Surabaya. Disarankan kepada Dinas Kesehatan Kota Surabaya untuk fokus
membenahi faktor risiko yang muncul tersebut
LITERATUR REVIEW : FAKTOR FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI KEJADIAN TUBERKULOSIS PARU DAN PENANGGULANGANNYA
Tuberculosis is still the main infectious disease in the world and is increasingly becoming a concern with the presence of HIV / AIDS. In the Ministry of Health's Strategic Plan for 2015-2019, infectious diseases are one of the main priorities that must be addressed to realize a Healthy Indonesia. The number of cases of pulmonary tuberculosis in Indonesia is reported to be 130 / 100,000, every year there are 539,000 new cases and the number of deaths is around 101,000 per year, the incidence rate of pulmonary tuberculosis cases is about 110 / 100,000 people. This paper aims to reveal the problem of influential factors and efforts that must be made in controlling pulmonary TB disease. This paper is made by tracing research reports / articles related to the incidence of pulmonary TB. And then a selection of the collected reports is carried out, so that 20 selected journals / articles can be reviewed. From selected reports, determined aspects that indicate the factors that caused the incidence of pulmonary TB and TB prevention efforts were carried out. Various efforts have been made through various approaches to treat or at least reduce the incidence of TB. Such as network model strategy programs and others are expected to provide healing and prevent transmission. But in the implementation in the field, the success of treatment and prevention with this strategy experienced several obstacles that did not provide maximum results
POLLUTANT LOAD OF DETERGENTS IN TAMBAK WEDI URBAN VILLAGE, KENJERAN SUBDISTRICT, SURABAYA CITY IN 2014
The increasing use of detergents as cleaning agents in the community potentially result in pollution of the water environment, this is supported by the quality of the well water having a high mineral hardness. When cleaning agents flow into waters through the river, it had a negative impact on the environment and health. The results showed that pollutant loads actually came from the use of detergent in 55 households at 0,323 mg/lt/month or 5,924 mg/day, while the standard maximum pollutant load of detergent waste at 0,0016 mg/lt/month or 0,0292 mg/day. The results concluded that the pollutant load value in this research was higher than maximum pollutant load value, suggesting that pollutant load of detergent waste provided high contribution to pollution of the land and waters in such area, thereby the surface water quality decreased ground water quality, incidence of some disease such as diarrhea, heavy metal poisoning and skin disease. Therefore, it is recommended that households use environment-friendly detergents because it is easier to biodegrade. They should make simple domestic waste treatment equipment using biofilter technique

Effects of nutraceuticals on antibiotic efficacy: a scoping review
Interaction between nutraceuticals and antibiotics has attracted increasing interest as a potential approach to improve antibiotic efficacy. This scoping review aims to provide a comprehensive overview of the existing literature on the effects of nutraceuticals on antibiotic efficacy. An information specialist executed a multi-database search following the PRISMA-2020 guidelines to find articles published between 1 January 2013, and 1 April 2023. The addition of nutraceuticals to antibiotic treatments has shown promising results, for urinary tract infections, the supplementation of vitamin E alongside antibiotics significantly reduced the frequency of fever and urinary symptoms. In patients with hidradenitis suppurativa, the combination of MI, folic acid, and liposomal magnesium improved the efficacy of concurrent therapies and metabolic profiles. Immune manipulation with a nutraceutical alongside antibiotics proved effective and safe in reducing symptoms over time. These findings highlight the potential of nutraceutical addition to antibiotics in improving patient outcomes
The Effect Of Carbon Monoxide Gas Exposure Levels On Oxygen Saturation In Parking Attendants
Parking attendants are susceptible to health problems due to their ongoing exposure to vehicle-related air pollution. A significant contaminant called carbon monoxide (CO) binds to hemoglobin 200 times more strongly than oxygen, forming carboxyhemoglobin (COHb) and causing a decrease in blood oxygen saturation. This study aims to investigate how CO exposure affects the oxygen saturation levels of parking attendants at Surabaya's Kapasan Market. The study uses a cross-sectional methodology and quantitative analysis. Thirteen people made up the study's sample size, including all parking attendants at Kapasan Market in Surabaya. The concentration of CO gas, the workday length, and the oxygen saturation levels were the variables examined. The Spearman's rank correlation test was used to examine the data. The average CO gas level was 3.53 PPM, the average workday for the attendants was 7.5 hours, and the average oxygen saturation was 95%, according to the findings. CO levels and oxygen saturation showed a strong correlation (p = 0.010), as did work time and oxygen saturation (p = 0.005). It is advised that parking attendants take frequent breaks from their duties to breathe in fresh air, take vitamins and supplements, eat a healthy diet, and engage in little physical activity
Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
The present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed
Variations on the Author
“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
