Implementação e avaliação de gestão remota sobre DISMAN
Apesar da evolução do SNMP durante a última década e que conduziu recentemente à
versão Draft Standard do SNMPv3, várias são as lacunas que continuam a ser
apontadas a este modelo. No seio do IETF o Disman WG tem procurar vingar a ideia da
utilização de uma arquitectura de gestão distribuída colmatando, assim, uma dos mais
graves limitações do SNMP – a escalonabilidade.
Neste artigo apresentar-se-á um trabalho exploratório que pretende conduzir a um
ambiente de gestão SNMP onde a distribuição de operações de gestão é efectuada
através de agentes disman móveis
Analysis of semi-solid diecasting runner-gate system as a function of solid fraction
The injection of alloys in the semisolid state, is highly effective in reducing casting porosity, particularly the one due to turbulences during die filling. On the other hand, the use of semisolid billet poses additional difficulties about either proper alloy re-heating and die design, especially runner and gate system. Obviously gates must be thicker than in traditional diecasting, because of the higher alloy viscosity, however no standards for a good die design are today available in the literature and each manufacturer refers to his own experience and know-how. The aim of this work is to evaluate the effect of the various runner and gate geometrical parameters on the filling pattern, taking also into account the influence of different solid fractions, not only those related to not properly controlled re-heating temperature, but also those typical of rheocasting technology. The study was carried out by means of a numerical simulation commercial software (Procast), considering a typical aluminun-silicon alloy (A356), whose thermo-fluid dynamics properties needed for simulation are mostly available. The results obtained will be subsequently used for the fabrication of an experimental die, for the production of dumb bell and toughness specimens, for future tests in the University diecasting laboratory

Fokus penelitian ini ialah mengungkap Manajemen Program Adiwiyata Sekolah di SD
BTN IKIP I Makassar melalui gambaran Program Adiwiyata dari perencanaan,
pengorganisasian, penggerakan, dan pengawasan program dari masing-masing
komponen Adiwiyata yang meliputi; kebijakan sekolah berwawasan lingkungan (visi,
misi, tujuan sekolah, peraturan sekolah, RKAS), kurikulum berbasis lingkungan
(Pendidikan Lingkungan Hidup), kegiatan lingkungan berbasis partisipatif (kegiatan
kerja bakti, daur ulang sampah), dan pengelolaan sarana ramah lingkungan. Penelitian
ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif yang dimaksudkan untuk mendapatkan
pemahaman yang lebih luas dan mendalam terhadap data yang dtemukan dan dihadapi
peneliti. Sumber data utama dalam penelitian kualitatif ialah kata-kata dan tindakan,
selebihnya adalah data tambahan seperti dokumen dan lain-lainnya. Teknik
pengumpulan data berupa wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini
menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan manajemen program Adiwiyata di SD BTN IKIP 1
Makassar secara umum beberapa komponen telah memenuhi standar yang telah
ditentukan seperti sarana ramah lingkungan, visi dan misi sekolah, dan kegiatan
pengelolaan lingkungan berbasis partisipatif telah dilaksanakan sesuai pedoman
program Adiwiyata. Namun beberapa komponen seperti kebijakan sekolah, RKAS,
dan pemeliharaan lingkungan masih perlu untuk ditingkatkan agar semakin
membentuk perilaku siswa yang cinta dan peduli akan lingkungan
Family Background Memoderasi Social Norms Terhadap Entrepreneurial Intention
The purpose of this research is to examines the role of family background in moderating the relationship between social norms and entrepreneurial intention. The method used in this research is the explanatory survey method. Testing of the conditional process model in this study uses path analysis based on OLS (Ordinary Least Square) regression and the bootstrap method uses statistical tools SPSS version 23 and PROCESS version 3.4 by Andrew F. Hayes, the 1st model. This test is performed to measure the direct effect and indirect effect, as well as the total effect of the effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable. The results of the study state that social norms have a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial intention. Meanwhile, family background has no positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial intention. The Disman Radio Children’s Ensemble from 2015 to 2021
Cílem této práce je postihnout jedno celé období fungování Dismanova rozhlasového dětského souboru, a to éru, kdy soubor pracoval pod uměleckým vedením Jany Frankové Doležalové (1967–2021). Na tomto období (2015–2021) se pokusíme popsat jednak proměny, jakými soubor prošel po umělecké i organizační stránce, a jednak na materiálu vybraných inscenací zrekonstruovat režijně-pedagogické metody Jany Frankové. Pozornost věnujeme též událostem v sezóně 2014/2015, v jejichž přímém důsledku došlo ke změně ve vedení souboru a které výrazně ovlivnily budoucí podobu tohoto uskupení. V práci čerpáme jak z odborné literatury, tak z dobových dokumentů, mediálních výstupů a dosud nezpracované pozůstalosti Jany Frankové. Autor práce se opírá také o vlastní zkušenosti, které získal jako spolupracovník Jany Frankové, a o rozhovory se členy souboru a dalšími svědky tehdejší éry.The aim of this thesis is to cover an entire era of the Disman Radio Children's Ensemble, namely the era when the ensemble worked under the artistic direction of Jana Franková Doležalová (1967–2021). Based on this period (2015–2021), we will try to describe the changes the ensemble underwent artistically and organizationally, as well as to reconstruct Jana Franková's directing and pedagogical methods on the basis of selected productions. We will also focus on the events of the 2014/2015 season, as a direct result of which the leadership of the ensemble changed and which significantly influenced the future shape of this group. In this work, we draw on both scholarly literature and contemporary documents, media outputs and the hitherto unedited papers from the estate of Jana Franková. The author also draws on his own experience as a collaborator of Jana Franková and on interviews with members of the ensemble and other witnesses of the era

Penelitian ini menganalisis masalah kinerja dosen yang masih rendah pada Universitas Swasta di Sulawesi Tenggara. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelesaikan masalah mengenai kinerja dosen dengan membangun sebuah model hipotetik mengenai pengaruh kepemimpinan stratejik, ability, motivasi kerja, dan perilaku inovatif terhadap kinerja dosen. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode explanatory survey. Analisis data menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan Analysis of Moment Structure (AMOS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh kepemimpinan stratejik terhadap kinerja dosen akan semakin kuat melalui ability dan motivasi kerja. Pengujian hipotesis membuktikan bahwa kepemimpinan stratejik berpengaruh positif terhadap ability, motivasi kerja dan kinerja dosen. Ability dosen dan motivasi kerja memediasi pengaruh kepemimpinan stratejik terhadap kinerja dosen. Perilaku inovatif memoderasi pengaruh kepemimpinan stratejik, ability dosen, dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja dosen. Novelty penelitian adalah model pengembangan kinerja dosen dalam Perspektif Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia Stratejik.

This study analyzes the issue of low lecturer performance at private universities in Southeast Sulawesi. The study aims to address the issue of lecturer performance by developing a hypothetical model of the influence of strategic leadership, ability, work motivation, and innovative behavior on lecturer performance. This study uses an explanatory survey method. Data analysis uses descriptive statistics and Analysis of Moment Structure (AMOS). The results of the study indicate that the influence of strategic leadership on faculty performance is strengthened through ability and work motivation. Hypothesis testing confirms that strategic leadership has a positive influence on ability, work motivation, and faculty performance. Faculty ability and work motivation mediate the influence of strategic leadership on faculty performance. Innovative behavior moderates the influence of strategic leadership, faculty ability, and work motivation on faculty performance. The novelty of this study lies in the model of faculty performance development from the perspective of Strategic Human Resource Management.

BIAS PERILAKU DAN PERSEPSI KEADILAN DALAM KEPATUHAN PAJAK WAJIB PAJAK PERUSAHAAN DI INDONESIA: PERAN MODERASI VARIASI BUDAYA DAN TEKNOLOGI DIGITAL. Kepatuhan pajak perusahaan menjadi isu strategis dalam optimalisasi penerimaan negara, namun masih rentan terhadap pengaruh bias perilaku dan persepsi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh bias optimisme, bias status quo, bias heuristik, efek framing, dan persepsi keadilan terhadap kepatuhan pajak perusahaan di Indonesia, serta menguji peran variasi budaya dan teknologi digital sebagai variabel moderasi. Peran variasi budaya dan teknologi digital ini dapat mengisi kesenjangan penelitian (research gaps). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan kuesioner sebagai instrumen utama, disebarkan kepada Wajib Pajak Badan di seluruh Indonesia. Sebanyak 384 responden diperoleh melalui teknik proportional random sampling. Analisis dilakukan secara deskriptif menggunakan Partial Least Squares (PLS) dan verifikatif melalui analisis regresi moderasi. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa bias optimisme dan persepsi keadilan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepatuhan pajak, sementara bias status quo, heuristik, dan efek framing tidak signifikan. Variasi budaya dan teknologi digital memoderasi hubungan antara bias perilaku tertentu dengan kepatuhan pajak, mengindikasikan bahwa konteks sosial dan digital memengaruhi persepsi dan respons wajib pajak. Temuan ini menawarkan kontribusi baru dalam literatur kepatuhan pajak melalui integrasi pendekatan behavioral dengan faktor kontekstual. Implikasi praktisnya, otoritas pajak dapat merancang strategi kepatuhan berbasis pemahaman perilaku dan pemanfaatan teknologi digital.

Manajemen talenta semakin diakui sebagai aspek strategis yang penting di semua sektor, khususnya dalam organisasi sektor publik, di mana identifikasi dan pengembangan posisi-posisi kunci menjadi kunci keunggulan kompetitif yang berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mengkonstruksi model peningkatan kinerja organisasi berbasis manajemen talenta yang dimediasi oleh religiosity organizational citizenship behavior (ROCB), literasi digital, dan kinerja pegawai. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain survei eksplanatori. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan metode Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) dan pengujian hipotesis multilevel melalui Hierarchical Linear Modeling (HLM). Unit analisis dalam penelitian ini adalah 28 instansi Badan Kepegawaian Daerah (BKD) dan Badan Kepegawaian dan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia (BKPSDM) yang tersebar di Provinsi Jawa Barat. Responden penelitian terdiri dari 220 Pegawai Negeri Sipil (PNS) yang bekerja di instansi pemerintah daerah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen talenta berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja organisasi, baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung melalui ROCB, literasi digital, dan kinerja pegawai. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya membangun sistem manajemen talenta yang adaptif dan terintegrasi, dengan memanfaatkan kemampuan digital dan mendorong perilaku kerja positif yang dilandasi nilai-nilai religiusitas. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi dalam pengembangan model kinerja sektor publik berbasis manajemen talenta strategis.

Talent management is increasingly recognized as a strategic imperative across all sectors, particularly in public sector organizations, where the identification and development of key positions are central to sustaining competitive advantage. This study aims to analyze and construct a performance enhancement model based on talent management, mediated by religiosity organizational citizenship behavior (ROCB), digital literacy, and employee performance. Employing a quantitative explanatory research design, data were collected through surveys and analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) and Hierarchical Linear Modeling (HLM) to test both structural and multilevel hypotheses. The unit of analysis comprises 28 Regional Civil Service Agencies (BKD) and Regional Civil Service and Human Resource Development Agencies (BKPSDM) across West Java Province. The study involved 220 civil servants (PNS) as respondents. The results indicate that talent management has a significant positive effect on organizational performance, both directly and indirectly, through ROCB, digital literacy, and employee performance. These mediating variables play an essential role in translating strategic talent practices into measurable improvements in organizational outcomes. The findings offer practical implications for local governments, highlighting the need for adaptive and integrative talent management systems that leverage digital capabilities and foster positive employee behaviors rooted in religiosity. This study contributes to the development of public sector performance models by emphasizing the strategic alignment between talent management and organizational effectiveness.

The Benefits of Interactive Media Websites Through Google Sites on Learning Outcomes of Elementary School Students
The application of technology in education will improve teachers’ ability to convey material to students, make it easier for students to understand the material presented, and make time more effective and efficient. Advances in computers are also closely related to the world of education. Most schools also include computers as a compulsory subject. Technology's role in education is growing rapidly, and the need for technology is indispensable in the current era of globalization. By utilizing recent technological developments, the aims of this research are (1) to develop website-based learning media; (2) to analyze the differences in learning outcomes between students who use websites and conventional media. Researchers use a Google Sites application to support the development of web-based learning media. Teaching staff can use Google Sites to carry out various learning activities. The stages of this research method are experimental research with a posttest only control group design. The subjects of this study were students of class IV A and B at SDN 2 Karangsari—intake of research class through random sampling technique. Activities in data analysis include data processing and statistical analysis. The conclusion of this study is that the learning model through website learning media can generally motivate students to improve learning outcomes. Students gave a positive response to the implementation of the website learning model
