Gaya Kepemimpinan Raja Dzulkarnain dan Kontektualisasi di Pemerintahan Indonesia

kepemimpinan Raja Dzulkarnain dalam tafsir Al-Qur‟an surah Al – Kahfi serta
kontektualisasi di pemerintahan Indonesia. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan adalah
penelitian ini adalah penelitian kepustakaan yang bertumpu pada teks-teks dan
melalui pendekatan kualitatif. Data-data yang diambil dari penelitian ini adalah
teks yang menyangkut judul penelitian di atas dengan penarikan kesimpulan
dengan metode analisis hermeneutik. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang diperoleh
kesimpulan bahwa (a) berdasarkan hasil penelitian Gaya kepemimpinan Raja
Dzulkarnain yang paling dominan dalam model kepemimpinan ialah
otoritarianisme berdasarkan argumentasi-argumentasi yang kuat, walaupun di sisi
lain Dzulkarnain kadang menggunakan kepemimpinan partisipati/demokrasi
sehingga disini dalam memimpin suatu organisasi Negara sesuai dengan kondisi
orang-orang dibawah kepemimpinannya berdasarkan analisis pemimpin itu
sendiri, maka dari itu hendaknya seorang pemimpin harus cakap dalam melihat
situasi dan kondisi yang terjadi. (b) Gaya kepemimpinan Dzulkarnain memilki
relevansi dengan kepemimpinan Presiden Abdurahman Wahid.

Struktur Naratif Kisah Raja Dzulkarnain dalam Al-Qur’an: Analisis Semiotika Aktan A.J. Greimas
Get PDFThis research aims to analyze the story of King Dhul-Qarnayn in the Qur'an using A.J. Greimas's actantial semiotics approach. The method used is a qualitative analysis of verses related to the character, role, and actions of King Dhul-Qarnayn, as well as his impact on the surrounding society. Through this analysis, it was found that King Dhul-Qarnayn functions as a mediator between God and humanity, establishing justice by upholding goodness and punishing wrongdoing. The study results show that King Dhul-Qarnayn's character embodies moral and social values relevant to societal life, providing lessons on responsibility and leadership in achieving collective well-being. This research is expected to provide a deeper understanding of the moral messages within the story of King Dhul-Qarnayn and their application in everyday life.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kisah Raja Dzulkarnain dalam Al-Qur’an dengan menggunakan pendekatan semiotika aktansial A.J. Greimas. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis kualitatif terhadap ayat-ayat yang berkaitan dengan karakter, peran, dan tindakan Raja Dzulkarnain serta dampaknya terhadap masyarakat di sekitarnya. Melalui analisis ini, ditemukan bahwa Raja Dzulkarnain berfungsi sebagai penghubung antara Tuhan dan umat, menciptakan keadilan dengan menegakkan kebaikan dan menghukum kezaliman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa karakter Raja Dzulkarnain mengandung nilai-nilai moral dan sosial yang relevan dalam konteks kehidupan masyarakat, memberikan pelajaran tentang tanggung jawab dan kepemimpinan dalam mencapai kemaslahatan bersama. This industrial training report outlines my 24-week training experience at Syarikat Air Melaka Berhad (SAMB), which began from 1 March 2023 through 15 August 2023. Doing my internship Syarikat Air Melaka Berhad is one of the greatest opportunities for me to learn ad develop high-quality knowledge, and it is an eye-opening experience that I am glad to have. This report is intended to demonstrate how my industrial training has progressed over the duration of these 24 weeks. This will include industrial experience like interacting with lots of people, becoming accustomed to working in a real-world setting and acquiring knowledge and skills relevant to both professional and personal development. I started my industrial training on 1 March 2023 and was assigned to Miss Nur Liyana binti Nordin, the Executive of Administrative. I worked as an administrative and human resources intern which my responsibilities and tasks mostly involved handling day-to-day office operations, keeping an eye on file management tasks and drafting memos as well as other communications. Information on SAMB, particularly its history and some of the activities it has earned out in this company will also be included in this report. Miss Nur Ainni will responsible in preparing marketing plan as she is the Marketing Manager. This is includes identifying the target market share, develop sales forecast and develop market strategies. The last member is Financial Manager, Miss Nurul Fazira who will take responsibility in managing financial of the company. She will monitor and control the expenditure that has been by used the company. Every profit that been gain will be written in the company profit account.
