No full textThe research has aimed to determine the influence of work discipline to the employee performance at PT Hindoli Cargill Kabupaten Musi Banyuasin South Sumatera, the method used by the author are a quantitative method.Data collection techniques that writer do are observation, interview, and questionnaires.Based on the results of the research show the application of the rules on disciplinary violations committed have an impact on employee performance because does not know the indicators that will be assessed by the company, and timing of, in this case the need for firmness of a leader of the company to students.Problems: Lack of awareness of employees to comply with regulations concerning labor discipline set by the company such as (1) There are still staff employees who come late to office, (2) Permission to go home without explanation. Consequently the work that has been assigned to employees delayed or not completed or not realized within the time specified by the company.Suggestions: (1) So that a work is not delayed and can be realized, then the employee can start from within yourself first, after which it can be applied in other occupations. (2) Leader must be more assertive in taking action and give punishment to the indiscipline employee

entrepreneurial abilities (Drabenstott, 2006). The innovation is illustrated as a fuel, while
entrepreneurship is the engine. Both are a source of employment, income and welfare.
An entrepreneurial ability of local people on ecotourism activities in the Bromo Tengger
Semeru National Park (BTS NP) has developed naturally (Nugroho, 2006; 2007;
Nugroho and Negara, 2008). The people are often involved in ecotourism development
programs held by the BTS NP. The author’s study (Nugroho, Negara and Purnomowati,
2010) proved that the ecotourism activities were economically viable than the
horticultural farm.
However, these experiences have not fully produced significant benefits in the
development of ecotourism. Characteristic of the ecotourism activities is a cluster (Fodor
and Sitanyi, 2008a, 2008b), which always put the local people in a less advantageous
position. The ecotourism cluster is an ecotourism organization (Prieto, Gilmore and Osiri,
2009) that involve the local people, non-governmental organizations, private actors, the
national parks and government to produce ecotourism entrepreneurship. The result of
research the author (Nugroho, Negara and Nugroho, 2009) shows that the phenomenon
of social entrepreneurship is an important component of conceptual framework of
ecotourism entrepreneurship. This requires all parties to act to be a social entrepreneur

Ringkang Jawari dance in the Performing Arts department as teaching material in the Banten creative dance course will be described clearly. The Ringkang Jawari dance as teaching material in the Banten Creative Dance course in the arts department has many meanings, including the symbolic meaning that exists in every dance movement, containing symbols, make-up, clothing, and accompaniment as well as meaningful and symbolic attributes. The name of the movement and meaning that is also found in the Ringkang Jawari dance is marked by the dancers who dance this dance using almadad, symbolizing the strength of Banten women in fighting for the progress of their region with a symbol of strength.Especially in the field of dance, in order to preserve and develop the Ringkang Jawari dance, which is a typical art of the Banten people, the author needs to provide wider socialization about the typical dance arts of Banten, especially the Ringkang Jawari dance, to the community by becoming learning material for courses in the performing arts department of FKIP and trying the Ringkang Jawari dance as a dance treasure in Banten
Mass of Malam Jumat Kliwon at Sendang Sriningsih: Sociological and Theological Insights
No full textThis research was conducted using qualitative methods. The method taken is to conduct interviews with 3 sources. This research is motivated by the author's interest in the Kliwon Friday night Mass at the Sendang Sriningsih Maria Cave, Dalem, Klaten. The author feels that the Kliwon Friday night Tirakatan Mass is a form of inculturation in the Catholic Church, specifically for Catholicism in the Sriningsih area. In this research, the author wants to look at the meaning of the Kliwon Friday night Mass for the people in Sriningsih. The theoretical framework that the author takes is to use the Javanese philosophy of life according to Suwardi Endraswara's book, Querida Amazonia Document which deals with inculturation, also from Gaudium et Spes which talks about the relationship of evangelism with culture. This research produces data that the people really feel the sincerity and solemnity of the Tirakatan Kliwon Friday Mass, even though there is no special ritual in the celebration. The absence of special rituals is not a barrier for people to meet and find God

This study is aimed at analyzing the development of the plot, and the relationship between plot and theme in Tolkien’s 7'he Lord of the Rings-The fellowship of the Ring. The writer chooses The Lord of the Rings because it has been the great novel and the best selling during 2001-2004, it has many aspects to be analyzed and criticized.
In this research the writer uses descriptive qualitative method. The writer describes and interprets the data based on the research problems.
In this study the writer is the key instrument in analyzing the primary data is taken from the novel itself and only other information relating to the topic used as a secondary data.
The writer also presents the theories that are closely related to the analysis. They are theories about theme, the relationship between plot and theme, and all of the aspects of plot that is structure of plot which contains the beginning, middle, and end. And also the laws of plot which contains, plausibility, suspense, surprise, and unity. After analyzing the data, the writer finds out some findings, there are: the development of the plot and the relationship between plot and theme of Tolkien’s The Lord of the rings-the Fellowship of the Ring.
The conclusion of this study are, the development of the plot, according with the structure of plot. In describing the whole story, the author starts in the beginning that is told the main character’s life and biography. Then middle that is showed by the main character’s great expectant, surprise, and he face conflict in his life. And then the other elements that make the plot develop are climax that is the main character has been in the top of trouble. The last is the author gives ending in the story. In The lord of the Rings he used an open plot, so the end of this story is unclear ending.
As a suggestion the writer hopes that the reader would be able to develop new ideas about other aspects which are influencing the relationship between plot and theme and the development of the plot in novel, and also the reader can used this thesis as reference for further research

No full textPerineal wounds are a type of tear that occurs in the perineum during childbirth. The perineum is the area between the vagina and the anus in women. Perineal tears often occur during labor, especially when the baby is born and the baby's head passes through the birth canal.To find out the effectiveness of snakehead fish extract on the healing of perineal wounds in hospitals Permata Hati Cikupa Tangerang in 2024.This study is an experimental Quasy research with a group of snakehead fish. The independent variable in this study was the feeding of snakehead fish, the dependent variable was the duration of healing of perineal wounds. The total number of respondents in this study was 10 respondents based on data from postpartum mothers who experienced perineal injuries which were divided into two groups, namely 5 respondents in the group who were given snakehead fish, 5 respondents in the group who were not given snakehead fish which were taken by puposive sampling. Data analysis was carried out univariate and bivariate, to determine the effectiveness of snakehead fish on the healing time of perineal wounds using an independent sample test if it is normally distributed and if it is not normally distributed, use the Mann-Whitney test of SPSS versii 25.The researcher's assumption is that after a study was conducted at Permata Hati Cikupa Hospital in Tangerang in 2024 with the administration of snakehead fish extract on the healing of perineal wounds for 7 days, as much as 200 grams must be consumed every day. The author also conducted an evaluation and made a comparison between the theory and the existing case, the author concluded that there was no difference between the theory and the case, the stitches seemed dry and had been tight on the seventh day.Consumption of snakehead fish or snakehead fish extract has been proven to be effective in accelerating the healing process of perineal wounds in postpartum mothers and has benefits, namely it can reduce homocysteine levels in the blood, prevent heart disease and stroke and can improve children's intelligence and health, and recommends consuming snakehead fish or snakehead fish extract to accelerate the healing of perineal wounds

Doch, es gibt Übungen zum Deutschlernen auf einigen Internetseiten, die bei den Präsentationaspekten noch nicht so deutlich überprüft werden sind. In Bezug darauf interessiert sich die Verpasserin dafür die Präsentationaspekte des Online-Deutschlernens vom Klett Verlag zu analysieren. Die Verpasserin setzte ein paar Ziele für diese Untersuchung, nämlich 1) Die Feststellung der Eignung von der deutschen Onlineübungen in der DaF Leicht A1 auf der Website www.klett-sprachen.de; 2) Die Erklärung der Eignung von der deutschen Onlineübungen in der DaF Leicht A1 auf der Website www.klett-sprachen.de mit Gutachtenkriterien; 3) Die Nachteile und Vorteile von der Onlineübungen DaF Leicht A1 auf der Website www.klett-sprachen.de. Diese Untersuchung wurde durch zwei Phasen durchgeführt, unter anderem, die Versammlung der Deutschübung aus der Datenquelle und die Analyse der Daten nach den Gutachtenkriterien von DietmarRösler Kriterienkatalog für Internet-Lernmaterial Deutsch als Fremdsprache. Der groβe Teil von den Kriterien ist in dieser Website ordentlich ausgefüllt, sodass die Präsentation der Übungen für die Gutachtenkriterien geeignet ist 1) Die Übungen in der DaF Leicht A1 können ohne Log-in (Anmeldung) und gratis abgerufen werden; 2) die Üebungen können durch Firefox 27, Firefox 29, 07.03 Safari, Chrome 35, Internet Explorer 1.8 operiert werden; 3) Die Präsentation die Übungen füllt ordentlich 23 von 27 Kriterien Dietmar Röslers, u.a Kriterienkatalog für Internet-Lernmaterial Deutsch als Fremdsprache, Teil: Übungen und Aufgaben, Rückmeldungen und technische Aspekte. Aus den oben gennanten Untersuchungsresultaten sollten Deutschlernende die Onlineübungen in der DaF Leicht A1 als Mittel für die Selbstevaluation beim Deutschlernen verwenden. ----
Satu hal yang umum ditemukan dalam setiap situs pembelajaran bahasa Jerman online ialah adanya fitur evaluasi berupa latihan bahasa Jerman. Namun, latihan dalam berbagai situs pembelajaran bahasa Jerman tersebut belum secara jelas teranalisis aspek penyajiannya. Oleh karena itu, penulis tertarik untuk mengkaji aspek penyajian pembelajaran bahasa Jerman online yang dimiliki Klett Verlag. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah: (1) Memaparkan penyajian latihan online bahasa Jerman dalam DaF Leicht A1 melalui situs www.klett-sprachen.de; (2) Menjelaskan kesesuaian latihan online bahasa Jerman dalam DaF Leicht A1 melalui situs www.klett-sprachen.de dengan kriteria sumber belajar yang baik; dan (3) Mengetahui kekurangan dan kelebihan latihan online DaF Leicht A1 dalam situs www.klett-sprachen.de. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan dua tahap yaitu mengumpulkan latihan bahasa Jerman yang terdapat dalam sumber data dan menganalisis berdasarkan kriteria penilaian menurut Dietmar Rösler yaitu Kriterienkatalog für Internet-Lernmaterial Deutsch als Fremdsprache. Sebagian besar kriteria telah terpenuhi dari situs ini, sehingga penyajian latihannya telah sesuai dengan kriteria sumber belajar yang baik di internet (1) latihan dalam DaF Leicht A1 dapat diakses tanpa harus melakukan log-in dan tanpa berbayar; (2) latihan dalam DaF Leicht A1 dapat dijalankan dalam Firefox 27, Firefox 29, Safari 7.03, Chrome 35, Internet Explorer 8-1; dan (3) Penyajian latihan dalam DaF Leicht A1 melalui situs www.klett-sprachen.de memenuhi 23 dari 27 kriteria Dietmar Rösler yaitu Kriterienkatalog für Internet-Lernmaterial Deutsch als Fremdsprache bagian latihan dan tugas, umpan balik, dan aspek teknis.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diatas, penulis menyarankan agar pembelajar bahasa Jerman menggunakan latihan online dalam DaF Leicht A1 untuk sarana evaluasi mandiri dalam pembelajaran bahasa Jerman.----One thing that is commonly found in every German language online learning site is the evaluation feature in the form of German exercises. However, the exercises in these German language learning sites have not been clearly tested for the presentation aspect. Therefore, the author is interested to examine aspects of online learning presentations of Klett Verlag's online language learning site. The aims of this research are: (1) Presenting the presentation of German online exercises in DaF Leicht A1 in the website www.klett-sprachen.de; (2) Describing the suitability of the German online exercises in DaF Leicht A1 in the www.klett-sprachen.de website trough good learning criteria; And (3) Knowing the shortcomings and advantages of online exercises DaF Leicht A1 in the www.klett-sprachen.de website. The research was conducted in two stages: collecting German exercises contained in the data sources and analyzing based on assessment criteria according to Dietmar Rösler namely Kriterienkatalog für Internet-Lernmaterial Deutsch als Fremdsprache. Most of the criterias have been met from this site, so the presentation of the training questions matches the criteria of good learning on the internet (1) the exercises in DaF Leicht A1 are accessible without having to log-in and free of charge; (2) the exercises in DaF Leicht A1 can be run in Firefox 27, Firefox 29, Safari 7.03, Chrome 35, Internet Explorer 8-1; And (3) The Presentation of the exercises in DaF Leicht A1 through the www.klett-sprachen.de website meets 23 of 27 Dietmar Rösler's criteria, namely the practice and task, feedback, and technical aspects of foreign language section. Untuk mencapai harapan dalam berumahtangga, semua pasangan menginginkan bagaimana menciptakan keluarga yang harmonis. Dan untuk itu diperlukan suatu keseragaman pemahaman tentang hak dan kewajiban antara suami dan istri. Melalui tulisan ini, peneliti ingin mengkaji makna hak-hak tersebut melalui kajian tafsir baik tafsir klasik maupun kontemporer. Dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif-komperatif, penulis menerapkan kajian analisis dengan menerapkan beberapa kajian dari mufassir klasik hingga kontemporer. Dari kajian tersebut menghasilkan bahwa untuk menuju kebahagiaan yang harmonil dalam berumahtangga harus saling menghargai agar terjalin kehidupan yang sakinah, mawaddah wa rahmah.Kata kunci: Hak dan Kewajiban, Sakinah, Mawaddah, RahmahAbstractInterpreting lafadz in the Qur'an requires a definite understanding, especially in interpreting the rights and obligations between husband and wife in marriage. To achieve hope in marriage, all couples want how to create a harmonious family. And for that we need a uniform understanding of the rights and obligations between husband and wife. Through this paper, the researcher wants to examine the meaning of these rights through the study of interpretations of both classical and contemporary interpretations. By using descriptive-comparative method, the author applies an analytical study by applying several studies from classical to contemporary commentators.
