UPAYA PENDIDIK DALAM MENINGKATKAN KEMAMPUAN BAHASA SISWA KELAS B DI RA RADEN FATAH PODOREJO

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi pentingnya peran pendidik dalam mengajari siswa dalam meningkatkan kemampuan bahasanya, dengan mengungkapkan ejaan dan kosakata yang benar dan baik. Kemampuan ini bertujuan untuk memecahkan kode huruf dan kombinasi suara untuk mengungkapkan kata-kata, dan untuk memahami arti kata dan konteks. Dalam meningkatkan bahasa siswa, pendidik dapat menggunakan metode yang sesuai dan menarik dan cara yang tepat sesuai dengan kemampuan bahasa masing-masing siswa. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui upaya pendidik dalam meningkatkan bahasa siswa kelas B di RA Raden Fatah Podorejo.
Fokus penelitian ini adalah:1) Bagaimana perencanaan pendidik dalam meningkatkan kemampuan bahasa siswa kelas B di RA Raden Fatah Podorejo, 2) Bagaimana pelaksanaan pendidik dalam meningkatkan kemampuan bahasa siswa kelas B di RA Raden Fatah Podorejo, 3) Bagaimana evaluasi pendidik dalam meningkatkan kemampuan bahasa siswa kelas B di RA Raden Fatah Podorejo
Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Lokasi penelitian di RA Raden Fatah Podorejo. Teknik pengumpulan pada penelitian ini adalah dengan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Proses analisis data dengan menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Sedangkan pengecekan keabsahan data penelitian ini adalah uji kredibilitas, uji keteralihan uji kebergantungan dan uji kepastian.
Hasil yang didapatkan dari penelitian ini adalah:1) pendidik menyusun Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran Harian dengan memperhatikan indikator yang sudah ditetapkan sekolah dan melakukan stimulasi khusus pada tiap aspek sesuai indikator dan disesuaikan dengan batas usia siswa dalam meningkatkan bahasa siswa, 2) pendidik menggunakan metode bercerita, tanya jawab, bermain peran, dekte yang bertujuan untuk menambah pembendaharaan bahasa siswa, 3) pendidik mencatat dan menilai perkembangan bahasa .dan melakukan melafalkan kata yang agak sulit diucapkan oleh siswa secara berulang kali dengan cara memenggal suku kata secara pelan-pelan ketika murid mengalami kesulitan
HUBUNGAN ANTARA IKLAN DENGAN MINAT BELI KARTU SELULER IM3 PADA MAHASISWA PROGRAM STUDI TATA NIAGA FAKULTAS EKONOMI UNIVERSITAS NEGERI JAKARTA
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat hubungan antara iklan
dengan minat beli kartu seluler IM3 pada mahasiswa Program Studi Tata Niaga
Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Negeri Jakarta di Jakarta Timur berdasarkan data
dan fakta yang valid dan reliabel. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah
metode survei dengan pendekatan korelasional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini
adalah seluruh mahasiswa Program Studi Tata Niaga Fakultas Ekonomi
Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Populasi terjangkaunya adalah mahasiswa Program
Studi Tata Niaga angkatan 2011 Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Negeri Jakarta 35
orang.Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik acak sederhana
sebanyak 32 orang.
Untuk menjaring data dari kedua variabel digunakan kuesioner model skala likert
untuk iklan(Variabel X) dan minat beli(Variabel Y). Sebelum instrumen ini
digunakan dilakukan uji validitas untuk kedua variabel. Untuk variabel X, dari 30
butir pernyataan setelah divalidasi terdapat 7 butir pernyataan yang drop,
sedangkan yang memenuhi kriteria atau valid terdiri dari 23 butir pernyataan.
Untuk variabel Y, dari 30 butir pernyataan setelah divalidasi terdapat 8 butir
pernyataan yang drop, sedangkan yang memenuhi kriteria atau valid terdiri 22
butir pernyataan. Perhitungan reliabilitas kedua variabel itu menggunakan rumus
Alpha Cronbach. Hasil reliabilitas variabel X sebesar 0,893 dan hasil reliabilitas
variabel Y sebesar 0,929. Hasil ini membuktikan bahwa instrumen tersebut
reliable.
Persamaan regresi yang dihasilkan adalah Ŷ = 34,71 + 0,62X . Uji persyaratan
analisis yaitu uji normalitas galat taksiran regresi Y atas X dengan uji liliefors
menghasilkan Lhitung =0,0689, sedangkan L tabel untuk n = 32 pada taraf signifikan
0,05 adalah 0,157. Karena Lhitung <L tabel maka galat taksiran Y atas X
berdistribusi normal. Uji linearitas regresi menghasilkan Fhitung < F tabel yaitu
0,77<2,34, sehingga disimpulkan bahwa persamaan regresi tersebut linier. Dari uji
keberartian regresi menghasilkan Fhitung > F tabel , yaitu 11,45 > 4,17, artinya
persamaan regresi tersebut signifikan. Koefisien korelasi Product Moment dari
Pearson menghasilkan rxy = 0,526, selanjutnya dilakukan uji keberartian koefisien
korelasi dengan menggunakan uji t dan dihasilkan thitung =3,384 dan ttabel=1,70.
Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa koefisien korelasi rxy = 0,526 adalah
signifikan. Koefisien determinasi yang diperoleh sebesar 27,63% yang
menunjukkan bahwa 27,63% variasi minat beli ditentukan oleh iklan.

This research aims to find out whether there is a connection between the ads with
keen interest to buy a cellular card IM3 on Course Commerce students of the
Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta in East Jakarta based on valid
data and facts and reliability. The research method used is survey method with the
correlational approach. Population in this research is all of Course Commerce
Students of the Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta, where as the
possible populations who Commerce Courses students force 2011 Faculty of
Economics State University of Jakarta, amounting to 35 people. The technique
which is used in gathering the sample was simple random sampling about 32
people.
To capture data from these two variables are used questionnaire Likert scale
models for Advertisement (variable X) and Purchase Intention (Variable Y).
Before the instrument is used tested the validity for both variables. For variable
X, from 30 points statement after statement validated there are 7 points that drop
invalid, while meeting the criteria or a valid statement consists of 23 points. For
variable Y, from 30 points statement after statement validated contained 8 points
that drop invalid, while meeting the criteria or invalid items comprised 22
statements. Reliability calculation of both variables using Cronbach Alpha
formula. The results of the X variable reliability of 0.893 and the reliability of
variable Y at 0.929. These results prove that the instrument is reliable.
The resulting regression equation is Ŷ=34.71+0.62X. Test requirements analys is
of the normality test error of estimated regression of Y on X to produce Lcount
liliefors test= 0,0689, while the Ltable for n= 32 at 0.05 significant level is 0.157.
Because the Lcount<Ltable then an error estimate of Y on X is normally distributed.
Testing linearity of regression produces Fcalculated<Ftable is 0,77<2.34, so it was
concluded that the linear equation regression. From test significance regression
produces Fcount>Ftable, which is 11.45>4.17, meaning that the regression equation
is significant. Correlation coefficient of Pearson Product Moment generating
rxy=0,526, then performed the test significance correlation coefficient using the t
test and the resulting tcount=3,384 and ttable=1,70. It can be concluded that the
correlation coefficient rxy=0.526 is significant. The coefficient of determination
obtained for 27,63% which shows that 27,63% of the variation of purchase
intention is determined by the advertisement
Curriculum Reconstruction Based on Graduate Profile to Strengthen Managerial Competence in the Chemistry Education Study Program
The alignment of the Chemistry Education Study Program curriculum structure at UIN Raden Fatah Palembang with the graduate profile as educational institution managers was evaluated in this study, and recommendations for curriculum reconstruction based on the graduate profile were developed. Despite growing demands for graduates who can take managerial roles in educational institutions, little empirical evidence exists on how undergraduate chemistry education curricula allocate credits, learning experiences, and assessment to develop managerial competence — this study addresses that gap. A qualitative case study approach was employed, in which curriculum documents, tracer study data, questionnaires, and interviews were analyzed for data triangulation. Of the total 146 credits in the curriculum, only 16 credits were found to explicitly support managerial competencies. The tracer study (n = 165 respondents) indicated that 16.4% of alumni were employed in educational institution management. A mismatch was identified between the formulation of graduate profiles and the allocation of curricular content, along with limited implementation of project-based learning and managerial internships. Recommendations were proposed, including: (1) the inclusion of courses on educational management and leadership; (2) the strengthening of project-based learning and MBKM internships within managerial pathways; (3) the application of authentic assessment and portfolio evaluation to measure managerial competence; and (4) the development of a phased blueprint for curriculum reconstruction. To our knowledge, this study’s novel contribution lies in empirically linking curriculum mapping, alumni tracer outcomes, and pedagogical practice to produce a context-specific, phased blueprint and concrete recommendations for a graduate-focused chemistry curriculum
THEMATIC ANALYSIS OF THE DIALOGUES AN ENGLISH TEXTBOOK A SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL
In writing process students or reader are not aware about how the authors
constructed the clause in the sentence and how the authors explore their idea in the
texts. Furthermore, this research have aimed to analyze on how are textual meaning
applied in the dialogue of English textbook for senior high school at X grade.
This research used descriptive qualitative by doing content analysis. This
research discussed about thematic analysis applied in the dialogue. The data in this
research were 21 dialogues from English textbook entitled Bahasa Inggris
SMA/MA/SMK/MAK KELAS X Edisi Revisi 2017. The researcher analyzed Theme�Rheme structure and theme types using thematic analysis based on Halliday’s theory.
The data collection was carried out through document analysis and the analysis used
Lodico procedures.
The result of research reveals that how are textual meaning applied in textbook
senior high school at X grade, the author of textbook are used three kinds of Theme
types. First is Topical Theme, second is Interpersonal Theme and the third is Textual
Theme. Furthermore, the researcher found that the authors considered to use Topical
or Ideational Theme for making dialogue in a clause that was 236 times (Unmarked:
233; Marked: 3). Then followed by Textual Theme was found 60 times (Continuity:
38; Conjunctive: 22), the last was Interpersonal Theme only 23 times (Finite: 18;
Polarity: 2; Comment: 3; whereas Mood Adjunct and Vocative were not found in all
of the dialogues.)

Pelatihan Penyusunan Laporan Keuangan pada Toko Peralatan Olah Raga Made Sport Bengkulu Jalan Raden Fatah 11 RT 17 RW 03 No 69 Kelurahan Pagar Dewa Kecamatan Selebar Kota Bengkulu
Tujuan dari pelatihan ini ialah untuk memberikan penguatan kepada pelaku Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah, terkait peningkatan kemampuan dalam menyajikan laporan keuangan yang akuntabel.
Metode yang digunakan adalah praktek penyusunan laporan keuangan, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Proses wawancara dilakukan dengan menggunakan depth interview. Kegiatan ini juga menghadirkan dua narasumber yaitu dari pemilik Toko bernama Deys Erika Julianti dan Filda Kusuma. Hasil penelitian ini sangat membantu sekali bagi pemilik Toko dalam mencatat kas masuk dan kas keluar dalam bentuk jurnal lalu membuat buku besar sampai dengan pembuatan laporan keuangan sederhana baik itu laporan laba rugi, perubahan modal dan neraca
Al-IttijÄh al-KalÄmÄ«y Inda Ḥasan Ḥanafi: DirÄsah TaḥlÄ«liyyah Naqdiyyah fÄ« Ḍaui al-‘AqÄ«dah al-IslÄmiyyah
This study is inspired by the fact that Muslims have historically lived following the spirit and syari'ah of Islam. However, with the growth of human thinking patterns and frameworks, it is not surprising that there is still a negative influence through the war of intellectual invasion, whether from outside or from within Islam. Many societal problems, including those of politics and economics, as well as justice and freedom, do not have solutions according to Hassan Hanafi. He is a contemporary Egyptian figure who aims to revive new steps in modern Islamic culture. This research is included in the category of theological research, and it seeks to investigate Hassan Hanafi's main concepts and thoughts regarding his Kalam Science, as well as the patterns that influence it. In this study, the author uses three research methodologies: descriptive, analytical, and critical methods. Beginning with the author's exposition of Hassan Hanafi's beliefs in his writings, then observing Kalam's thoughts from his works, criticizing them in light of Mutakallim's and other Muslim philosophers' perspectives on ‘AqÄ«dah IslÄmiyyah. According to this study, Hassan Hanafi has made changes ancient Islamic theology to support religious reforms and create people's rights. The Reformation's goal is to place humans at the centre of life, to shift from theocentric to anthropocentric, and from the hereafter to the world orientation, and to advocate for liberation theology that seeks to raise the rights of downtrodden people. Thus, it becomes very evident that Hassan Hanafi's approach to understanding ancient Islamic theology is extremely impacted by the legacy of Western thought and is therefore not in agreement with the ‘AqÄ«dah IslÄmiyyah, which still upholds the naá¹£ of the Qur'an rather than prioritizing rationality
Indonesian Political Dynamics in National and Regional Elections
The introduction is that illustrates Indonesia as a democracy is facing an exciting new challenge. The democratic party which was originally separated in each region, will now be held simultaneously nationally in 2024. The purpose of this study is first, what are the dynamics of postponing regional head election in 2024 for 271 regions whose terms of office expire in 2022 and 2023 and second, what is the urgency of extending the term of office of the regional head until 2024. The research method used is normative juridical with the approach of legislation and phenomena, theories, concepts and legal principles. The study used is a literature study and analyzed descriptively qualitative with the use of primary data in the form of primary, secondary and tertiary legal materials. related to the extension of the term of office of the regional head until 2024. The results of the analysis obtained on these issues are known that first, the postponement of regional head election from 2022 and 2023 to 2024 will result in a vacancy in the position of regional head in 271 regions. Then, the appointment of acting regional heads who will lead for one to two years to provide uncertainty to democracy in the regions which raises many pros and cons for the policies taken, it is feared that it will harm the principles of regional autonomy. Second, to avoid the filling of acting regional heads in the 271 regions, more effective and democratic steps are needed, so that the acting heads who lead the regions for one to two years are expected not to reap different perceptions in the community.
