Phragmataecia ishuqii Rayhan, Jahan, & Hulsbosch 2023, sp. nov.
<i>Phragmataecia ishuqii</i> Rayhan, Jahan, & Hulsbosch sp. nov. <p>Figs 2‒8, 11</p> <p> <b>Type locality:</b> University of Chittagong (Chittagong, Bangladesh).</p> <p> <b>Materials examined:</b> <b>Holotype,</b> 1♂: BANGLADESH, CHITTAGONG, Faculty of Biological Science, University of Chittagong campus (22°28′17.66″N 91°47′15.65″E), 28.vii.2023, Coll. Md. J. Rayhan and S. Jahan; <b>Paratype,</b> 1♂: from the same location, 10.iii.2022, Coll. Md. J. Rayhan and S. Jahan. Both specimens along with the genitalia slides are deposited in the IMZUC.</p> <p> <b>Diagnosis:</b> In wing maculation and genitalia characteristics, this species is closely related to <i>Ph. castaneae</i> Hübner, <i>Ph. impura</i> Moore, <i>Ph. minor</i> Moore, <i>Ph. purpureus</i> Fletcher and <i>Ph. saccharum</i> Moore but differs from all in having the posteriorly bilobed saccus which is tapered into a single robust and blunt conical process in these species; the presence of small single setae bearing lobe on either postero-lateral triangular extension of juxta which is absent in rest other species; the presence of angular pocket on sacculus; areole of forewing being very long and narrow; as well as very short, robust, and less curved uncus in the male genitalia. Furthermore, unlike <i>Ph. castaneae</i> forewings have a paler area along the lower edge of discal cell which in <i>Ph. castaneae</i> is completely dark, lobes of juxta are short, the unsclerotized area of uncus near tegumen reduced, and the areole in forewings long and much narrower exteriorly; unlike <i>Ph. impura</i> the valvae in male genitalia broad, and uniform in wide all the way while in <i>Ph. impura</i>, the costal margin produced inwardly; unlike <i>Ph. purpureus</i> the areole in forewings are distorted by the median cell.</p> <p> <b>Description:</b> Adult male (Figs 2‒5, 11): 42 mm in wingspan; head, thorax, and abdomen smoky brown; thorax slightly darker anteriorly; labial palps dark smoky; antennae smoky brown, bipectinate, branches of basal half long, rest very short; abdomen longer, about same length of forewing. Forewings upperside with ground-color greyish brown, costal margin dark up to the discal cell leaving an elongated pale area along the lower edge of discal cell, rest of the wings irrorated with black spots, the latter extensive between the anal veins; underside darker excluding the anal area. Hindwings upperside paler than forewings with some dark suffusions along costal margin and beyond the discal cell; underside as same as the upperside. Cilia on both wings brown, but darker at the end of each vein. Legs smoky brown.</p> <p>Forewing venation (Fig 5): Areole distorted by the median cell and comparatively long and narrow than the closely allied species discussed above.</p> <p>Male genitalia (Figs 6‒8): Uncus short, robust, slightly curved in lateral view, moderately setose along lateral edges, dilated distally ending into a short and blunt spine, and thickly sclerotized leaving a small triangular weakly sclerotized area just above tegumen, as well as weakly sclerotized area laterally near base. Tegumen broad and conical. Saccus U-shaped and moderately tapering anteriorly, moderate in length, somewhat flat, and distinctively bilobed posteriorly. Valva simple, lancet-shaped, moderately setose in distal half, almost uniform broad throughout, costal margin slightly curved to almost straight, saccular margin with the basal area sclerotized forming a V- shaped or angular pocket and moderately curved into the rounded apex, costal margin with inwardly directed long thumb like processes basally. Juxta broad, quadrangular oval, with postero-lateral triangular extension having a small fragile lobe on each bearing a single long setae, two postero-apical lobes of juxta broad and somewhat rounded with some moderate setae on upper side. Vinculum anvil-shaped. Aedeagus knife-like, long, simple, moderately curved, and undifferentiated.</p> <p>Female: Unknown.</p> <p> <b>Biology and habitat:</b> Biology is unknown. The species inhabits small hills with slightly altered vegetation situated in front of the Faculty of Biological Science on the University of Chittagong campus (Figs 9‒10).</p> <p> <b>Distribution:</b> Chittagong, Bangladesh.</p> <p> <b>Etymology:</b> The species epithet is dedicated to the late Mr. Md. ABU RAYHAN BERUNI'S CONTRIBUTION TO WORLD CIVILIZATION
<p>The article highlights the activities of the brilliant Central Asian encyclopedic scientist Abu Rayhan Beruni. The author reveals various facets of the scientific creativity of this great thinker, shows the encyclopedic nature of his work: reveals his contribution to astronomy and mathematics, history and geography, mineralogy and geodesy. At the same time, it is emphasized that Beruni made the greatest contribution in comparison with other sciences to astronomy.</p>
<p>The main content of the largest and most studied by researchers of Beruni’s creative heritage of such works as "The Canon of Masud", "Mineralogy", "Monuments of past Generations", "India", "Saidana" is revealed in some detail.</p>

ISSUES OF THE WELFARE OF THE PEOPLE AND HUMAN DIGNITY IN THE SOCIO- LEGAL VIEWS OF ABU RAYHAN BERUNI
<p>The article provides an interpretation of the life and scientific heritage, as well as the socio-political views of the thinker of the Eastern Renaissance Abu Rayhan Beruni. Today, a comparative analysis of the historical and legal aspects of the issues raised in the strategy of the dissolution of the new Uzbekistan is being conducted. The practical expression of the views of the Kumusian scientist, which has advanced for thousands of years, has been studied and justified by the author in comparison with today's reforms. The views of Eastern thinkers on the empowerment and social activity of the population were also studied. In particular, in the political and legal legacy of Abu Rayhan Beruni, the issues of human dignity and human rights are studied in a comparative way. A comparative analysis was carried out with the new findings of constitutional reforms in the field of human rights . The emphasis is on the role and significance of these ideas in the formation of civil society, in raising legal awareness, legal culture and spiritual values in society, in the study and popularization of scientific heritage.</p>
Abu Rayhon Beruniy's Attitude to the Ancient Khorezm Language
This article examines Abu Rayhan Beruni's attitude towards the Khorezm language. The peculiarities of Khorezmian writing are also analyzed. The Khorezmian words in the works of Abu Rayhan Beruni are phonetically interpreted. In the article, the author comments on the dialects of the Khorezmian language, which are confirmed on the basis of many medieval Arabic sources

Penelitian ini membahas tentang teknik dan estetika Cyanotype, terutama dalam
karya-karya seniman Poramit Thantapalit yang konsisten menggunakan teknik
Cyanotype dalam karyanya, dengan fokus pada daur ulang dan pesan lingkungan.
Dengan menggunakan pendekatan teori Clive Bell yang menekankan elemen visual
berupa bentuk, garis dan warna untuk menganalisis karya-karya Poramit dalam
konteks pameran "Wildlife Visual Art Exhibit". Pemilihan karya cyanotype oleh
Poramit Thantapalit dilakukan dengan memilih lima karya dari lima hewan yang
berbeda, masing-masing dengan konsep cerita yang unik. Keunikan dan
karakteristik langka dari subjek menjadi faktor penting dalam pemilihan, serta
representasi hewan dari berbagai habitat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa
karya-karya seni Cyanotype Poramit Thantapalit menampilkan penguasaan teknis
yang tinggi dan kemampuan untuk menyampaikan pesan-pesan tentang hubungan
antara manusia dan alam
PENGEMBANGAN WEBSITE PANDUAN MENANAM DAN PEMELIHARAAN ANGGREK MENGGUNAKAN METODE UX DESIGN THINKING DAN INFOGRAFIS
Anggrek merupakan bunga yang banyak digemari karena memiliki warna yang indah dan bentuk bunga yang unik. Namun, tidak semua orang dapat merawat anggrek dengan baik dan benar. Berdasarkan hasil observasi komunitas anggrek, wawancara dengan penggemar, dan pemula terdapat beberapa kesalahan dalam merawat anggrek seperti penyiraman yang tidak tepat serta kondisi lingkungan yang tidak sesuai untuk pertumbuhan anggrek. Selain itu, informasi terkait anggrek terkadang sulit ditemukan, tersebar, tidak lengkap, dan sulit dimengerti. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti mengembangkan website informasi anggrek dengan pendekatan Design Thinking agar website yang dibuat dapat memiliki user experience yang baik. Selain itu, peneliti menggunakan infografis untuk menyampaikan informasi yang kompleks dengan cara yang cepat dan mudah dipahami. Hasil evaluasi dari 35 responden menunjukkan website yang dibuat mendapatkan nilai “Excellent” pada skala attractiveness, perspicuity, efficiency, stimulation, dependability, dan novelty Pada pengujian SUS diperoleh skor 84 nilai tersebut masuk kedalam kategori “Good” dengan rentang penerimaan pengguna “acceptable”. Pengujian infografis mendapatkan nilai sangat layak dari validasi ahli dan 90% pengguna merasa infografis dapat membantu mereka dalam memahami informasi.
Orchids are popular flowers because they have beautiful colors and unique flower shapes. However, not everyone can take care of orchids properly. Based on observations of orchid communities, interviews with hobbyists, and beginners, there are several mistakes in caring for orchids such as improper watering and environmental conditions that are not suitable for orchid growth. In addition, information related to orchids is sometimes difficult to find, scattered, incomplete, and difficult to understand. Therefore, researchers developed an orchid information website with a Design Thinking approach so that the website created can have a good user experience. In addition, researchers used infographics to convey complex information in a fast and easy-to-understand way. The evaluation results from 35 respondents showed that the website received an "Excellent" rating on the attractiveness, perspicuity, efficiency, stimulation, dependability, and. In SUS testing, a score of 84 was obtained, the value fell into the "Good" category with a range of "Acceptable" user acceptance. Infographic testing received a very decent score from expert validation and 90% of users felt that infographics could help them understand the information

Author Obfuscation on Indonesian News Articles Using Genetic Algorithms
Authorship attribution is a method for identifying the author of a text from a group of potential authors and can solve the anonymity of unknown authors. Such method threatens anyone’s privacy, especially those who wish to write anonymously. To address this issue, author obfuscation is proposed to modify a text to disguise its author.In this research, a genetic algorithm-based author obfuscation model was created to modify Indonesian news articles to avoid identification from authorship attribution while keeping its semantics. The model iteratively changed some words in the article using crossover and mutation techniques guided by a fitness function which involve identification probability and similarity to the original article.The model is evaluated based on safety, soundness, and sensibleness parameter. The model has good safety since it can reduce the given authorship attribution model's accuracy by 0.3018 but drops to 0.1179 when tested on different models. Its soundness is pretty good since the similarity of the modified to the original articles reaches 0.7817. The model obtained a score of 2.571 on a scale of 0 to 4 in terms of sensibleness which indicates that some articles are acceptable in terms of grammar, but not a few are messy
ANALYSIS OF THE AVAILABILITY AND IDENTIFICATION OF PUBLIC GREEN OPEN SPACES IN GKU 1 AND GKU 2 AT INSTITUT TEKNOLOGI SUMATERA CAMPUS
Institut Teknologi Sumatera (ITERA) is a higher education institution located in the village of Way Huwi, South Lampung Regency. It was established to fulfill the educational needs centered on the island of Suamtera. ITERA campus was formerly a green area used for rubber plantations and forests which underwent transformation due to the demand for academic buildings. This transformations is ecidenced by the construction of the General Lecture Building (GKU) and Engineering Laboratory Building (Labtek) 1-4. This reserarch focuses on GKU 1 and 2, which serve as the central academic hubs for three faculties of ITERA. The aim is to identify issues related to the availability of public green open spaces in each building. Both GKU building have the potential to function as communal zones that can be utilized for discussions, relaxation, and studying due to their distinct characteristics in terms of green space forms and types. The research methodology employs both quantitative and qualitative methods, such as parameters of Responsive Environments, The Likert Scale, and interviews related to the questionnaire, with the primary target audience being ITERA’s students. The research results highlight various shortcomings and advantages in each GKU building. Recommendarions for improvemenr are expected to refine the research outcomes for ITERA
