Sehingga dengan demikian, Penyandang Disabilitas harus mendapatkan jaminan terhadap perlindungan tidak hanya pada tahap pra adjukasi dan ajudkasi, tetapi juga harus menyentuh tahap pasca adjukasi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian hukum normaitf, dimana hukum di pandang sebagai sebuah sistem yang padu yang meliputi norma-norma hukum, asas hukum, dan aturan-aturan hukum Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif, dimana data yang diperoleh akan di jabarkan dengan sedemikian rupa berdasarkan tolak ukur perundang-undangan yang berlaku. Dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 12 Tahun 1995 tentang Pemasyarakatan belum mengatur terkait jaminan perlindungan terhadap terpidana penyandang disabilitas. Namun jaminan perlindungan kepada terpidana penyandang disabilitas itu sendiri terdapat pada perundang-undangan lain dan pada realitanya di Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Klas IIB Pangkalan Bun telah menerapkan jaminan perlindungan terhadap penyandang disabilitas

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh strategi bauran pemasaran\ud
terhadap peningkatan volume penjualan sutera pada Losari Silk Makassar. Data\ud
penelitian ini diperoleh dari kuesioner dan beberapa observasi serta wawancara\ud
langsung dengan pihak terkait dengan produk sutera. Temuan penelitian\ud
menunjukkan bahwa variabel strategi bauran pemasaran yang terdiri dari produk,\ud
harga, tempat, dan promosi secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan\ud
terhadap variabel volume penjualan pada signifikansi 5 persen. Sebesar 68,1\ud
persen variasi dalam variabel volume penjualan dijelaskan oleh variasi dalam\ud
variabel strategi bauran pemasaran yang digunakan dalam model ini, sisanya\ud
sebesar 31,9 persen dijelaskan oleh variabel ??? variabel lain.\ud

Advisor: Johari Afrizal, S.Pd., M.Ed This research is a descriptive writing text was carried out at SMAN 2 Pangkalan Kerinci. The main focus of the study is to know the students’ ability in writing descriptive text. The researcher analyzed the students’ writing result referring to the five aspects. They were content, organization, grammar, vocabulary and mechanics. This research used descriptive qualitative, which has one variable. The researcher used qualitative method to analyze students’ ability in writing descriptive text. The researcher described the students’ ability in writing descriptive text by using percentage of the students’ ability. The result of this study show that the total score of the entire students was 1.655 in which the mean score was 82. From the result of the research, it was found that the mean of students’ ability in writing descriptive text was categorized as excellent. In this case, there were 16 (80%) students were categorized excellent, there were 4 (20%) students were categorized good and there were no categorized low and poor
Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
Full text linkThe present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed
Variations on the Author
Full text link“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
Full text linkWe provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Dispelling the Myths Behind First-author Citation Counts
Full text linkWe conducted a full-scale evaluative citation analysis study of scholars in the XML research field to explore just how different from each other author rankings resulting from different citation counting methods actually are, and to demonstrate the capability of emerging data and tools on the Web in supporting more realistic citation counting methods. Our results contest some common arguments for the continued
use of first-author citation counts in the evaluation of scholars, such as high correlations between author rankings by first-author citation counts and other citation
counting methods, and high costs of using more realistic citation counting methods that are not well-supported by the ISI databases. It is argued that increasingly available digital full text research papers make it possible for citation analysis studies to go beyond what the ISI databases have directly supported and to employ more

PENGARUH KOMPENSASI DAN BEBAN KERJA TERHADAP

PT. Andiarta Muzizat Hub Pangkalan merupakan salah satu perusahaan dibidang pengiriman berbasis teknologi terkini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi dan beban kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Andiarta Muzizat Hub Pangkalan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif yang menggambarkan data-data berupa angka yang dihasilkan dari keadaan sebenarnya. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Adapun populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 37 orang dan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 37 orang. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Andiarta Muzizat Hub Pangkalan hal ini terlihat dari nilai signifikan 0,001 lebih kecil dari 0,05 dan nilai t hitung (3,555) > t tabel (2,026) sedangkan variabel beban kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Andiarta Muzizat Hub Pangkalan, hal ini terlihat dari nilai signifikan 0,018 lebih kecil dari 0,05 dan nilai t hitung (2,486) > t tabel (2,026). Variabel kompensasi dan beban kerja berpengaruh secara simultan dengan nilai f hitung sebesar 18,111 > f tabel 3,25 dengan nilai signifikan 0,000 lebih kecil dari 0,05 ini artinya secara bersama-sama kompensasi dan beban kerja berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Dan adapun besaran pengaruhnya ditunjukan dengan Koefisien determinasi (R2) sebesar 0,516 atau sebesar 51,6% hal ini menunjukan bahwa 51,6% Kinerja karyawan dipengaruhi oleh Kompensasi dan Beban Kerja 48,4% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.
