Kata Kunci: latihan target radian, keterampilan shooting sepakbola. Sepakbola dimainkan oleh dua tim di lapangan, yang bertujuan memasukkan bola ke gawang lawan. Ada beberapa teknik dasar untuk bermain sepakbola, salah satu teknik dasar tersebut adalah shooting atau menendang bola. Keterampilan shooting peserta ekstrakurikuler sepakbola SMPN 1 Sanankulon Blitar dinilai kurang maksimal, hal tersebut disebabkan latihan yang diberikan pelatih kurang dan monoton. Salah satu latihan untuk meningkatkan prestasi shooting bola adalah dengan menggunakan latihan target radian. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh latihan target radian terhadap peningkatan keterampilan shooting peserta ekstrakurikuler sepakbola SMPN 1 Sanankulon Blitar. Rancangan penelitian yang dipakai adalah eksperimen kuasi yang dilakukan kepada peserta ekstrakurikuler sepakbola SMPN 1 Sanankulon Blitar dengan rentang usia 13-15 tahun. Jumlah sampel 24 peserta dan dibagi dalam dua kelompok dengan teknik ordinal pairing matching. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah tes shooting sepakbola. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Analisis Varian satu jalur (One Way Anova). Berdasarkan hasil analis data, diperoleh tiga kesimpulan hasil penelitian sebagai berikut. Pertama, latihan target radian memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap keterampilan shooting peserta ekstrakurikuler sepakbola (Fhitung= 5,97>Ftabel4,30). Kedua, latihan komando tidak memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap keterampilan shooting peserta ekstrakurikuler sepakbola (Fhitung= 1,09 Ftabel4,30). Saran yang dapat diberikan kepada pelatih ekstrakurikuler sepakbola SMPN 1 Sanankulon Blitar, sebaiknya menggunakan latihan target radiansebagai bentuk latihan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan shooting, karena perolehan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan ternyata latihan target radian memberikan pengaruh yang lebih baik daripada latihan komando terhadap keterampilan shooting peserta ekstrakurikuler sepakbola SMPN 1 Sanankulon Blitar

No full textLetter from Peking is a novel by Pearl S. Buck. It is narrated in the first-person by its main character, Elizabeth MacLeod. She is an American woman who married a half-Chinese man. The focus of this novel is family relationships amongst the MacLeod. It becomes a beautiful tribute to and description of a loving marriage that is eventually torn apart by an evil war. This thesis focuses on what Elizabeth?s efforts are to maintain her relationship with Gerald. Furthermore, this thesis will attract the readers to do some other research based on the same author. Moreover, this thesis gives an understanding for the reader to maintain their relationship. This thesis discusses only on the study of Elizabeth?s efforts to maintain her inter-cultural relationship. To answer the question, the use of literary approach, in example the theory of characterization and conflict will be helpful in explaining Elizabeth?s character. The background knowledge of inter-cultural relationship will also give contribution in finding Elizabeth?s problems in her life. However, she can overcome all of those problems by having a great trust toward her husband. She is a tough woman and willing to sacrifice for her husband?s happiness. Finally, the analysis ends with the conclusion that racial problems should not be problems in a marriage as long as the two persons love each other
The Impact of Radicalism on the Nation's Disintegration

The radicalism movement as an ideology is not always marked by acts of violence, but can also be limited to an ideology that does not use violent means. The research method uses a qualitative approach, the analysis is carried out using a qualitative analysis method with descriptive decomposition. In this study, the author only describes and sees the condition of the object of research and analyzes by comparison or comparison of various books, articles, journals and data relating to the impact of radicalism on the disintegration of the nation. The results of the research show that the disintegration of the nation is a serious problem for the nation and state. Disintegration can trigger various conflicts that are even bigger and do not even rule out the possibility of giving birth to a new nation. Radicalism can be suppressed by bringing up an attitude of nationalism
