Pembuatan cocktail dress variasi ruffles pleats
ABSTRAK Amelia Rahma Devi 2011. Pembuatan Cocktail Dress Variasi Ruffles Pleats. Pd. Kata Kunci: Cocktail dress, variasi ruffles pleats. Busana adalah segala sesuatu yang dikenakan oleh seseorang dari ujung rambut sampai ujung kaki, termasuk pelengkap busana, tatarias wajah dan tatarias rambutnya. Dunia busana berkembang berdasarkan kebutuhan masyarakat dalam berbusana. Tren busana pesta terus mengalami perkembangan, salah satunya adalah cocktail dress. Cocktail dress merupakan gaun pendek (sampai batas lutut atau lebih), biasanya dibuat dari bahan wol ringan, satin, sutera, beludru, atau bahan mewah lain, juga dapat dihias dengan bordir atau hiasan dekoratif lain, dengan potongan yang memamerkan pundak serta lengan atas. Ruffles pleats dipilih sebagai variasi karena keduanya memiliki keunikan tersendiri. Jika keduanya digunakan dalam pembuatan cocktail dan dress akan memberikan kesan glamor dan feminim. Jenis pleats yang digunakan penulis yaitu sunray pleats dan knife pleats. Dalam pembuatan cocktail dress kali ini, penulis membuat karya cocktail dress dari bahan kain “dobby kombinasi”, kain organdi dan kain tile.Proses pembuatan yang dilakukan adalah pattern, cutting, sewing, dan finishing. Biaya yang dikeluarkan adalah Rp 348.700,00. Hasil yang diperoleh dari pembuatan busana pesta ini adalah berupa cocktail dress berbahan “doby kombinasi” dengan variasi ruffles pleats. Saran yang dapat diberikan adalah pada saat pembuatan cocktail dress ini adalah pada saat pembuatan ruffles pleats sebaiknya bahan dipleats telebih dalulu sebelum dipotong agar tekstur pleats pada pola ruffles pleats bisa lebih terlihat serta pola ruffles pleats dihasilkan lebih bergelombang

This research aims to determine the role of the school principal in planning, organizing, implementing, and controlling educational programs to improve the quality of education at MI Plus Nur Rahma and to determine the role of the school principal in implementing The principal\u27s management function is to improve the quality of education through process quality at MI Plus Nur Rahma. The type of research that the author used in this research is field research. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach. Faktor Protektif Resiliensi pada Remaja yang Menikah Muda
Getting married at a young age is certainly a new challenge for teenagers. The married life that is lived is certainly not easy for every teenage couple so it requires the ability to be able to continue to be physically and mentally healthy which can ultimately maintain their marriage. This ability is called resilience. Various factors such as adolescent personality, family and also the environment have a major influence on the ability of adolescents to live married life. This study aims to find out how the protective factors for resilience in adolescent couples who marry young so that it can eventually make them have high resilience which can ultimately make their marriage successful. This study uses a phenomenological qualitative method which aims to describe an in-depth meaning related to protective factors for resilience in young married adolescents. The results of this study indicate that each adolescent pair has a different component of protective factors depending on the problems experienced by each partner. In the first pair, namely WS as wife and AW as husband, WS has a dominant component of protective factors in the component of family factors, while in AW has a component of protective factors that is dominant in the component of developmental factors. In the second pair, namely TW as wife and WN as husband, the three protective factors namely developmental factors, family factors and community factors became their reinforcement in dealing with problems in the household.Menikah di usia muda tentu menjadi tantangan baru bagi remaja. Kehidupan pernikahan yang dijalani tentu tidak mudah bagi setiap pasangan remaja sehingga membutuhkan kemampuan untuk dapat terus sehat secara fisik dan mental yang akhirnya dapat mempertahankan pernikahannya. Kemampuan ini disebut dengan resiliensi. Berbagai faktor seperti kepribadian remaja, keluarga dan juga lingkungan memiliki pengaruh besar terhadap kemampuan remaja dalam menjalani kehidupan pernikahan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana faktor protektif resiliensi pada pasangan remaja yang menikah muda sehingga akhirnya dapat membuat mereka menjadi memiliki resiliensi tinggi yang akhirnya dapat membuat pernikahan mereka menjadi sukses. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif fenomenologis yang bertujuan untuk menggambarkan satu makna secara mendalam yang berkaitan dengan fakfor protektif resiliensi pada remaja yang menikah muda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa setiap pasangan rejama memiliki komponen faktor protektif yang berbeda-beda tergantung pada masalah yang dialami setiap pasangan. Pada pasangan pertama yaitu WS sebagai istri dan AW sebagai suami, WS memiliki komponen faktor protektif yang dominan pada komponen faktor keluarga sedangkan pada AW memiliki komponen faktor protektif yang dominan pada komponen faktor perkembangan. Gambaran Distribusi dan Identifikasi Kandungan Formalin pada Mie Tiau yang Diproduksi oleh Produsen Mie Tiau di Kota Medan Tahun 2017
Food safety is determined by whether or not there are components that are dangerous both physically, chemistry or microbiology. Food is being sold now are all inseparable from the risks of chemical impurities one being the use of chemical preservatives such as formaldehyde. Wet noodle kwetiaw is made from white rice flour, not drained and most experienced rapid decay. The different ways people do to keep kwetiaw so that it can last a long time, one of them with the use of formaldehyde.
The purpose of this research is to know whether there is content of formaldehyde are produced by the manufacturer of Kwetiaw in Medan as well as knowing the amount of production, distribution channels, the physical characteristics and the Noodle store the noodles.
This research is survey research in descriptive. Method of sampling is purposive sampling that based on the characteristics of noodle. The method of primary data collection is done by direct observation, interviews, and laboratory testing with reduction-oxidation reaction method.
Based on the test results, the entire sample (5 sample) Kwetiaw did not contain formaldehyde. This is in acordance with Permenkes RI No. 033 in 2012 which States that formaldehyde is not allowed are added in food. The production of kwetiau everyday is quite high, but the kwetiau produced is always sold out. This is what makes manufacturer do not use formalin as a preservative.
The conclusion that kwetiaw produced by manufacturer Kwetiaw in Medan does not contain formaldehyde. The advice that could be given to health department of Medan and The Agency for Food And Drug Control of Province Sumatera Utara to remain supervise and provide socialization about formaldehyde and dangers. And to manufacturer Kwetiaw so as not to use formalin as food additives because of the negative impact for health. Further research is advised to be research about the preservatives other.Keamanan pangan ditentukan oleh ada tidaknya komponen yang berbahaya baik secara fisik, kimia maupun mikrobiologi. Makanan yang dijual sekarang ini semuanya tidak terlepas dari resiko cemaran kimia salah satunya penggunaan bahan pengawet kimia seperti formalin. Mie tiau merupakan mie basah berwarna putih yang terbuat dari tepung beras, tidak dikeringkan dan paling cepat mengalami pembusukan. Berbagai cara dilakukan orang untuk menjaga mie tiau agar dapat bertahan lama, salah satunya yakni dengan penggunaan formalin.
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui ada tidaknya kandungan formalin yang diproduksi oleh produsen Mie Tiau di Kota Medan serta mengetahui jumlah produksi, jalur distribusi, karakteristik fisik Mie dan masa simpan Mie.
Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah suvei yang bersifat deskriptif. Metode pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan cara purposive sampling, yaitu berdasarkan ciri-ciri mie berformalin. 2012 yang menyatakan bahwa formalin tidak diperbolehkan ditambahkan dalam makanan. Hasil produksi mie tiau per hari cukup tinggi, namun Mie Tiau yang diproduksi selalu habis terjual. Hal inilah yang membuat produsen tidak menggunakan formalin sebagai pengawet.
Kesimpulan bahwa Mie Tiau yang diproduksi oleh produsen Mie Tiau di Kota Medan tidak mengandung formalin. Adapun saran yang dapat diberikan yaitu untuk Dinas Kesehatan Kota Medan dan Badan Pengawasan Obat dan Makanan Provinsi Sumatera Utara agar tetap mengawasi dan memberikan sosialisasi mengenai formalin dan bahayanya. Dan untuk Produsen Mie Tiau agar

Pertanggungjawaban Notaris Terhadap Akad Pembiayaan Fiktif (Studi Putusan PN Bogor No: 125/Pid.Sus/2014/PN.BGR.)
Dalam menyalurkan pembiayaan dan melakukan kegiatan usaha lainnya, Bank Syariah dan UUS wajib menempuh cara-cara yang tidak merugikan Bank Syariah dan/atau UUS dan kepentingan Nasabah yang mempercayakan dananya. Hal tesebut berbeda dengan kasus dalam perkara Putusan Pengadilan Negeri Bogor No.:125/PID.SUS/2014/PN.BGR, telah terjadi 113 pembiayaan fiktif pada PT.BSM yang melibatkan Terdakwa yang merupakan Notaris dan Terdakwa dikenakan sanksi pidana penjara 5 bulan 6 hari karena terbukti secara sah dan meyakinkan melanggar Pasal 264 Ayat 1 KUHP melakukan tindak pemalsuan akta otentik. Penelitian dilakukan utuk mengetahui aspek hukum pembiayaan syariah berdasarkan Akad Murabahah, kedudukan hukum notaris dalam fasilitas pembiayaan syariah berdasarkan akad murabahah dan pertanggungjawaban notaris terhadap akad pembiayaan fiktif dalam Putusan PN Bogor No.125/Pid.Sus/2014/PN.Bgr.
Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian normatif yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan yuridis normatif dan bersifat deskriptif analitis. Dalam mencari dan mengumpulkan data yang diperlukan dalam penulisan tesis ini, digunakan data sekunder dan data primer. Alat pengumpulan data yang digunakan berupa studi kepustakaan maupun menggunakan pedoman wawancara, untuk selanjutnya data yang diperoleh dianalisis secara kualitatif.
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, diketahui bahwa aspek hukum kegiatan pembiayaan syariah berdasarkan akad murabahah diatur dalam Undang-undang Nomor 21 Tahun 2008 tentang Perbankan Syariah dan Peraturan Bank Indonesia No.:10/16/PBI/2008 tentang Perubahan Atas Peraturan Bank Indonesia No.:9/19/PBI/2007 tentang Pelaksanaan Prinsip Syariah dalam Kegiatan Penghimpunan Dana dan Penyaluran Dana Serta Pelayanan Jasa Bank Syariah yang dalam perkembangannya kemudian diatur dalam Peraturan OJK No.31/POJK.05/2014 tentang Penyelenggaraan Usaha Pembiayaan Syariah. Notaris mempunyai kedudukan hukum sebagai pejabat umum yang membuat akta otentik berupa akad murabahah antara PT. BSM sebagai penyedia dana dan nasabah/pemohon pengajuan dana dimana kewenangan tersebut diperoleh berdasarkan Pasal 15 ayat 1 UUJN. Unsur Pasal 264 Ayat 1 KUHPidana telah terpenuhi dalam perbuatan yang dilakukan Terdakwa, sehingga putusan hakim dinilai telah memberikan kepastian hukum, tetapi dari segi keadilan putusan hakim yang hanya menjatuhkan sanksi pidana selama 5 (lima) bulan 6 (enam) hari terhadap Terdakwa dinilai belum memenuhi rasa keadilan. Sanksi pidana Terdakwa seharusnya dikenakan pemberatan karena jabatan Terdakwa sebagai pejabat umum atau notaris.In channeling financing and doing any business activities, Bank Syariah and UUS have to do any methods which do not harm Bank Syariah and the interest of clients who entrust their deposit. However, in the case of the Bogor District Court’s Verdict No. 125/PID.SUS/2014/PN.Bgr, there were 113 fictive financing at PT. BSM which involved the defendant, a Notary who was imposed criminal sanction of 5 months and 6 days because it was evident that he had been judicially correct in violating Article 264, paragraph 1 of the Penal Code in committing authentic deed forgery. The objective of the research was to find out the legal aspect of sharia financing according to Akad Murabahah, a Notary’s legal liability for facilitating sharia financing according to Akad Murabahah and for fictive financing deeds in the Bogor District Court’s Verdict No. 125/PID.SUS/2014/PN.Bgr.
The research used juridical normative and descriptive analytic method which was aimed to find out and to gather the data which consisted of primary and secondary data. They were gathered by conducting library research and interviews and analyzed qualitatively
The result of the research shows that the legal aspect of sharia financing based on akad murabahah is regulated in Law No. 21/2008 on Sharia Bank and the Regulation of Bank Indonesia No. 10/16/PBI/2008 on the Amendment of the Regulation of Bank Indonesia No. 9/19/PBI/2007 on the Implementation of Sharia Principle in the Activity of Fund Raising, Fund Channeling, and Bank Sharia Service which, in its development, is regulated in the Regulation of OJK No. 31/POJK.05/2014 on Organizing Sharia Financing Business. A Notary has a legal authority as a public official who draws up authentic deed of Akad Murabahah between PT. BSM and a fund provider and client/applicant of requesting fund based on Article 15, paragraph 1 of UUJN. The criminal element of Article 264, paragraph 1 of the Penal Code has fulfilled in the defendant’s criminal act so that judge’s decision has legal certainty. However, viewed from juridical justice, the sanction of 5 months and 6 days of imprisonment has not fulfilled the sense of justice. This final project report was prepared by Rahma Kurniasari with the Student Main Number 1641211025, entitled “Review of Advertisement Tax Revenue in financial management agency of the Sukabumi City”. This report was prepared based on the result of research conducted by the writer at financial management agency of Sukabumi city. This final assignment report is prepared to take one of the requirements to take a the final trial of the tax diploma III in Muhammadiyah University of Sukabumi.
The author in this final report is a descriptive method. The purpose of the author takes the title above to determine the extent to which advertisement of tax revenues in the city of tax payers. It is known that income from locally generated revenue adverstiment tax in the city of Sukabumi has experienced up and down. This is because the advertisement tax has a inconstan nature and a lack of people are aware of the obligation to pay taxes.
The results obtained for the authors in this final report are that BPKD improves workshop and seminars to the public, so that tax paayers can understand the procedure for paying advertisement tax and can pay advertisement tax correctly. Awaresness of tax payers is increasing in fulfilling tax obligations in advertisement tax, but there are still many who do not have permits or do illegal installation, such as installing pamplets on the shop walls. BPKD Kota Sukabumi optimizes the collection process from payment, supervision, collection to inspection. BPKD emphasizes that if the taxpayer is late to pay, he will be penalized every month at 2%

Hospital services as one of the fields of service that plays an important role. The main indicator to determine hospital standards is patient satisfaction with hospital services. Based on the results of interviews of 20 patients at the Surya Insani Pasir Pengaraian Hospital in Riau showed that all patients were still not satisfied with the services provided by the hospital so they were not interested in making a repeat visit. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality on the interest of inpatient visits at Surya Insani Pasir Pengaraian Hospital in Riau.
The research design used in this study is Cross Sectional. The population in this study were 320 patients and samples taken by accidental sampling were 178 people. Data collection methods are primary data and secondary data. Analysis of the data used is binary logistic regression test.
The results showed that professionalism has a sig-p value of .003 < .05, efficiency has a sig-p value of .000 < .05, security has a sig-p value of .003 < .05 and satisfaction has a sig-p value of .000 < .05, which means it has an influence on the interest of inpatient visits. For the facility variable has a sig-p value of .108 > .05, which means that the facility has no influence on the interest of inpatient visits.
The conclusion in this study there is the influence of professionalism, efficiency, safety and satisfaction with the interest of visiting inpatients, while the facility has no influence on the interest of visiting inpatients. Suggestions for hospitals are expected to be a reference in order to better understand the importance of quality services in accordance with the regulations of the ministry of health in order to optimally improve the health services provided to patients, through increasing the professionalism of health workers, efficiency, safety, satisfaction and facilities at the hospital.

UPAYA MENINGKATKAN HASIL BELAJAR SISWA MELALUI MODEL PEMBELAJARAN ARIAS (ASSURANCE, RELEVANCE, INTEREST, ASSESSMENT, SATISFACTION
ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimanakah peningkatan hasil belajar siswa melalui model pembelajaran ARIAS (Assurance, Relevance, Interest, Assessment, Satisfaction) pokok bahasan fluida kelas XI IPA semester II SMA Islamic Centre Sultan Fattah Demak. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Masing-masing siklus merupakan rangkaian tahapan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi dan refleksi. Aktivitas siswa menunjukkan peningkatan sebesar 21% yaitu 61% pada siklus I menjadi 82% pada siklus II. Hasil belajar pada siklus I mencapai ketuntasan klasikal 56,52% dengan 13 tuntas belajar, sedangkan pada siklus II sebesar 86,96% dengan 20 anak tuntas belajar. Hasil pengamatan kinerja guru dalam menerapkan model pembelajaran ARIAS menunjukkan prosentase 73% pada siklus I dan 93% pada siklus II. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dan pembahasan tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran ARIASdapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pokok bahasan fluida kelas XI IPA semester II SMA Islamic Centre Sultan Fattah Demak tahun pelajaran 2011/2012. ?é?á Kata kunci: model pembelajaran ARIAS (Assurance,Relevance, Interest, Assessment, Satisfaction),hasil belajar.</jats:p
