    Pengaruh Professional Learning Community Terhadap Pengembangan Profesi Guru pada Madrasah Aliyah Negeri di Propinsi Lampung. Azima Dimyati, NPM 1503020031 ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kondisi ketidak mampuan guru untuk menerima perubahan-perubahan dalam memberikan materi pembelajaran kepada siswa, belum dapat menerima kritikan dan saran dari pimpinan dan sesama guru yang mengakibatkan kurangnya inovasi dalam memberikan pelajaran kepada peserta didik dan tidak tercapainya standar profesional guru. Professional Learning Community bisa dijadikan solusi dari sekelompok orang yang termotivasi oleh visi belajar dan mendukung satu sama lain sampai tujuannya dapat dicapai. Di mana siswa dan guru saling belajar dan berkembang, para orang tua serta masyarakatpun mendukung serta terlibat dalam reformasi madrasah dengan saling belajar dan berkembang. Dan komunitas pembelajar profesional di madasah juga dapat dimaknai sebagai kumpulan profesional seperti guru, staf, dan kepala madrasah yang berkomitmen untuk berkolaborasi dalam suatu proses pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran di kelas. Pengikat komunitas ini adalah nilai, pandangan, keyakinan, harapan, dan tujuan Penelitian bersama, seperti visi dan tujuan madrasah yang disepakati bersama. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah : untuk mengetahui pengaruh PLC ditinjau dari aspek kepemimpinan bersama, nilai-nilai dan visi bersama, kreatifitas bersama, kondisi yang mendukung serta berbagi pengalaman berpengaruh terhadap pengembangan profesi guru pada MAN di Propinsi Lampung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan penelitian survey. Tehnik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dan wawancara. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda yang dilanjutkan dengan deskripsi kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 275 responden dengan sampel sebanyak 74 responden. Hipotesis yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini adalah: PLC ditinjau dari aspek kepemimpinan bersama, nilai-nilai dan visi bersama, kreatifitas bersama, kondisi yang mendukung serta berbagi pengalaman berpengaruh positif terhadap pengembangan profesi guru pada MAN di Propinsi Lampung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : Aspek kepemimpinan bersama, nilai-nilai dan visi bersama, kreatifitas bersama, kondisi yang mendukung serta berbagi pengalaman secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap pengembangan profesi guru sebesar 81,8%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 18,2% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain. Hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa secara keseluruhan PLC sangat berpengaruh terhadap pengembangan profesi guru. Temuan penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa PLC memberikan dampak yang positif bagi kepemimpinan bersama, nilai-nilai dan visi bersama, kreatifitas bersama, kondisi yang mendukung serta berbagi pengalaman terhadap pengembangan profesi guru

Decentralization is conducted together with the deconcentration and assisting tasks, to enhance the creativity of local government apparatus that are actively doing the planning, implementation, and supervision of all government activities including the development.The district government and the city become an appropriate level where the devolution of power and resources will be handed over according to government functions  and activities over a wider area. They do the next five years development, following with the identification of influenced factors including the various issues and conduct the policy steps that need to be implemented in a systematic and integrated way.Reformation of government structure at the provincial, district and city gives a wide power and responsible for managing their own area. Local government should really implements the functions, rights and obligations under the regional autonomy law.     The research objective is to parse the model of implementing public policy with a cultural value approach.     Culture Approach as Innovation in Development of Infrastructure

    The cultural approach to implementing public infrastructure policies is new. The approaches commonly used in implementing policies are structural approaches (organizational roles), procedural and management approaches (network planning and control; program evaluation and review techniques), behavioral approaches: communication, complete information at each stage and a political approach (interdepartemental aspects of politics). This shows that, the cultural approach is an innovation of policy implementation to establish a model of policy implementation innovation with a cultural approach, researchers investigate in a case study of a simultaneous village building program (GSM) in the Tulang Bawang regency of Lampung Province. This study uses a qualitative approach that describes and explains the symptoms and trends in phenomena that appear at the research location.The results obtained, the implementation of the GSMK program is based on the value of mutual cooperation which in local terms Lampung is called sakai sambayan. Sakai Sambayan, covering a broad understanding, such as mutual cooperation, help to help, tolerance to others and to others both morally and materially at times of pleasure and distress.This value provides a spirit in the implementation of the GSMK program in Tulang Bawang Regency. The GSMK program is a movement carried out by, from, and for the people of Tulang Bawang Regency to do good together in an effort to accelerate infrastructure development in 147 villages simultaneously throughout the Tulang Bawang Regency with a budget sourced from non-government organizations, private parties from each village and Community Direct Assistance (BLM) of the APBD of Tulang Bawang Regency. This program is considered quite successful by many people, the innovation of cultural approaches in the implementation of policies makes it an alternative so that policies can be successful and goals can be achieved.     The problems in this study are: (1) Is there an influence of Intrinsic Factors on Employee Motivation in Metro District in Metro City Centers? (2) Is there an Effect of Extrinsic Factors on Employee Motivation in Metro District, Metro City Center? (3) Is there a joint effect of Intrinsic Factors and Extrinsic Factors Against Employee Motivation in Metro District Metro City Center?The plan in this study is to use a survey method. By means of the census it is intended that all populations are also sampled because the population is limited and allows researchers to examine all populations using questionnaires as a data collection tool. explore the factors that cannot  be revealed in the questionnaire..The results showed that there was a partial effect of intrinsic factors on employee motivation, as well as extrinsic factors influencing employee motivation. In Metro District Metro City Center, the greatest influence of the variables forming job satisfaction was the achievement dimension, while the smallest dimension of the variables forming intrinsic factor is the dimension of responsibility. Then the biggest dimension of the extrinsic factor is the Salary Dimension while the smallest dimension of the extrinsic factor variable is the working condition dimension.Intrinsic Factors and Extrinsic Factors together have a positive effect on Employee Motivation at the Central Metro District Office. The contribution of the Intrinsic Factor and Extrinsic Factors to Employee Motivation is in the moderate but not optimal category, this shows that there are still employees who have not fully carried out their duties properly. This happens because there are still outside variables that are influential but not examined

    IDENTIFIKASI SENYAWA FITOKIMIA DAN EVALUASI PENGARUH PEMANASAN TERHADAP DAYA ANTIOKSIDAN BUMBU-BUMBU RENDANG Fauzan Azima, Tutty Anggraini, Nining Sriwahyuni Fakultas Teknologi Pertanian, Jurusan Pascasarjana TIP Corrresponding author; email: [email protected] ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui senyawa fitokimia bumbu-bumbu yang digunakan dalam pembuatan rendang, mengetahui kadar bahan aktif penyusun bumbu-bumbu rendang, mengetahui daya antioksidan masing-masing bumbu rendang, dan produk rendang (gulai, kalio, rendang basah, dan rendang kering). Penelitian menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) terdiri dari 4 perlakukan dan 3 kali ulangan. Data pengamatan dianalisis dengan uji F, dan uji lanjut Duncan’s New Multiple Range Test (DNMRT) pada taraf nyata 5%. Perlakuan pada penelitian ini adalah lama pemanasan masing-masing A = pemanasan selama 30 menit sampai terbentuk gulai, B = pemanasan lanjutan selama 30 menit sampai terbentuk kalio C = pemanasan lanjutan selama 30 menit sampai terbentuk rendang basah, D = pemanasan lanjutan selama 30 menit sampai terbentuk rendang kering. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bumbu rendang mengandung senyawa fitokimia ( fenolilk, alkaloid, flavonoid, terpenoid, dan saponin). Jumlah komponen utama yang didapatkan pada bawang merah, cabe merah, cengkeh, daun jeruk, daun kunyit, daun salam, jahe, jintan, kayu manis, kemiri, ketumbar, lengkuas, pala, dan sereh berturut-turut yaitu inulin 2695.5 ppm, kapsaisin 49.5 ppm, eugenol 57.09 %, trans-cinnamyl acetate 13.32%, kurkumin 2.057 ppm, eugenol 3.43%, zingiberine 2.84%, safranal 2152.2 ppm, sinamaldehid 4.52%, linolenic acid 49.91 %, linalool 7.03 %, sineol 1.07 %, miristin 0.02 ppm, ascorbic acid 31.82 %. Nilai aktifitas antioksidan ekstrak rempah-rempah berkisar antara 15.29 – 63.37%. Bumbu rendang dengan penambahan santan berkisar 1.31 – 26.03%, cengkeh memiliki aktifitas antioksidan tertinggi pada ekstrak rempah dengan nilai aktivitas antioksidan 63.37% dan diikuti cabe 58.16%, bawang putih, 50.12%, kayu manis 43.73%, sereh 36.33%, jintan 35.69%, daun jeruk purut 35.60%, lengkuas 22.77%, ketumbar 22.69%, pala 21.64%, daun salam 20.73%, jahe 16.92%, kemiri 16.74%, bawang merah 16.09%, daun kunyit 15.29%. Perkiraan masa simpan rendang berdasarkan hasil pengamatan dengan rancimat 743; kalio 0.24 bulan, rendang basah 2.7 bulan, dan rendang kering 6.8 bulan.
