Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Penempatan Karyawan Menggunakan Metode Profile Matching
Penempatan karyawan dengan dukungan sistem pendukung keputusan merupakan salah satu implementasi perkembangan teknologi informasi. Agar karyawan dapat melaksanakan tugas dan peran pada jabatan yang didudukinya secara tepat dan produktif, karyawan harus mempunyai bebeapa kriteria seperti pengetahuan, keterampilan, sikap, dan perilaku yang baik. Penempatan karyawan ini ditujukan guna menjaga keseimbangan antara tenaga kerja dengan komposisi pekerjaan atau jabatan. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode profile matching, yaitu membandingkan antara nilai target yang harus dicapai karyawan dengan nilai yang dimiliki berdasarkan potensinya sehingga dihasilkan selisih antara perbandingan kedua nilai tersebut (gap). Penelitian ini menghasilkan urutan rangking dari karyawan yang memiliki kinerja baik dan telah diseleksi, serta output dari sistem pendukung keputusan tersebut dapat membantu pengambil keputusan dalam memilih alternatif penempatan karyawan. Software ini dibuat dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan database menggunakan MySQL.Kata Kunci : Sistem pendukung keputusan, profile matching,penempatan karyawa
Optimization of bakery production by using branch and bound approach
Mommy Ai Kitchen is one the businesses specializing in the bakery business, producing cupcakes, birthday cakes, brownies, and donuts. However, it does not optimally determine each bakery’s production quantity, so it offers fewer profits and becomes a problem. This research aims to find the optimal production quantity so that this business maximizes profits. The method used was integer programming using the branch and bound approach, which counts the decision variable value using the simplex method. This research was based on the number of raw materials on handwheat flour, sugar, eggs, modal, and the profits of each bakery. Based on the analysis of the branch and bound approach, it was known that the maximum profit value was IDR 253,200, with eight alternative options for the bakeries that were produced. One of them was Mommy Ai Kitchen, which could produce three cupcakes, five birthday cakes, one brownie, and nine donuts to get that maximum profit. Meanwhile, Mommy Ai Kitchen’s estimation could produce one cupcake, one brownie, and six donuts using available materials with a profit of IDR 78,800. As a result, the profit difference before and after integer programming was IDR 174,400
PENERAPAN HASIL RISET MELALUI APLIKASI ABDIMAS
Penelitian dan pengabdian masyarakat merupakan salah satu Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi yang wajib dilakukan seorang dosen. Keterlibatan dosen sebagai peneliti dan pengabdi masyarakat merupakan salah satu upaya dalam mencerdaskan bangsa. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menfasilitasi peneliti khususnya dosen STMIK Indonesia Padang dalam menyebarluaskan hasil-hasil penelitian yang dapat digunakan masyarakat. Kurangnya informasi bagi dosen untuk melakukan pengabdian masyarakat berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan masyarakat menjadi kendala yang terjadi saat ini sehingga penelitian yang telah dilakukan belum dapat diimplementasikan secara optimal. Selain itu, masyarakat juga mengalami kendala dalam hal mendapatkan informasi terkait dengan hasil riset yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan di lapangan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode berorientasi objek menggunakan alat bantu perancangan sistem Unified Modeling Language (UML). Implementation of Student Satisfaction Information System to the Final Project Services
The final project service is a supervision service from the lecturer for students who prepare the final project. Satisfactory service can be an effective promotion to prospective students. The Quality Control Group (GKM) of STMIK Indonesia Padang carries out one of their responsibilities, namely analyzing student satisfaction with final assignment services as an evaluation of the performance of final assignment supervisors and also to improve final assignment services. Therefore, we need an information system that can help GKM employees obtain accurate results to analyze student satisfaction. The system development method used is to use an object-oriented methodology. The website-based information system that was built (named WALTA (Final Project Service Satisfaction Analysis Website)) used the Likert scale measurement method to measure the level of student satisfaction with the services of the final assignment supervisor with 5 category levels, namely very satisfying, satisfying, quite satisfying, less satisfying and unsatisfactory. The existence of WALTA, GKM STMIK Indonesia Padang employees worked more effectively and efficiently because there was no need to collect students locally to fill out the questionnaire, no need to print out the questionnaire and process the questionnaire data, and the results of the questionnaire were immediately displayed on WALTA. 32 lecturers supervised the final assignment of Odd Semester 2018/2019. It was found 9 lecturers provided final assignment services with a very satisfying category and 23 lecturers with a satisfactory category. Tujuan dari Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini adalah untuk menerapkan aplikasi kebutuhan gizi Ibu hamil berbasis web pada Puskesmas Bungus Kota Padang. Sebagaimana kita ketahui bahwa ibu hamil membutuhkan vitamin yang tepat, makanan yang cukup untuk tetap mempertahankan gizi selama proses kehamilan pada tri semester pertama dan seterusnya. Makanan dan gizi tambahan dibutuhkan agar janin yang berada dalam kandungan mendapatkan nutrisi yang optimal dan ibu yang mengandung tetap terjaga nutrisinya dikarenakan berbagi dengan janin sehingga kebutuhan hamil dan janin dapat terpenuhi. Permasalahan yang terjadi adalah sering sekali ibu hamil mengeluh karena sulit untuk melakukan konsultasi gizi dan kurangnya tenaga Kesehatan juga menjadi sulitnya kegiatan di Puskesmas Bungus. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan aplikasi kebutuhan gizi untuk ibu hamil. Aplikasi dibuat berbasis web dengan menggunakan PHP dan database MySQL. Hasil dari kegiatan PKM ini adalah menerapkan aplikasi tentang pengecekan kebutuhan gizi untuk ibuk hamil kepada petugas kesehatan yang ada di Puskesmas Bungus Padang. Korelasi Kegiatan Magang Industri dengan Minat Berwirausaha Siswa Sekolah Menegah Kejuruan
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara hasil belajar praktik kerja industri atau magang industri siswa SMK dengan minat berwirausaha. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif korelasional. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah angket skala likert. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XII di SMKN 2 Padang, sampel sebanyak 47 siswa jurusan Teknik Komputer dan Jaringan. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan rumus korelasi Pearson Product Moment (PPM). Berdasarkan pengolahan data yang dilakukan, diperoleh hasil penelitian yang menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara hasil belajar praktik kerja industri siswa dengan minat berwirausaha siswa. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan magang industri yang diikuti secara langsung oleh siswa memberikan dampak yang baik terhadap tumbuh kembang minat berwirausaha siswa SMK

The solutions to the problems obtained are (a) The implementation of this PKM is expected to be able to hold training in making promotional media for product promotion produced by members in Acrylic Village, (b) It is hoped that social media training for this promotional media can facilitate craftsmen members to be able to make promotional advertisements. handicraft vendors in increasing product sales, (c) Providing knowledge to craftsmen members about the tricks and ways of promoting products on social media using digital techniques in the Android application (d) The results of their creativity, in the form of product photos, can be useful and advertised on social media to increase product sales. The method of implementing the activities includes four stages, namely: program planning, program implementation, observation and evaluation. In program planning, there are several plans that will be carried out, namely (a) Field Study, (b) Training and provision of craftsman group members. (c) Program socialization. (d) Preparation of training programs. In the implementation of the program, (a) Formation of several working groups of craftsmen based on the type of product, (b) Improving the knowledge and skills of the craftsmen to make their own mini studio to make product photos to be marketed, (c) Demonstrating how to use digital techniques on mobile phones and directly practiced, (d) coaching and training in making promotions with social media to increase sales. Good Sales Forecasting Information System Using Single Exponential Smoothing Method
This study aims to determine the estimated number of items sold at one of the mini market, namely the Tita shop, especially Sari Murni cooking oil, 2 liter packs for the next one month based on sales data for January 2016 to December 2017. The problems that occur at Tita`s shop are is difficult to estimate the amount of stock of goods and calculate the estimated cost required for sales in the next month period, so it is necessary to build a forecasting information system using the single exponential smoothing method which assumes that the data fluctuates around the mean value without any trend or seasonal elements. This study resulted in the amount of 2 liter packaged sari murni cooking oil in Januari 2018, which was 42 pcs. Meanwhile, the estimated cost required to buy 2 liter packaged cooking oil stock in that period is Rp. 609.000,00 with a capital price unit of goods Rp. 14.500,00
