I outsourcinglitteraturen finns det två perspektiv som kan lyftas upp för att förklara outsourcingbeslutet och genom att studera beslutsfattarnas logik till outsourcingbeslutet tror sig författarna kunna bidra till en djupare förståelse inom ämnet. Syfte: Studien syftar till att öka förståelsen för de logiker som ligger till grund för beslutsfattares outsourcingbeslut av den ekonomiska administrationen. Metod och genomförande: Genom användandet av idealtyper bygger författarna upp två differentierade logiker för att utreda olika beslutsfattares förhållningssätt till outsourcing av ekonomisk administration - kostnadslogiken och den strategiska logiken. Logikerna har sedan studeras empiriskt genom en intervjustudie kopplad till ledande befattningshavare i medelstora företag lokaliserade i den småländska GGVV-regionen. Slutsats: Studien visar att beslutsfattare som outsourcar större delar av den ekonomiska administrationen förhåller sig till kostnadslogiken. Den strategiska logiken är istället nära sammankopplad med den rationalitet som föreligger hos beslutsfattare som väljer att inte outsourca sin ekonomiska administration. Däremellan sker även ett möte mellan logikerna. De beslutsfattare som outsourcar mindre delar av den ekonomiska administrationen tar taktiska beslut vilket visar på ett yttrande gentemot kostnadslogiken. Dock blir det tydligt att det samtidigt finns ett bakomliggande strategiskt tankemönster i hur dessa beslutsfattarna resonerar kring ekonomifunktionen. In the outsourcing literature, there are two perspectives that can be raised to explain the outsourcing decision, and by studying the decision makers’ logic to the outsourcing decision, the authors believe that they can contribute to a deeper understanding of the subject. Purpose: The aim of this study is to increase the understanding of the logic that underlies decision makers' outsourcing decisions of the financial administration. Method: Using ideal types, the authors build up two differentiated logics to investigate different decision makers' approaches to outsourcing of financial administration - the logic of cost and the strategic logic. The logics have been studied empirically through an interview study linked to senior executives in medium-sized companies located in the GGVV-area in the province of Småland in Sweden. Conclusion: The study shows that decision makers who outsource major parts of the economic administration relate to the logic of cost. However, the strategic logic is closely linked to the rationality of decision makers who choose not to outsource their financial administration. In between, there is also a meeting between the logics. The decision makers who outsource smaller parts of the economic administration carry out tactical decisions, which indicates a relationship to the logic of cost. Anyhow, it becomes clear that there is an underlying strategic thinking pattern in how these decision makers argue about the financial function as a hole. The decision makers covered by the strategic logic are therefore in these cases hampered to outsource major parts of the financial administration
Medveten övning : Hur en förbättrad övningsrutin kan hjälpa musiker att undvika negativa tankar
No full textI denna uppsats undersöktes hur de negativa tankar som finns hos många musiker kan hanteras. Med hjälp av förbättrad övningsmetodik, samt andra metoder för medveten närvaro observerades hur fokus och humör förändrades hos musiker, samt hur detta påverkade deras prestation och självbild. Till hjälp för detta dokumenterades instuderingen av Hindemiths violakonsert ”Der Schwanendreher” inför och under examenskonsert, en situation där negativa tankar ofta kan dyka upp. Resultatet visade att man med små men väl genomtänkta medel kunde göra stor skillnad för koncentrationsnivån, och det allmänna välbefinnandet. Vidare gavs exempel på hur övningen kan läggas upp för att bli mer produktiv och rolig, samt hur samhällets krav på klassiska musiker bidrar till psykisk ohälsa. Målet med uppsatsen var att få fler musiker att börja reflektera över sin situation, och vilka förändringar som kan göras för att nå en optimal tillvaro. In the forms, messages and norms of these vaudevilles we may see a particular, fleeting encounter between early bourgeois ideals of culture and commercial popular culture

The primary aim of this essay is to analyse how this happens. Here I make clear the fundamental importance of aptitude and upbringing to adult life. The analysis is extended to include a discussion of the concept of autobiographical writing. I also describe in brief the Nordström family and the society of the time, as well as the role of men in that society

No full textSamlade skrifter av Johan Ludvig Runeberg was published in 20 volumes between 1933 and 2005, and reaching over such a time span, it demonstrates some of the central changes in the recent history of Scandinavian textual criticism. It was a joint venture between Svenska Vitterhetssamfundet (SVS) and Svenska Litteratursällskapet i Finland, and it is the first critical edition of Runeberg’s work. The critical standard was formed by SVS, except for the decision to edit the first printings, which was a modern choice compared to the more common ‘Ausgabe letzter Hand’. Over the years, the edition has become more cautious in correcting the author’s orthography and attentive to ‘insignificant’ variants, and it has also changed its attitude towards its own readers. It may partly be seen as a reflection of the fact, that during the years even the image of the author has changed and this changeability itself has come into focus

No full textThis master’s thesis examines different mental training tools that musicians can utilize in order to be more comfortable on stage and to let the music flow unobstructed. The study focuses to a great extent on the art of visualizations in order for the musician to redirect their attention from intruding performance thoughts towards a defined musical and emotional expression. In addition, the study explores how other tools such as singing, meditating, dancing, breathing and positive affirmations can affect the performance, as well as how the audience experience the concert. The study was carried out with the help of artist- and performance coach Christine Löfgren, and with the help of Kenny Werner's book “Effortless Mastery: Liberating the Master Musician Within”. The work observes the musical and personal development the author Ludvig Dahlström has undergone during his last semester at the master's program in classical viola at Edsberg, Royal College of Music, Stockholm. The final result was performed at an graduation recital on May 29, 2023 and is documented with an audio recording. The study concludes that the mental training has been successful, resulting in measurable differences such as a bigger sound, a more natural musical flow and an increased well-being on stage and in general, as well as an improvement in focus and quicker learning. In addition, the study has resulted in a general improvement of self-esteem of the writer and a closer communication with the audience. Det här masterarbetet undersöker olika verktyg inom mental träning som musiker kan använda sig av för att bli bekväma på scenen och fria i musicerandet. Extra vikt läggs vid att visualisera känslor och karaktärer i musiken för att rikta uppmärksamheten bort från distraherande tankar, och istället mot det musikaliska och känslomässiga uttrycket. Studien har även utforskat hur andra verktyg såsom sång, meditation, dans, andning och positiva affirmationer kan påverkar framträdandet, och hur publiken upplever konserten. Types of woods in mills : an investigation of the types of woods in the windmill machinery in the parish of Eksta, Gotland
No full textDå den nuvarande kunskapen om vilka träslag det är i de olika delarna av kvarnverken i gotländska väderkvarnar baserar sig på bristfälliga muntliga uppgifter, har författaren tagit totalt 59 träprov från sju väderkvarnar i Eksta socken, Gotland, och genom mikroskopanalys försökt identifiera träslagen. Resultaten gav fyra olika träslag (furu, ek, oxel och björk) till totalt nio olika delar. Författaren diskuterar sannolika skäl till varför just de träslagen har valts till just de delarna. Resultaten kan anses vara (mer eller mindre) representativa för hela ön. Resultaten har vidare jämförts med uppgifter från Gotland, Öland och Dagö (Estland). En intressant diskrepans uppmärksammades: de delar (kuggar och drevpinnar) som på Öland och Gotland är av oxel (med undantaget björk), är på Dagö av ask eller äppelträd. Övriga delar överensstämmer (mer eller mindre). Författaren sätter detta i samband med en tes som estländaren Dan Lukas har, som går ut på att den estländska kvarntypen tog sig dit söderifrån genom väg över Gotland. Om denna tes skulle stämma, finns det anledning att förvänta sig stora likheter öarna emellan när det gäller träslagsvalen. Anledningen till att kuggarna och drevpinnarna på Dagö, till skillnad från på Öland och Gotland, där de är tillverkade av oxel (och i enstaka fall av björk), tillverkades av ask eller äppelträd, kan bero på att endast enstaka fynd av oxel (eng. Swedish whitebeam) har påträffats där eller att oxel inte alls växte där på den tid då kvarnarna byggdes, medan oxel är allmänt förekommande på Gotland och mindre allmänt förekommande på Öland. Författarens förhoppning är att undersökningens resultat ska kunna fylla ett praktiskt syfte för lokala antikvarier och väderkvarnsägare på ön vid restaurering, ifall en önskan finns om att ersätta eller återskapa skadade delar på ett ”antikvariskt korrekt” sätt, vad gäller materialvalet.The current knowledge of what types of woods there are in the different parts of the Gotland windmill machinery are based on unsatisfactory verbal information. The author has therefore himself taken in total 59 wood samples from seven windmills in the parish of Eksta, Gotland, and through microscope analysis tried to identify the types of woods. The results gave four different types of woods (pine, oak, Swedish whitebeam and birch) for in total nine parts. The author discusses probable reasons to why just those types of woods were chosen to just those parts. The results can be considered (more or less) representative for the whole island. The results have furthermore been compared with information from Gotland, Öland and Dagö (Estonia). One interesting discrepancy was observed: those parts (the cogs and the wallower’s staves) which on Öland and on Gotland are made from Swedish whitebeam (with the exception birch), are on Dagö made from ash or apple tree. Other parts accord (more or less). The author relates this with a theory of the Estonian Dan Lukas, and the drift of that theory is that the Estonian type of windmill came there from the south by way over Gotland. If this theory would be true, there is reason to expect great similarities between the islands when it comes to selection of types of woods. The reason why the cogs and the wallower’s staves on Dagö are made from ash or apple tree, unlike on Öland and on Gotland where they are made from Swedish whitebeam (and in a few cases from birch), can be that only isolated finds of Swedish whitebeam have been found there or that Swedish whitebeam didn’t grow there at all during the time when the windmills were built, while Swedish whitebeam is common on Gotland and less common on Öland. The author’s hope is that the results of the investigation will be able to serve a practical purpose for local antiquarians and windmill owners on the island during restauration work, in case a wish would be existent to replace or recreate damaged parts in an “antiquarian correct” way, with regards to the choice of the material
