Untuk itu, tulisan inimencoba untuk menggali kembali konsep pendidikan Islam. Berbagai usaha telah dilakukan untuk meningkatan mutu pendidikan baik melalui pembinaan, pelatihan, peningkatan kompetensi guru, pengadaan bahan ajar dan pelajaran, memperbaiki sarana dan prasarana. Namun demikian, indikator dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan belum menunjukkan peningkatan yang berarti. Maka dari itu perlu adanya sebuah manajemen yang baik dan pemimpin lembaga yang berpengetahuan luas dan berpengalaman. Untuk itu, manajemen dan model kepemimpinan merupakan suatu hal yang sangat penting di dalam lembaga pendidikan, yakni sebagai sarana pokok bagi suatu lembaga dalam meningkatkan dan mengoptimalkan sumberdaya manusia untuk mencapai suatu tujuan yang diharapkan. Mental Education of Student Candidate’s Guardian During Pandemic Covid-19 (Gontor Submission Exam Case Studies)
No full textCoronavirus disease 2019 or COVID-19 becomes a pandemic in most countries in the world. This pandemic outbreak harms the physical and psychological health of individuals and society. It also affects educational institutions and boarding schools. This study aims to gain understanding, mental readiness, and awareness of the guardian of student candidates who want to register their children to boarding school without their accompaniment. This research uses a phenomenological approach analysis of the mental readiness of highly motivated guardian candidates to put their children in boarding school, especially in Darussalam Modern Islamic Boarding School Gontor, during the pandemic. In general, the understanding of boarding school, the mental readiness of parents in registering their children to Gontor, and the preparation of the admission committee for new students of Darussalam Modern Islamic Boarding School Gontor are highly influencing the succession of registration in this pandemic condition. The study results that the totality of parents’ belief in boarding school is the key to their mental readiness in releasing their children to study in the boarding school without any companion. Besides, the performance of the Gontor new student admission committee is agile in implementing health protocols following COVID-19 health procedures to welcome student candidates coming from all over the region.Â

No full textThis researcher wants to reveal the relationship between the ability to read and the ability to dictate. This research is a quantitative research type, and the researcher uses the statistical approach. The method used by the researcher in this research is the correlational method, because it contains the correlation between the two variables. The researcher takes the study population of all first-grade students from Raudhatul Al-Muta'alimiin Islamic Junioor high School in Bekasi, the number of which is 26 students. Correlational analysis to find out the correlation between the ability to read and the ability to dictate, and the researcher uses the Correlation Product Moment rule in his research.The ability of pupils in the first class in the school to read indicates an excellent grade, because the average grade they obtained was 90.19. The result of the students' ability to spell is indicative of a good grade, because the grade average they obtained was 75.84. The existence of a relationship between the ability to read and the ability to dictate, and this relationship obtained a result of 0.549 which lies between (0.40- 0.70) because the ro score is greater than the rt score of the percentile ability at 5% confidence (0.388) and greater than The ability of the percentile at 1% confidence level (0.496), and its value was at the average degree, and this degree indicates that the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is “accepted†and the original hypothesis (Ho) is rejected. Sailing will be able to reach its destination safely and safely if the food is well supplied, foodstuffs are the main ingredients to be aware of its existence. To maintain the quality and quantity of food on board, one of them can use the food cooling system. Refrigerator is a machine that serves to cool and preserve food. The purpose of this study is to be able to find out what influences the compressor's performance degradation of the cooling machine in MV.Energy Prosperity by using SWOT method which results in factors that may affect the compressor's performance degradation when the compressor operates and stops too often, decreases compression pressure and also the suction pressure is too low. In this study, the authors used a descriptive qualitative method using subapplication of the authors to limit factors that may affect the decrease of compressor performance to the cooling machine. After the authors make observations of the factors above can the author convey as follows. The effect of decreasing compressor performance on cooling machine is decreasing compression pressure on the compressor due to broken piston rings and worn cylinder liner wall can cause compression pressure to decrease. So that required the maintenance of a routine and well-planned degan good proes pressure perfect compression. And hopefully this thesis is useful for the compression system on the compressor in case of damage.

No full textThis study aims to determine the Concept of Ideal Islamic Boarding School Leadership today from the point of view of KH Abdullah Syukri Zarkasyi who has experience in developing the Darussalam Gontor Modern Islamic Boarding School from 1985-2020. This Research used a qualitative methodology with a phenomenological approach, with a field of exploration and a theoretical orientation or theoretical perspective, namely the researcher understood, described and analyzed the Concept of Ideal Islamic Boarding School Leadership. The results showed that the idea of Islamic boarding school leadership from the perspective of KH Abdullah Syukri Zarkasyi was considered the most appropriate and ideal to be developed in organizational culture and modern Islamic boarding schools, because the ideal type of Islamic boarding school leadership must be based on the principles of leadership values that must be owned by a leader, including: 1). the project, because the project is the smallest developmental unit. Similarly
within the scope of the company, the development of the company also starts from
the project activities, such as plant construction projects, new product
development projects or other projects. In this paper the author can planning
techniques with network work (network planning) as one of the models that will
be used in the implementation of road construction projects in PT. Karya Muda
Nasional. The two planning techniques used by the author are PERT and CPM.
Both of these techniques are used by the Author to optimize the construction of
road construction projects, where the author examines issues related to time.
PERT and CPM used to complement each other. By comparing the actual
situation and the plan, it can be seen whether the progress of the project is on
schedule or delayed.Pembangunan ekonomi negara tidak terlepas dari kegiatan-kegiatan berupa
proyek, karena proyek merupakan unit pembangunan yang paling kecil. Demikian
pula dalam ruang lingkup perusahaan, pengembangan perusahaan juga dimulai
dari kegiatan-kegiatan proyek, misalnya proyek pembangunan pabrik, proyek
pengembangan produk baru atau proyek lainnya. Dalam tulisan ini Penulis
meggunakan teknik perencanaan dengan jaringan kerja (network planning)
sebagai salah satu model yang akan digunakan dalam penyelenggaraan proyek
pembangunan jalan di PT. Karya Muda Nasional. Dua teknik perencanaan yang
dipakai Penulis adalah PERT dan CPM. Kedua teknik ini digunakan Penulis
untuk mengoptimalkan proyek konstruksi pembangunan jalan, dimana Penulis
mengkaji masalah yang berkaitan dengan waktu. PERT dan CPM dipakai secara
bersamaan untuk saling melengkapi. Dengan membandingkan antara keadaan

The Urgency of Imam Malik's Islamic Economic Thought on Syirkah (Partnership Contracts) in Modern Economic Systems
No full textIn this research the author discusses Imam Malik's thoughts on syirkah. According to Imam Malik, syirkah is the ability (or permission) to exchange tasharruf for several parties who give permission to parties to dispose of their assets. The method used is the literature review method. The results of the study in this research contribute to showing Imam Malik's thoughts about syirkah, several parties use syirkah as a form of property distribution contract. According to Imam Malik, the contracts that may be used are the syirkah inan, syirkah abdan and syirkah mufawadhah contracts, while syirkah wujuh is not permitted. On the other hand, referring to the statement from the National Sharia Council (DSN), Syirkah Wujuh is currently no longer implemented
