Webinar Growth-Mindset untuk Pembelajaran Online Pada Siswa SMA di Samarinda
Pandemi COVID 19 telah membuat perubahan yang cepat dalam dunia pendidikan terutama dalam kegiatan belajar siswa. Kegiatan belajar tatap muka di sekolah diganti dengan belajar daring dari rumah. Adanya perubahan ini membutuhkan kemampuan adaptasi dan ketangguhan karena belajar daring masih memiliki kendala seperti siswa menjadi tidak bersemangat, merasa malas, bosan dan menunjukkan menurunnya motivasi belajar. Sikap ini akan menghambat siswa dalam mencapai tujuan belajar dan mengalami stress akademik. Siswa yang memiliki growth mindset akan lebih dapat berusaha lebih, melihat tantangan dan kegagalan dari sisi positif serta mencari strategi baru untuk menghadapi masalah. Edukasi mengenai mindset dibutuhkan untuk prevensi dan membangun pribadi siswa yang tangguh selama belajar jarak jauh di masa pandemi COVID-19
INTENSI BERBAGI PENGETAHUAN PADA DOSEN DI UNIVERSITAS “X”
<p>Nowadays, economy has changed from industry era to knowledge based economy. Indonesia as one of developing countries need to build, invest, and focus in the knowledge and technology for the economy growth, because it can benefit to become more equal participant in the global development process. Knowledge is the main part that plays an important role for an organization. Knowledge management is a method to increase the process of sharing, distribution and creating knowledge in an organization. Knowledge sharing is part of the process, where one shares their knowledge and ideas through<br />discussion in order to create new knowledge or new ideas. Lecturers are the asset of university’s development and knowledge sharing intention is a positive attitude that should be developed. The aim of this research is to describe the knowledge sharing intention among lecturers in “X” university. This research used quantitative research. Knowledge sharing intention questionnaire was created based on the Theory of Planned Behavior by Azjen (2006). There was 58 lecturers filled the questionnaire. The result revealed that the knowledge intention sharing among lectures was very low (24.1%), low (34.5%), high<br />(17.2%) and very high (24.1%). The response of some open-ended questions identified some factors that hinder their intention to share knowledge, such as lack of confidence, lack of experiences, the limitation of knowledge, and opportunity to share.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Keywords:</strong> Knowledge, Knowledge sharing intention, lecturers</p></jats:p
HUBUNGAN BUDAYA INDIVIDUALIS-KOLEKTIF DAN MOTIVASI BERBELANJA HEDONIK PADA MASYARAKAT KOTA JAKARTA
<p><em>Many shopping centers try to create an environment that makes consumers feel comfortable when they do shopping. Hedonic shopping motivation relates to contentment and enjoyment by shopping experience, it creates happiness feeling. Hedonic shopping motivation can not be separated from the role of culture in the society. This research aimed to know the relationship between individualist-collective culture with hedonic shopping motivation among people in Jakarta. The research used non ecperimental quantitative research. The data was collected by distributing hedonic shopping motivation and individualist-collective culture questionnaire. Total respondents in this research were 134 people. The results revealed collective culture (mean= 18.33) has higher mean rather than individualist culture (mean= 17.29). Statistic analysis with Spearman Coorelation, r= 0.187 ad p= 0.031 &lt; 0.05. Meanwhile, individualistic culture showed no coorelation with hedonic shopping motivation, r= 0.164 and p= 0.059 &gt;0.05. Collective culture also had significant relationship with role shopping (r= 0.241, p= 0.005), social shopping (r=0.179, p= 0.038) and value shopping (r= 0.241, p= 0.042). The research concluded people in Jakarta tend to have collective culture. There was a relationsip between collective culture and hedonic shopping motivation, especially role shopping, social shopping dan value shopping.</em></p><p> </p><p><strong>Keywords: </strong><em>Hedonic Shopping Motivation, Culture, Collective Culture, Individualistic Culture</em></p></jats:p
Tipe kepribadian OCEAN dengan career decision self efficacy pada mahasiswa tingkat akhir di Jakarta
Big Five theory of personality types OCEAN able to predicted some variables about the world of industry and organizations such as the belief in career development, and decision-making process would be a career. The purposed of this study was to determine the relationship OCEAN personality with career decision self-efficacy at final year students in Jakarta. This type of research was quantitative correlation method of data collection instruments BFI (Big Five Inventory) and CDS - SF . Subjects numbered 208 final year students in Jakarta taken by incidental sampling technique. Analysis used Pearson product moment correlation. The results mentioned the existence of a positive relationship between the domain extraversion, conscientiousness, agreeableness, openness to experience with career decision self-efficacy (p=0,000), and there was not significant relationship between neuroticism with career decision self-efficacy (p=0,138) at the student level final in Jakarta
Mindfulness sebagai Mediator Fear of Missing Out dan Problematic Internet Use pada Penduduk Asli Digital
The development of internet technology creates a new need for digital natives in order to stay online. The desire to stay connected due to not to be left behind by trends and information is known as fear of missing out (FoMO), thus individuals getting more involved in problematic internet use (PIU). Mindfulness is believed to influence how the relationship between FoMO and PIU. This research aims to know the role of mindfulness as a mediator of the relationship between FoMO and PIU. The number of research subjects were 286 people with age range 17-25 years old in Jakarta. The research method is quantitative. Data were collected using the FoMO scale questionnaire, Mindful Attention Awareness Scale (MAAS), and Generalized Problematic Internet Use Scale 2 (GPIUS 2). Analysis technique used was path analysis. The results revealed that mindfulness did not perfectly mediate FoMO and PIU. However, the path is in line between the variables, which there is a negative relationship between FoMO and mindfulness, mindfulness negatively related to PIU and FoMO positively coorelated to PIU
TIPE KEPRIBADIAN OCEAN DENGAN CAREER DECISION SELF EFFICACY PADA MAHASISWA TINGKAT AKHIR DI JAKARTA
Teori Big Five untuk tipe kepribadian OCEAN mampu memprediksi beberapa variabel seputar dunia industri dan organisasi seperti keyakinan dalam mengembangkan karir, dan proses pengambilan keputusan akan karir. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan kepribadian OCEAN dengan career decision self efficacy pada mahasiswa tingkat akhir di Jakarta. Jenis penelitian yaitu korelasional kuantitatif dengan metode pengumpulan data instrumen BFI (Big Five Inventory) dan CDS-SF. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 208 mahasiswa tingkat akhir di Jakarta yang diambil dengan teknik sampling incidental. Analisa menggunakan korelasi pearson product moment. KETERKAITAN ANTARA SELF-ESTEEM DENGAN ORIENTASI MASA DEPAN TERHADAP PERNIKAHAN PADA SISWA SMPN X, Y, Z KABUPATEN MALANG
Situasi sosial mengenai penikahan dini remaja di Malang yaitu di bawah usia 18 tahun terus meningkat. Hal ini dikarenakan fenomena perilaku seksual bebas menjadi hal yang umum di kalangan remaja awal di Malang. Harga diri remaja awal masih berkembang dan menjadi masalah karena mereka cenderung terikat pada penerimaan orang lain. Masa remaja merupakan masa seseorang memikirkan orientasi masa depannya yang mencakup orientasi bidang pendidikan, karir, dan pernikahan yaitu orientasi masa depan, namun fenomena menikah dini sangat memprihatinkan untuk anak remaja di Malang. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini berusaha untuk mengetahui bagaimana harga diri remaja di Malang dan orientasi masa depan di bidang pernikahan dan hubungan kedua variabel. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pada pelajar SMP dari tiga sekolah, yaitu SMPN X Kecamatan Wajak, SMPN Y di Kecamatan Tumpang, dan SMPN Z di Kecamatan Poncokusumo. Jumlah sampel diperoleh sebanyak 345 orang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif, dengan jenis penelitian korelasi. Hasil penelitian diperoleh nilai koefisien (r) sebesar 0,247 dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0.000< 0.05, maka dapat disimpulkan terdapat hubungan antara harga diri dengan orientasi masa depan dengan kekuatan korelasi lemah. Dari ketiga kecamatan memiliki gambaran self-esteem dan orientasi masa depan di bidang pernikahan yang berbeda-beda
Hubungan Work-Life Balance dan Parenting Stress pada Ibu yang Bekerja di Perusahaan
Working mothers often face the challenge of balancing their work and family responsibilities, which could lead to parenting stress if they fail to achieve a healthy work-life balance. A recent study used convenience sampling to gather data from 404 participants to explore the relationship between work-life balance and parenting stress. The researchers used the Work-Life Balance Scale and the Parenting Stress Index-Short Form (PSI-SF) as tools to measure these two variables. The results revealed a positive correlation between work-life balance and parenting stress. The interference of work with personal life and vice versa was found to be associated with personal distress and childrearing stress. On the other hand, the work/personal life enhancement aspect of work-life balance was negatively correlated with both aspects of parenting stress. These findings highlight the importance of maintaining the mental health of working mothers by balancing their work and personal roles, as it enables them to cope with parenting stress, which ultimately affects the psychological well-being of their children and families.Seorang ibu yang bekerja memiliki peran ganda dalam kehidupan mereka yaitu sebagai ibu di rumah sekaligus menjadi seorang pekerja. Peran ganda tersebut seringkali membuat seorang ibu lebih rentan untuk mengalami parenting stress jika tidak mempertimbangkan work-life balance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara work-life balance dan parenting stress pada ibu yang bekerja di perusahaan. Partisipan sejumlah 404 orang yang terlibat dalam penelitian korelasional ini didapatkan dengan metode convenience sampling. Alat ukur yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Work-Life Balance Scale dan Parenting Stress Index-Short Form (PSI-SF). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan adanya korelasi positif antara dua aspek work-life balance (work interference with personal life dan personal life interference with work) dengan kedua aspek parenting stress (personal distress dan childrearing stress). Selain itu, terdapat korelasi negatif antara aspek ketiga work-life balance (yaitu work/personal life enhancement) dengan kedua aspek parenting stress. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa work-life balance berkorelasi dengan parenting stress. Hasil penelitian memberikan implikasi pengetahuan pentingnya menjaga kesehatan mental ibu dengan menyeimbangkan antara peran kerja dan personal sehingga orang tua dapat mengatasi parenting stress, yang akhirnya akan berdampak pada kesejahteraan psikologis anak dan keluarga
HUBUNGAN COPING STRES TERHADAP KUALITAS HIDUP PENDERITA SKIZOFRENIA PADA MASA REMISI SIMPTOM
<p><em>Schizophrenia is a mental disorder characterized by the appearance of symptoms such as hallucinations and delusions. The decrease in the frequency and intensity of symptoms is also called the period of symptom remision. Excessive unresolved stress conditions associated with recurrence / reappearance of schizophrenia symptoms. Relapse can affect the quality of life in people with schizophrenia during remission of symptoms.The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between stress coping with quality of life in people with schizophrenia period remission symptom. This research is a quantitative study with correlational approach. The design of this study used is cross sectional. This study enrolled 52 people with schizophrenia disorder during the remission of symptoms. The data were collected using an adapted questionnaire, the SQLS (Self-Report Quality of Life measure for people with Schizophrenia) and the COPE Brief. Data analysis was done by using Pearson correlation statistic technique.</em><em> </em><em>The results showed that there was no correlation between stress coping and quality of life in schizophrenic patients on remission of symptom (p = 0,765, p&gt; 0,05). There is no relationship between coping stress and quality of life caused by many other factors that affect the quality of life, namely negative stigma, self-mastery, family support, socioeconomic, treatment factors.</em></p><p><em> </em></p><p><strong><em>Keywords:</em></strong><em> coping stress, quality of life, schizophrenia</em></p></jats:p
HUBUNGAN ANTARA WORK FAMILY CONFLICT DENGAN KUALITAS KEHIDUPAN KERJA PADA KARYAWATI YANG TELAH MENIKAH DI PT. K
Seiring dengan perkembangan ekonomi yang semakin maju di era globalisasi ini, sudah tidak asing bagi masyarakat melihat wanita yang meniti karirnya dalam perusahaan. Wanita yang telah menikah dan juga meniti karirnya seringkali mengalami work family conflict.work family conflictyang tinggi dialami oleh karyawati yang bekerja di PT.K. Melihat adanya fenomena work family conflictyang dialami oleh karyawati di PT.K, peneliti tertarik untuk melihat kaitannya dengan kualitas kehidupan kerja yang dimiliki oleh karyawati di PT.K. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian korelasional. Subjek dari penelitian ini adalah 116orang karyawati yang telah menikah, memiliki anak, dan juga merupakan karyawan tetap PT.K. Data diperoleh melalui instrumen penelitian yang disusun sendiri oleh peneliti. Untuk melihat apakah terdapat hubungan antara work family conflictdengan kualitas kehidupan kerja peneliti menggunakan korelasi pearson. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah terdapat hubungan negatif signifikan yang cukup kuat antara work family conflictdengan kualitas kehidupan kerja. Perusahaan diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kualitas kehidupan kerja pada perusahaan agar dapat membantu karyawati untuk dapat menyeimbangkan perannya, sehingga perusahaan dapat memiliki sumber daya yang baik dan dapat mencapai tujuan perusahaan. Kata kunci: Konflik kerja keluarga, kualitas kehidupan keja, karyawati yang telah menika
