PT Kebayoran Pharma Palembang Branch is a company that sells medicines and health equipment, where sales transactions that often occurs is a credit sales transaction. In compiling this final report, the author uses primary data is the result of interviews with employees of the company and secondary data in the form of a general overview of the company. Based on the data the author get, the authors found irregularities that occur in the process of credit sales due to credit sales accounting system of the company has not been implemented properly. The research method is the empirical law research in the form of field research. The results showed that: the need of infrastructure improvements in the condition of the building, the quality of the reception area, the completeness and adequacy for the equipments. Advices from the author are the need for improving quality of care, increase the amount of equipment and support facilities as well as the waiting room cleanliness so that the taxpayers feel comfortable to come to SAMSAT Sleman

Kasambu, as is known, is one of the many traditions that exist in Indonesia The Muna ethnic group certainly has a very important role in social life. This tradition still exists today adhered to, complied with and implemented by some Muna society, even in contemporary times has started to experience a shift, like use of sando services during childbirth replaced by medical personnel (midwife or doctor)

There are many problems that will face for the marriage couple during the time they
live together. Marriage is like the war castle. People, who are not married yet, want to
marriage. In the other case, people who are in marriage want to divorce and feel
uncomfortable with their marriage relationship. In this paper, the researcher puts
some marital crisis, the strategies of maintaining a marriage, and the reason why the
author gave concern in marital crisis of Victorian upper class society during 1890s
time period. Finally, the researcher demonstrates that by accepting reality, people
should maintain their marriage relationship and decide not to divorce.

No full textThe problem in the research that the author raises is regarding the lack of fulfillment of justice and rights for the Directors (President Director) who were unilaterally dismissed based on the judge's considerations in the Pekanbaru Court Decision Number 78/Pdt.G/2022/PN.Pbr reviewed from the legal entity regulations of Limited Liability Companies in Indonesia, the dismissal of the directors was carried out in violation of the law in contrast to Law Number 40 of 2007 concerning Limited Liability Companies. In this study, the author formulates 2 (two) problem formulations, namely analyzing legal protection for the rights of directors for unilateral dismissals that do not go through the GMS, and how the judge's considerations are in resolving cases of unilateral dismissal of the Directors of a Limited Liability Company. The purpose of this study is to explain the aspects of justice and legal protection for directors who are unilaterally dismissed without going through the GMS and the resolution of cases regarding these problems. This study uses a normative legal research type by examining library materials to analyze the judge's considerations in making decisions in cases of unilateral dismissal of directors. This study includes a case approach with an in-depth review of cases related to the problems faced and has become a court decision that has permanent legal force. In addition, a statute approach is also used with a review of all laws and regulations along with related rules. The results of the study are based on the Decision of the Pekanbaru District Court Number 78/Pdt.G/2022/PN.Pbr. The plaintiff is the founder and president director of PT Bumi Siak Pusako (BSP) who was dismissed unilaterally and without going through a GMS and without reason by the Defendants. This is invalid, arbitrary, and unlawful because it is very contrary to the mechanism for dismissing Directors from their positions as stipulated in Law Number 40 of 2007 concerning Limited Liability Companies, however, the judge's considerations are that the reasons submitted cannot be justified and the Judex Facti Decision is correct and proper. Based on these considerations, the judge did not pay enough attention to and touched on the aspect of justice for Directors who were dismissed unilaterally and without going through a GMS and did not provide legal protection for them

firm value merupakan capaian utama bagi perusahaan yang
mampu menggambarkan kesejahteraan bagi segala aspek yang ada
pada sebuah perusahaan. Firm value dapat dipengaruhi oleh beberapa
resiko antara lain Enterprise Risk Manajemen (ERM) merupakan
suatu strategi yang digunakan untuk mengevaluasi dan mengelola
semua risiko dalam perusahaan. Tak hanya ERM yang memiliki
pengaruh terhadap firm value, tetapi Corporate Sosial Responsibility
juga dapat memberikan dampak positif bagi perusahaan. Selain itu
dalam perbankan syariah alat penghitung kinerja dimana dapat
menunjukan nilai materialistis serta spiritual di dalam perusahaan
yang di sebut dengan Islamic Performance Index.
Dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan jenis penelitian
kuantitatif. Populasi yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah
laporan keuangan tahunan dan bulanan Perusahaan PT Bank Panin
Dubai Syariah Tahun 2018-2021. Sedangkan, Sampel dalam
penelitian ini yaitu Bank Panin Dubai Syariah tahun 2018-2021.
Sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa data
sekunder yang merupakan data runtut waktu (time series data) dimana
data tersebut merupakan data kuantitatif dalam bentuk publikasi. Data
ini berasal dari Indonesia Capital Market Directory (ICMD), annual
report, dan mengakses website Index Saham Syariah Indonesia
melalui internet. Teknis analisis data dalam penelitian ini
menggunakan analisis data regresi linier berganda data time series
dengan alat analisis data yang digunakan yaitu Eviews 10.
Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa hasil uji hipotesis
Ha1 ditolak, Ha2 ditolak, Ha3 diterima, secara simultan

bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap firm value. Determinasi Adjused

sebesar 70%. Kesimpulan pengujian ini berdasarkan uji statistik
adalah Islamic Perfomance Index berpengaruh positif dan signifikan
terhadap firm value, Pengungkapan Enterprise Risk Management
Pengungkapan Corporate Sosial Responsibility berpengaruh positif
dan tidak signifikan terhadap firm value pada Bank Panin Dubai
Syariah tahun 2018 - 2021.

ABSTRACT
Company value or firm value is the main achievement for a
company which is able to describe the welfare of all aspects of a
company. Firm value can be influenced by several risks, including
Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) which is a strategy used to
evaluate and manage all risks in the company. Not only does ERM
have an influence on firm value or company value, but Corporate
Social Responsibility can also have a positive impact on the company.
Apart from that, in sharia banking, a performance calculation tool
can show materialistic and spiritual values within the company which
is called the Islamic Performance Index.
In this research the author used a quantitative type of research.
The population used in this research is the annual and monthly
financial reports of PT Bank Panin Dubai Syariah Company for 2018-
2021. Meanwhile, the sample in this research is Bank Panin Dubai
Syariah in 2018-2021. The data source used in this research is
secondary data which is time series data where the data is
quantitative data in the form of publications. This data comes from the
Indonesia Capital Market Directory (ICMD), annual report, and
accessing the Indonesian Sharia Stock Index website via the internet.
The data analysis technique in this research uses multiple linear
regression data analysis of time series data with the data analysis tool
used, namely Eviews 10.
The result and research show that the result of the hypothesis
test H1 are rejected, H2 is rejected, H3 is accepted, simultaneously
disclosure of enterprise risk management disclosure, corporate social
responsibility disclosure and Islamic performance index togetherhave
on effect on firm value. Determination of adjused R
2
is 70%. The
conclusion of this test is based on the statistical test is that Islamic
performance index has a positive and significant effect on firm value,
enterprise risk management disclosure, corporate social responsibility
disclosure has a positive and in significant effect on firm value at
bank pani dubai syariah in 2018 -2021.

Aturan Hukum Terhadap Desain Industri Atas Modifikas Motor Custom
Full text linkIndonesia is classified as a densely populated country and quite a lot of its citizens are consumptive of modified vehicles with the emergence of modified motorcycles. Therefore, it aims to find out the law against industrial design for vehicle modifications, especially custom motorcycles containing changes in the design of vehicles that control existing in society. The method used by the author is an empirical juridical approach, namely field research that examines applicable legal provisions and what happens in the reality of society. The results that can be obtained from this study are that the problem of modifying those without the right to produce, using part of the vehicle design without a permit can be subject to sanctions in article 54 of the UUDI and the modified vehicle requires a type test in terms of licensing, article 132 paragraph (6) and (7) for those who make modifications to parts of vehicle components, namely technical design, arrangement, size, material, light system/reflecting device, ATPM's recommendation is required. And those who have the right to make modifications to certain workshops are workshops that are appointed only by the minister who is responsible for the industrial sector. In terms of vehicle safety, the origin without carrying out a type test can result in an accident for oneself and for others, either suffering from injuries or in the worst case death

Full text linkTourism promotion is becoming the most important factor for the success of any destination. Every destination is applying the strategy based on its resources. For Balinese tourism, which is enriched by its cultural aspects, the role of tourist guide is still necessarily required. The essence of tourist guiding somehow is rarely recognised as promotional tool that should have been very possible to be focused on. Therefore, this study is aimed to discover the role of tourist guide as indirect promoter for the Balinese tourism. In order to accomplish that objective, examination was laid on Balinese promotion system, expectation of stakeholders/users, and tourist’s perception toward the roles of tourist guide. Based on the findings, the author has proposed a concept regarding the utilization of tourist guiding as wordof-mouth promotion strategy for the importance of Balinese tourism.
