Sutansi, M.Pd Kata Kunci : kemampuan motorik kasar, permainan gobak sodor peluit. Pembelajaran motorik di sekolah tidak terlepas dari perkembangan kemampuan fisik motorik anak, terutama dalam hal kelincahan dan koordinasi gerak. Berdasarkan hasil observasi pada anak kelompok B di TK Dharma Wanita Bendo 02 Kabupaten Blitar, diketahui bahwa kemampuan fisik motorik kasar anak masih belum berkembang optimal seperti yang diharapkan. Hal ini terbukti berdasar hasil observasi 28 % atau 5 anak lincah dalam bergerak dan berlari, 44 % atau 8 anak mau bergerak lincah jika diminta guru dan 28 % atau 5 anak malas bergerak meskipun diperintah oleh guru. Rumusan masalah dari penelitian ini yaitu 1) Bagaimana penerapan Permainan Gobak Sodor Peluit pada pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan kemampuan fisik motorik kasar anak kelompok B di TK Dharma Wanita Bendo 02 Desa Bendo Kecamatan Ponggok Kabupaten Blitar? dan 2) Apakah penerapan Permainan Gobak Sodor Peluit dapat meningkatkan kemampuan Fisik Motorik Kasar anak kelompok B di TK Dharma Wanita Bendo 02 Desa Bendo Kecamatan Ponggok Kabupaten Blitar? Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilaksanakan dalam 2 siklus. Tiap siklus meliputi perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Subyek penelitian yaitu kelompok B TK Dharma Wanita Bendo 02 sebanyak 18 anak. Intrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah pedoman observasi dan dokumentasi kegiatan. Analisis data penelitian yang dipakai adalah deskriptif yang dilihat dari pedoman observasi dan dokumentasi kegiatan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran motorik kasar anak melalui permainan gobak sodor peluit dengan peningkatan kemampuan motorik kasar anak dalam hal kelincahan dan koordinasi gerak. Hal ini dapat diketahui dari hasil penelitian Kemampuan motorik kasar anak pada siklus I sebesar 64,5% dengan persentase ketuntasan sebesar 11,1%. Pada siklus II, kemampuan motorik kasar anak berjumlah 90,63% dengan ketuntasan sebesar 83,3 %. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa dengan permainan gobak sodor peluit, kemampuan motorik kasar anak mengalami peningkatan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, didapat kesimpulan bahwa penerapan permainan gobak sodor peluit dapat meningkatkan kemampuan motorik kasar anak di kelompok B TK Dharma Wanita Bendo 02 sehingga disarankan: 1) Bagi pendidik supaya lebih kreatif dalam memlih permainan untuk anak, 2) Bagi sekolah disarankan untuk lebih mengenalkan permainan tradisional seperti gobak sodor peluit, 3) Bagi peneliti berikutnya disarankan dapat memberikan kreasi baru dalam menciptakan permainan untuk meningkatkan motorik kasar anak

A novel is a literary work created by an author through his feelings and understanding of human life's problems. This novel tells the story of a character named Santiago; even though he is old and lives alone, he still has a strong determination. This study is conducted to get a description in line with the resiliency of an old fisherman with some values that make him have bravery and integrity.
This research analyzes, how is the reflection of Santiago’s live values in The Old Man and the Sea?
This research was designed using the library research method. Data collection is carried out through observation and documentation. The material collected is in the form of empirical data sourced from books, journals, results of official and scientific research reports, and other literature supporting this research's theme. Readliterature as a reference to find information. When reading research material, readers must dig deeper into it to find new ideas related to the research title. By making and processing the research notes. All material that have been read, is then processed or analyzed to obtain a conclusion of thes a research report. The author uses content analysis to analyze sentences from the novel The Old Man and the Sea to get an idea of Santiago's life values.
The results of this research show that with life values, a person will have good and accurate guidance in facing all obstacles and challenges in life. A person who has life values will be more focused in living his life. Santiago has a different life from others, and everyone has values. Some values that exist in every human life include social, cultural, religious, psychological, and educational values. Those who maintain these values will be able to give meaning to their lives. And inspires someone to focus on positive thinking. This role reflects Santiago's life values in The Old Man and the Sea. Santiago can apply these five life values, and as human beings, people should keep themselves with good things, such as cooperation, helping each other, making friends with other people, and helping others. And hinders one from thinking about others and creates positive vibes

Pengaruh Celebrity Endorser Terhadap Minat Beli Produk Skincare “Ms.Glow”
No full textThis research is aimed to see the effect of celebrity endorser to buying interest of skincare products : ms glow. The subject of the research is 100 early adult women that using Instagram. This research is using quantitative approach. The data is collected by using scale as the measuring instrument. Celebrity endorser scale is arranged by Simp theory (2013) and Buying Interest scale is arranged by Schiffman and Kanuk theory (2007). Data is analyzed statistically by using simple linear regression analysis. The result is simultaneous, that celebrity endorser giving a significantly positive towards the consumer’s buying interest. Determinant coefficient (R square) of celebrity endorser shows 0.919 that means the buying interest is influenced by celebrity endorser by 91.9% and the rest is influenced by other factors. By the result of this research, hopefully business people could consider the attractiveness, trustworthiness, and the expertise as business's benchmark in choosing the celebrity for endorsing skin care product, ms glow, to increase the buying interest.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh celebrity endorser terhadap minat beli produk skincare ms.glow. Subjek penelitian ini berjumlah 100 orang wanita dewasa dini yang memiliki akun instagram. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan alat ukur berupa skala. Skala celebrity endorser disusun berdasarkan teori yang dikemukan Simp (2003) dan skala minat beli disusun berdasarkan teori yang dikemukakan Schiffman dan Kanuk (2007). Data dianalisis secara statistik dengan menggunakan analisa regresi linear sederhana. Hasil analisis statistik menunjukkan secara simultan, celebrity endorser memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap minat beli konsumen. Koefisien determinan (R square) celebrity endorser menunjukkan nilai sebesar 0.919 artinya minat beli konsumen dipengaruhi oleh celebrity endorser sebesar 91,9% dan sisanya dipengaruhi faktor lain. Dari hasil penelitian ini diharapkan para pelaku bisnis dapat memperhatikan karekteristik celebrity endorser seperti daya tarik (attractive), kepercayaan (trustworthiness), dan keahlian (expertise) sebagai tolak ukur pebisnis dalam memilih celebrity endorser yang layak untuk meng-endors produk skincare ms.glow agar dapat meningkatkan minat beli konsumen.107 HalamanSkripsi Sarjan

No full textKualitas produk merupakan penilaian tingkat baik buruknya produk yang dapat diterapkan sebagai indikator ketercapaian pembelajaran, salah satu kegiatan pembelajaran yang memerlukan indikator kualitas yaitu produk sulaman pada kain strimin di mata kuliah Seni Sulaman. Sulaman pada kain strimin memiliki karakteristik sulaman yang unik, proses pengerjaannya dikerjakan dengan penuh ketelitian, dan kerapian untuk memenuhi standar kualitas produk sulaman pada kain strimin. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh data mengenai kualitas produk sulaman pada kain strimin ditinjau dari segi visual dan segi fisik produk. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode deskriptif, dan sampel total dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan skala penilaian. Sulaman pada kain strimin secara visual (sulaman kruistik, sulaman Holbein, sulaman Assisi, dan sulaman taula Swedia) termasuk dalam kategori baik dan secara fisik (sulaman kruistik, sulaman Holbein, sulaman Assisi, dan sulaman taula Swedia) termasuk dalam kategori sangat baik. Temuan tersebut menunjukkan bahwa kualitas produk mahasiswa Pendidikan Tata Busana angkatan 2015 secara visual kurang memperhatikan beberapa aspek penilaian diantaranya, motif hias, unsur bidang, prinsip harmoni, prinsip aksentuasi, dan prinsip proporsi, akan tetapi kualitas produk secara secara fisik menunjukkan mahasiswa sangat terampil dalam mengerjakan teknik pembuatan sulaman kruistik, sulaman Holbein, sulaman Assisi, dan sulaman taula Swedia. Berdasarkan temuan tersebut penulis merekomendasikan kepada mahasiswa untuk banyak berlatih meningkatkan keterampilan agar lebih variatif membuat motif dan menambah referensi dari berbagai sumber.---------- The product quality is an eligibility value or assesment of product that can be applied as an indicator of learning achievement, one of the learning activities that require a quality indicator is embroidery product on the strimin fabric in the subject of Seni Sulaman. Embroidery on the strimin fabric have a unique characteristics, the process is done with great precision, and neatness to keep the quality standards of the embroidery products. This research aims to obtain data of embroidery products quality in terms of visual and physical aspects. This is used descriptive method, and total sampling with data collection technique using assessment scale. Embroidery on the strimin fabric visually (cross-stitch embroidery, Holbein embroidery, Assisi embroidery, and Swedish embroidery) included in the good categories and physically (cross-stitch embroidery, Holbein embroidery, Assisi embroidery, and Swedish embroidery) included in the excellent category. That indicate if the students of Pendidikan Tata Busana 2015 in terms of visual lack of attention to some aspects of the assessment of which, ornamental motifs, elements of the field, the principle of harmony, the principle of accentuation, and the principles of proportion, but physically they are very skilled in working on the technique of making embroideries. Based on these invention the authors recommend for students to practice a lot to improve skills to make more varied motifs and add references from various sources

Hal tersebut membutuhkan seorang teknisi untuk memperbaikinya, terlebih lagi banyaknya masyarakat yang memiliki keahlian dalam bidang teknisi elektronik namun belum memiliki pekerjaan karena kualifikasi perusahaan yang tinggi. Oleh karena itu diperlukan layanan sistem yang dapat memudahkan dalam pencarian jasa teknisi serta sebagai wadah bagi masyarakat yang memiliki keahlian teknisi. Maka dari permasalahan tersebut dibuatkan sistem pemesanan jasa teknisi elektronik rumah tangga berbasis web, dalam pembuatannya menggunakan metode waterfall dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan MySql sebagai databasenya.
