Pengembangan dalam penelitian ini adalah panduan latihan yang berisikan pola variasi latihan passing bawah bagi peserta ekstrakurikuler bolavoli di SMP Negeri 1 Batu, Panduan adalah hal pokok yang menjadi dasar pegangan/petunjuk untuk menentukan sesuatu, dapat diartikan juga sebagai kumpulan ketentuan dasar yang memberi arah bagaimana sesuatu harus dilakukan. Latihan adalah kegiatan yang terencana dan didalamnya terdapat unsur-unsur kegiatan yang dilakukan berulang-ulang secara bertahap dengan tujuan untuk mencapai prestasi yang maksimal. Sedangkan passing bawah adalah usaha memainkan bola menggunakan satu atau dua lengan yang dirapatkan didepan badan, perkenaan bola pada bagian lengan bawah. Untuk dapat bermain bolavoli passing bawah adalah teknik yang harus dikuasai oleh siswa. Dalam melatih teknik dasar passing bawah diperlukan latihan yang berulang-ulang. Selain itu, membutuhkan teknik dasar yang benar, juga diperlukan variasi-variasi pola latihan untuk mencegah kebosanan berlatih. Kenyataan yang ada dilapangan, setelah melakukan observasi awal pada kegiatan ekstrakurikuler bolavoli di SMP Negeri 1 Batu, masih banyak siswa yang tidak menguasai teknik dasar passing bawah pada khususnya. Ini dapat dilihat banyak passing yang tidak tepat sasaran. Sehingga diperlukan panduan latihan passing bawah bolavoli yang dapat digunakan siswa sebagai acuan atau cara berlatih passing bawah bolavoli. Untuk itu, peneliti akan mengembangkan panduan latihan passing bawah dalam permainan bolavoli yang nantinya dapat dijadikan sebagai acuan oleh siswa dalam latihan mandiri passing bawah bolavoli. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan panduan latihan passing bawah bagi peserta ekstrakurikuler bolavoli di SMP Negeri 1 Batu yang ditujukan kepada siswa pada tingkat keterampilan pemula atau dasar pengikut ekstrakurikuler bolavoli. Sehingga dengan adanya panduan ini diharapkan dapat membantu siswa dalam mempercepat proses penguasaan teknik passing bawah bolavoli secara baik dan benar. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan metode penelitian dan pengembangan Research and Development dari Borg dan Gall (1983:775). Adapun 7 langkah yang dipilih oleh peneliti untuk pengembangan panduan latihan passing bawah bolavoli adalah sebagai berikut. (1) kajian pustaka, (2) mengembangkan produk awal, (3) evaluasi ahli, (4) uji coba kelompok kecil, (5) revisi produk awal berdasarkan evaluasi para ahli dan kegiatan uji coba kelompok kecil, (6) uji coba kelompok besar , dan (7) revisi produk akhir. Hasil evaluasi dan persentase dari ahli bolavoli menyatakan 90,52% produk pengembangan valid sehingga dapat digunakan. Dari ahli kepelatihan menyatakan 83,33% produk pengembangan panduan latihan passing valid sehingga dapat digunakan. Kemudian dari hasil uji kelompok kecil terdapat persentase sebesar 89,96% sehingga produk dapat digunakan, sedangkan persentase dari uji coba kelompok besar terdapat penilaian sebesar 90,40% sehingga produk dinyatakan valid dan dapat digunakan. Jadi, dapat disimpulkan bahwa produk pengembangan panduan latihan ini dapat digunakan pada peserta ekstrakurikuler bolavoli di SMP Negeri 1 Bat

Rest hour is the minimum number of hours of rest each seaman must have in performing on-board work activities within the timeframe specified in the rules. Problems encountered on board the MV. Marina Star 3 is an overtime that causes the quality of the hours of rest is reduced. This study aims to determine the effect of rest hour on crew performance and to know the application of MLC 2006 rules on board. In this case the author uses qualitative decriptive method to describe and describe the object under study. This method is done by collecting data that has been obtained and analyzed to be associated with the existing theories to be taken a logical conclusion. The problems that occur are described, described and identified the cause, then analyzed the problem solving. Based on the results of research and discussion of the problem, the effect of rest hour on crew performance is that crew performance will decrease, worker safety will be threatened, and crew health will decrease. While the application of MLC 2006 rules on rest hour on the ship is the implementation of the organization of working hours, supervision of the implementation of the work, the daily working journal of the crew, the making of daily work schedule, making daily work procedures, making work accident journal, making the list of overtime.

State legal pluralism: the intersection of adat, jinayah, and national penal law in Gayo, Indonesia
Full text linkThis book discusses the dynamic intersection of three bodies of law; adat, Aceh Shari’a and national penal law, and the institutions applying them. It focuses on how these address public morality and criminal offences of a sexual nature as they play out in the Gayonese community of Central Aceh dan Bener Meriah districts, Indonesia.The author argues that these three legal systems have complemented and become alternatives to one another. The state, non-state legal actors and adat officials observe certain limits of each legal system and shop the forums available or apply legal differentiation. Among the actors involved, the police is the most influential in directing the use of the three legal systems. They decide which legal system suited best for the victims’, offenders’ and their own interest and they are the bridge between legal systems in the pluralism of penal law in Aceh. These legal developments in Gayo suggest that state recognition of non-state law (adat law) as part of the state legal system may give a high degree of autonomy to adat institutions.
