Infeksi Jamur Rekuren dan Bakteri Persisten pada Dermatitis Atopik Dewasa: Sebuah Laporan Kasus
No full textDermatitis atopik (DA) terjadi pada 1-3% orang dewasa dan memengaruhi kualitas hidup pasien. Salah satu penyulit DA adalah peningkatan risiko infeksi kulit. Kejadian infeksi kulit pada DA dapat dicegah dengan penanganan DA yang komprehensif. Pasien laki-laki usia 45 tahun dengan keluhan bercak merah dengan sisik kekuningan yang terasa gatal pada kulit kepala serta bintil kehitaman yang gatal dan perih pada bokong sejak satu bulan yang lalu. Sisik gatal pada kepala berulang sejak 30 tahun lalu. Keluhan bintil kehitaman yang gatal, perih, dan membasah pada area bokong dan paha bagian atas menunjukkan tanda infeksi sekunder dari pemeriksaan Gram dan bertahan sejak tiga bulan sebelumnya walaupun telah diobati. Terdapat riwayat atopi pada pasien dan keluarga pasien, kulit kering, alergi tungau debu rumah dan bulu hewan, tampilan allergic shiner dan Dennie-Morgan infraorbital folds. Pasien didiagnosis sebagai dermatitis atopik, dermatitis seboroik, dan furunkulosis. Hasil laboratorium menunjukkan eosinofilia (14,5%) dan hiper IgE (10,804 IU/mL). Terapi yang diberikan adalah sampo ketokonazole 2%, krim mometasone furoate 0,1%, salep Asam Fusidat, Co-Amoxiclav, dan vaselin album.Infeksi kulit yang merupakan penyulit pada DA dapat dicegah dengan lima pilar tata laksana DA yaitu edukasi, menghindari pencetus, memperbaiki fungsi sawar kulit, menyingkirkan peradangan, serta kontrol dan eliminasi siklus gatal-garuk.Dermatitis atopik (DA) terjadi pada 1-3% orang dewasa dan memengaruhi kualitas hidup pasien. No full textIslamic moderation is a hot topic that is always discussed in Indonesia. Many things that mingle are still contradicted. Therefore, herein lies the importance of understanding the moderation of Islam in Indonesia by using research types of literature. In the results it is concluded that Islamic moderation is a form of middle ground without disputing. The history of Islamic moderation cannot be separated from historical figures such as Wali Songo who spread Islam without coercion and still maintain tolerance both religiously and culturally This paper aims to find out about Islamic moderation in Indonesia, as a manifestation of the development of moderate Islam in the era of globalization. Then the author will also explain about: (1) Understanding Moderation in Islam, (2) History of the Development of Islamic Moderation in Indonesia, (3) Figures and Thoughts on Islamic Moderation in Indonesia, (4) Forms of Islamic Moderation in Indonesia. At the end of this paper, the author will also conclude that the relevance of Islam in Indonesia has the concept of Nusantara Islam in which there is tolerance for differences, appreciation that has been made since the beginning, progress with the times, and freedom in decision making in Islamic law

The system is web-based for easy access from anywhere and anytime through any device that has a browser and an internet connection and is created using CodeIgniter and Bootstrap framework, and reports can be converted into the form of a spreadsheet. Mycobacterium leprae deoxyribonucleic acid positivity on skin lesion of untreated leprosy patients and its route to the skin surface
No full textThe route of transmission of leprosy is still unclear. Multiple opinions exist regarding the environmental dissemination of Mycobacterium leprae (M. leprae). This research aims to identify the positive proportion of M. leprae deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) on skin lesion surface of untreated multibacillary leprosy patients by polymerase chain reaction (PCR), and its association with the examination result of acid-fast bacilli (AFB) in epidermis, pilosebaceous unit, and sweat glands. The M. leprae DNA sample was taken from smears of the skin lesion surface by using PCR and the skin biopsy test was done to detect AFB in epidermis, pilosebaceous unit, and sweat glands. From 28 subjects, there was 82.1% positive proportion of M. leprae DNA on the skin lesion surface of untreated multibacillary leprosy patients, where all were found in the lepromatous leprosy and borderline leprosy type. The result of AFB was positive in epidermis (71.4%), pilosebaceous unit (46.4%) and sweat glands (53.6%). We found M. leprae by using PCR technique on skin lesion surface of untreated multibacillary leprosy patients, and its route which most likely was through the epidermis

No full textThe purpose of this study is to make a decision support system that makes it easier for Sumberlawang District in terms of determining candidate villages receiving clean water in the area. So that the determination of distribution becomes faster and precise. The system built by the author uses a decision support method that is Simple Additive Weighting (SAW). In performing attribute selection, the author uses 4 criteria in determining the selection of water recipient village candidates. The programming language of the author uses the programming language HyperText Preprocessor (PHP). The software that supports in making applications that Macromedia Dreamweaver, Mysql, and Adobe Photoshop. The author in terms of performing performance calculations of the system using Blackbox method by applying the method, then the performance of the application built by the author has a system performance level of 100%. The result of the use of SAW method is the creation of a Decision Supporting System Support System for Water Recipient Village in Sumberlawang Sragen Using Simple Additive Weighting Method which is very helpful to Sumberlawang Sub-District in Determination of Potential of Recipient of Clean Water.Keywords: Decision Support System, SAW Method, Water Distributor

customer loan disbursement procedures for PD. Rural, Djoko Tingkir Sragen
Regency and to know the management of credit disbursed to the customer after
PD. Rural, Djoko Tingkir Sragen Regency.
Place of research in PD. Rural, Djoko Tingkir Sragen Regency. To obtain
the data required in the preparation of this final project used multiple methods of
data collection analysis, among others: the observation methods, interview
methods, methods of documentation, literature methods. Type of data in this
research using primary and secondary data.
Results of research to know that the procedures and disbursement of credit
to customers in PD. Rural, Djoko Tingkir Sragen been appropriate in the PD
director decisions. Rural, Djoko Tingkir Sragen Number:
581/138/BPR/VIII/2008. In managing credit has been disbursed to clients PD.
Rural, Djoko Tingkir Sragen need to improve the way credit management because
management did less well with the trend increase in the NPL annually.
The results showed that the analysis procedures and loan disbursement on
PD. Rural, Djoko Tingkir Sragen is good because it has been appropriate in the
PD director decisions. Rural, Djoko Tingkir Sragen Number:
581/138/BPR/VIII/2008. Credit management by the bank management is less well
because of the increase in NPLs. but the author gives an alternative, among others,
granting and withdrawal procedures should be maintained because it was good,
and improving management of the collectibility of the installment credit so
smoothly.
