    Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah ada perbedaan yang signifikan antara siswa yang menggunakan graphic organizer (GO) dan siswa yang tidak menggunakan spesifik strategi terhadap pemahaman membaca siswa. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMP Negeri 3 Bengkulu dari bulan Mei sampai Juni. Sampel penelitian ini adalah dua kelas dari enam kelas. Sampel diambil secara acak dengan menggunakan undian. Metode penelitian adalah penelitian eksperimental. Untuk menentukan gaya belajar siswa, peneliti menggunakan skale likert, sedangkan  untuk mengukur pemahaman siswa menggunakan test pilihan ganda. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan excel dan SPPS 20. Berdasarkan hasil analisa data, peneliti menemukan  ada perbedaan yang signifikan antara siswa yang menggunakan GOs dan yang tidak menggunakan strategy terhadap pemahaman siswa dalam membaca

    Implementasi pembelajaran agama kristen sangat penting diperhatikan pada anak usia dini. Pentingnya pembelajaran agama kristen bagi anak adalah untuk memperbaiki karakter, pola pikir anak yang salah, tingkah laku anak, pembentukan spiritualitas, dan memperbaiki watak anak agar dapat hidup rukun, bersatu, dan saling bekerja sama. Tujuan penelitian ini, untuk mengetahui implementasi pembelajaran agama Kristen bagi anak usia dini di TK Permata Ibu Palangka Raya. Dalam penelitian ini Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan peneliti di lapangan, terkait implementasi pembelajaran PAK bagi Anak Usia Dini di TK Permata Ibu dapat disimpulkan bahwa dalam penerapannya masih terdapat banyak kekurangan dalam hal sarana prasarana, tidak adanya ketersediaan buku tentang pembelajaran PAK, alat peraga masih belum ada disediakan, dan tidak adanya guru pengajar khusus agama Kristen. Oleh karena itu, perlu adanya evaluasi kembali untuk mengoptimalkan implementasi pembelajaran Agama Kristen bagi Anak Usia Dini di TK Permata Ibu Palangka Raya

     The objective of this research is to know the strategies in acquiring listening comprehension used by English students in English classes of Islamic university in Bengkulu, Indonesia.  The data of the research included questionnaire and interview the result of this research, there were two strategies in acquiring listening: First in direct strategies they were memory, cognitive and compensation strategies. Second in indirect strategies they are metacognitive, affective and social strategies. Especially in direct strategies, memory was the most strategy was chosen by students in the second semester. Indirect strategies, social was the most strategy was chosen by student.     The objective of this research was to investigate and describe the English students’ teaching skills applied in Microteaching Class at University of Muhammadiyah Bengkulu Academic year 2020/2021. The design of this research was a descriptive qualitative research. This research took the subject of the study with total 25 students at the sixth semester that enrolled microteaching class at English program. The researcher used observation checklist to obtain the data. The findings of this research revealed that the teaching skills applied by English students in Microteaching Class are questioning skills, reinforcement skills, variation skill,  explaining skills,  opening skill, small group discussion skill, classroom management skills, organizing small group work and individual work, closing skill; and using teaching media skill. &nbsp

    Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis

    The present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

    “Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship

    Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis

    We provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature.
