Bluto District, Sumenep Regency for the 2022-2023 academic year is 26.1%. This is in accordance with the SPSS output in the model summary table that the value of R Square is 0.261, then 0.261 x 100 is 26.1

Full text linkPerusahan yang memproduksi Air Minum Dalam Kemasan (AMDK) di Indonesia sudah cukup banyak baik produk nasional maupun produk-produk lokal. Produk AMDK Mamuya adalah salah satu produk AMDK Lokal yang tersebar di pangsa pasar kabupaten Halmahera Utara, Maluku Utara. Banyaknya produk Nasional dan juga produk lokal yang masuk dan bersaing di pangsa pasar Halmahera utara sehingga memberikan tantangan bagi pelaku usaha AMDK khususnya AMDK lokal Mamuya untuk mempertahankan pelanggan agar terus mengambil Keputusan pembelian ulang terhadap produknya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan non-probability sampling, dengan teknik purposive sampling. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah pelanggan AMDK Mamuya di 11 kecamatan di Halmahera Utara. Responden pada penelitian ini berjumlah 150 dan pengambilan data menggunakan kuesioner offline. Analisis data menggunakan SPSS 27 dalam pengujian validitas, reliabilitas, asumsi klasik, analisis jalur dan uji sobel. Hasil penelitian ini di dukung oleh data primer dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa: (1) Citra Merek berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan pembelian ulang; (2) Kualitas Produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian ulang; (3) Harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan pembelian ulang; (4) Citra Merek tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan; (5) Kualitas Produk tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan; (6) Harga berpengaruh positef dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan; (7) kepuasan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian ulang; (8) Citra Merek tidak berpengaruh terhadap Keputusan pembelian ulang melalui kepuasan; (9) Kualitas Produk tidak berpengaruh terhadap Keputusan pembelian ulang melalui kepuasan; (10) Harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan pembelian ulang melalui kepuasan

PT Tata Bara Utama adalah perusahaan swasta yang telah berdiri sejak tahun 2008 bergerak di bidang usaha jasa pertambagan yang memiliki tiga lokasi proyek tersebar di Indonesia. PT Tata Bara Utama mengalami penurunan volume produksi dalam tiga tahun terakhir sejak tahun 2021, mayoritas karyawan dengan jabatan operator alat berat adalah non pengalaman, tingkat kehadiran karyawan dalam dua tahun terakhir sejak tahun 2022 mengalami penurunan dan dibawah dari standar yang ditetapkan, terdapat beberapa kerusakan alat berat yang disebakan kesalahan dalam pengoperasian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa pengaruh kompetensi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan motivasi sebagai variabel intervening di PT Tata Bara Utama. Metode penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis SEM-PLS menggunakan software SmartPLS 4, teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah non probability sampling – purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 168 responden. Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis

counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed
Variations on the Author
Full text link“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
Full text linkWe provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Our results contest some common arguments for the continued
use of first-author citation counts in the evaluation of scholars, such as high correlations between author rankings by first-author citation counts and other citation
counting methods, and high costs of using more realistic citation counting methods that are not well-supported by the ISI databases.
