Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kantor Unit Usaha Simpan Pinjam (USP) Muntai Sejahtera desa muntai. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pelaksanaan program peminjaman dana usah ekonomi desa di unit usaha simpan pinjam muntai sejahtera desa muntai, serta untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor apa saja yang menjadi penghambat dalam pelaksanaan pemberian pinnjaman kepada pemanfaat pinjaman di unit usaha simpan pinjam muntai sejahtera desa muntai. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah Bagaimana pelaksanaan peminjaman dana usaha ekonomi desa pada unit usaha simpan pinjam muntai sejahtera desa muntai kecamatan bantan kabupaten bengkalis, serta apa saja Faktor-faktor penghambat pelaksanaan unit usaha simpan pinjam muntai sejahtera dalam memberikan pinjaman kepada masyarakat Desa Muntai. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif, maka untuk analisa data disajikan dalam bentuk analisa data kualitatif, dilakukan dengan Pengumpulan Informasi, Reduksi Data, dan Penyajian Data,kemudian diakukan Penarikan kesimpulan data yang didapatkan memalui key informan dipadukan dengan data yang didapat dilapangan. Dalam penelitian ini yanga menjadi indikator penelitian ada 3 yaitu transparansi, akuntabel dan eksiptabel. Dari hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa pelaksanaan pemberian pinjaman Dana Usaha Ekonomi Desa Pada Unit Usaha Simpan Pinjam (USP) Muntai Sejahtera Desa Muntai Kecamatan Bantan Kabupaten Bengkalis telah maksimal sesuai dengan indikator peneliti yang di gunakan.

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi bahwa SMKN 2 Pekanbaru dinobatkan sebagai sekolah rujukan dan telah mendapatkan kepercayaan publik sebagai SMK terbaik di kota Pekanbaru. Pencapaian tersebut menjadikan SMKN 2 Pekanbaru sebagai SMK Unggulan. Maka tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui strategi dari Humas SMKN 2 Pekanbaru dalam mempertahankan citra SMK Unggulan di kota Pekanbaru. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah Deskriptif Kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Teori penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan strategi humas yang dikemukakan Rosady Ruslan, yaitu Strategi Operasional, Pendekatan Kerjasama, Pendekatan Persuasif Edukatif, dan Pendekatan Tanggung Jawab Sosial. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan penulis, Humas SMKN 2 Pekanbaru mempunyai beberapa strategi seperti melakukan publikasi internal dan eksternal, menyediakan ruang publik, menjalin kerjasama dengan pemerintahan, media, dunia usaha dan dunia industri (DU/DI), melaksanakan program sertifikasi profesi, dan memberikan fasilitas lapangan pekerjaan. Kesimpulan dari hasil penelitian, strategi yang dilakukan Humas berperan dalam mempertahankan citra SMK Unggulan yang melekat pada SMKN 2 Pekanbaru. Terlihat dari aspek seperti meningkatnya jumlah pendaftaran peserta didik baru yang tahun ini mencapai angka 1983 dengan kuota penerimaan yang hanya 736 siswa, memiliki kredibilitas di Dunia Usaha dan Dunia Industri (DU/DI) dengan menjalin 204 kerjasama magang dan menandatangani 29 MoU dengan perusahaan terkait, menjadi salah satu dari tiga sekolah di Riau yang menyandang gelar SMK Rujukan, serta menaungi sekolah aliansi SMKN 7 Pekanbaru, SMK teknologi Riau, dan SMK Masmur. Ini mengindikasikan bahwa masyarakat sudah semakin mengerti tentang kualitas pelayanan dan citra yang diberikan SMKN 2 Pekanbaru.

Kata kunci: pengembangan, media pembelajaran, tutorial, prestasi belajar Keberhasilan siswa dalam proses belajar mengajar pada pembelajaran khususnya pada mata pelajaran Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK) dapat diukur dari keberhasilan siswa yang mengikuti kegiatan tersebut. Keberhasilan itu dapat dilihat dari keberhasilan hasil belajar, penguasaan materi serta prestasi belajar siswa. Semakin tinggi penguasaan materi serta prestasi belajar maka semakin tinggi pula tingkat keberhasilan pembelajaran. Untuk mewujudkan hal tersebut dibutuhkan suatu media pembelajaran yang teratur dan tersusun secara sistematis agar dapat mencapai tujuan pembelajaran dan untuk memperoleh kemampuan dalam mengembangkan efektifitas belajar yang dilakukan oleh guru dan siswa. Semua itu bersumber pada suatu konsep, bahwa TIK mudah dipahami dan diingat oleh siswa bila konsep tersebut disajikan melalui prosedur dan langkah-langkah yang tepat, jelas, dan menarik. Oleh karena itu, dibuat judul penelitian “Pengembangan Media Pembelajaran Berbasis Tutorial Pada Pokok Bahasan Mengolah Dokumen Pengolah Angka Untuk Meningkatkan Prestasi Belajar Siswa Kelas X SMA Laboratorium UM”. Penelitian pengembangan ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengembangkan media pembelajaran berbasisi tutorial untuk meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa. Pengembangan ini menggunakan model Borg dan Gall yang telah dimodifikasi untuk menyesuaikan dengan media yang ingin dikembangkan (Borg, 2001:275). Model ini dipilih karena prosedur kerjanya yang sangat memperhatikan pada kebutuhan dan situasi nyata di sekolah, sistematik, dan bersifat siklis. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah angket dan tes (pre-test dan post-test). Penghitungan skor angket dihitung dari skor jawaban untuk tiap-tiap pertanyaan. Untuk mengukur prestasi belajar siswa, maka data yang digunakan adalah nilai pre-test dan post-test. Data-data tersebut kemudian dibandingkan untuk mendapatkan hasil uji-t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara keseluruhan media pembelajaran yang telah dikembangkan sudah layak. Selain itu media yang telah dihasilkan juga telah dapat meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa. Hal Ini dapat dilihat dari selisih rata-rata nilai post-test dan pre-test, yaitu sebesar 20.11. Media pembelajaran yang telah dikembangkan diharapkan dapat menjadi salat satu alternatif pemecahan masalah pembelajaran TIK di SMA. Untuk ke depannya diharapkan adanya inovasi secara berkelanjutan agar mutu dari media pembelajaran mempunyai kualitas yang lebih baik sehingga pencapaian hasil belajar siswa lebih maksimal

No full textThis research aims to identify the character education values contained in the book Washaya al-Aba' li al-Abna Muhammad Syakir and the role of his opinion on the richness of character education values. It is hoped that this research can be used as a source or reference in efforts to develop education and character as a whole, especially character education according to Islam. It can also be used as a reference to facilitate understanding of character education and as a reference for relevant research in the future. This research method is qualitative and uses a narrative biography method. By using a descriptive presentation approach, this autobiography of the character's thoughts combines the ideas of character education from his work. Library research, or library research, is a research method that involves books, articles, notes and electronic media. with primary sources from the book Washaya al Aba Li al-Abna and secondary sources from study books. In this research, data collection was carried out through the documentation method, which includes searching for data through variables such as notes, books, and articles, among others. The author used a content analysis study to analyze the data; they analyzed the data textually based on the contents of the book. The research results show that the book Washaya al Aba Li al-Abna contains 17 educational character values, divided into two categories: 10 character values fall into the moral category and 7 character values fall into the performance category. Faith and piety, love and obedience to the Messenger of Allah, respect for parents, respect for teachers, truth or honesty, nobility or self-respect, patience, sincerity and a simple life are moral characters. Performance characteristics also include trust, discipline, hard work, never giving up, love of the country, interest in reading or literacy knowledge, and concern for the environment

Poems of Sheikh Muhammad al-Ghaly Ba
No full textThis volume contains seven poems handwritten by Muhammad al-Ghāli Ba. According to the author's son, Mountaga Ba, the poems were probably composed in the mid-1970s a time when the author lived in Mauritania, while working at the country's national radio station and serving as a special counsel to then president Moktar Ould Daddah (1924–2003). The poems adress various issues. The first is a call to action addressed to the Mauritianian youth, urging them to join in the collective work for the development of the country. The second poem is a hagiography on Ceerno Ahmad Nene Ba of Kaedi (Mauritania). The poem eulogizes the virtues of the patron. The third describes the event of Sharif Muhammad al-Habib's visit to the region of Fuuta region (Senegal), namely the village of Pate Galo. The fourth poem contains greetings and expresions of love addressed to the author's friends in the town of Kaedi. The fifth poem is a remembrance about good times. The author reminisces and praises the qualities of a woman named Jaari.The sixth poem describes one afternoon journey of the author.
