Perbedaan Perilaku Pasien Diabetes Mellitus Pria dan Wanita dalam Mematuhi Pelaksanaan Diet
Background: Diabetes melitus is one of the degenerative disease, which is the amount will increase in the future and needs serious treatment because of complications cause it. Diet is the main therapy to improve and maintain the blood sugar in normal rate. For helping the diabetic patient doing the new diet therapy in their daily living is depend on their attitude and behavior. The long lasting obedience in preparing the meals is one of the most challenge in diet therapy.Method: The aim of this research is for identificated the differences of behavior and the obedience between male and female who have diabetes melitus in diet therapy with descriptive comparative and independent t-test with SPSS version 12.0,Result: The result of this research shows 55,0% males and 70,0% females have bad behavior of the obedience in diet therapy. Beside that 80,0% males and 70,0% females are obey to follow diet therapyConclusion: From the result of this research shows P = 0,093, because P > 0,05, the conclusions is there is no differences of behavior in obedience diet therapy between male and female.Keywords: behavior, obedience, diet, diabetes melitu
PENERAPAN MODEL PROBLEM BASED LEARNING (PBL) UNTUK MENINGKATKAN MINAT DAN HASIL BELAJAR SISWA PADA PELAJARAN MATEMATIKA OPERASI HITUNG PECAHAN PENJUMLAHAN PECAHAN CAMPURAN DENGAN PECAHAN BIASA PADA SISWAKELAS VI SDN 007 KEPENUHAN HULU KABUPATEN ROKAN HULU
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan minat dan hasil belajar siswa pada pembelajaran metematika operasi hitung pecahan penjumlahan pecahan campuran dengan pecahan biasa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) . Pelaksanaan PTK dilaksanakan sesuai dengan jadwal pelajaran yang kelas VI SD 007 Kepe- nuhan Hulu. penelitian dalam 2 siklus. Di siklus I penulis mem- persiapkan RPP dan alat peraga dengan model SCL ( Student Centered Learning ), se-dangkan di siklus II penulis mempersiapkan RPP dan alat peraga alami dan media serta vedio pembelajaran terkait materi dengan model PBL (Problem Based Learning) Maka perbandingan siklus I ke siklus II jauh peningkatannya, Pecapaian di sklus I yaitu 62,9 % dan di siklus II mengelami peningkatan drastic 89,4 %
Sensasi Gerak Benda Cair melalui teknik Stop Action Dengan Bantuan Sesnsor Suara
Penulisan laporan Tugas Akhir Karya Seni "Sensasi Gerak Benda Cair Melalui Teknik Stop Action Dengan Bantuan Sensor Suara", merupakan proses dari awal sampai akhir pengerjaan. Bentuk aplikasi karya fotografi ini merupakan hasil yang didapat selama menempuh kuliah dan pengalaman dari luar kampus. Pengaruh perkembangan fotografi bisa menciptakan pengaruh besar kedalam bentuk visual suatu karya foto. Bentuk visual tersebut bisa dari komposisi yang diciptakan, teknik, dan tampilan display karya fotografi.
Benda cair adalah salah satu benda yang disediakan oleh alam untuk kehidupan manusia. Benda ini mudah ditemui dalam kehidupan sehari-hari atau merupakan benda yang mudah bergerak karena ikatan partikelnya yang renggang. Gerakan-gerakan pada benda ini disebabkan oleh berbagai gaya/energi yang bekerja dan gerakan tersebut berlalu sangat cepat. Namun jika diperhatikan dengan seksama gerakan-gerakan ini dapat menimbulkan bentuk-bentuk yang unik. Apresiasi terhadap benda cair ini merupakan wujud dari ide gagasan yang timbul dari diri penulis sebagai upaya memaknai fenomena-fenomena yang terjadi dalam kehidupan khususnya dilingkungan sekitar yang diaplikasikan kedalam fotografi dengan menggunakan teknik stop action.
Stop action merupakan salah satu teknik yang ada didunia fotografi, tujuannya untuk mendapatkan visual objek bergerak terlihat berhenti. Penggunaan sensor suara pada teknik stop action ini adalah sebagai instrumen pembantu yang fungsinya sebagai pendeteksi suara yang terjadi dari sebuah gerakan dan merubahnya menjadi arus listrik sehingga dapat digunakan sebagai trigger/pemicu lampu kilat/flash. Teknik stop action jenis ini masih jarang digunakan karena dibutuhkannya instrumen tambahan yang dinilai kurang praktis. Namun demikian, hasil akhir yang didapatkan dari teknik ini mampu menutup kekurangan-kekurangan yang ada pada teknik stop action yang sudah umum dikenal
The Perspective of Rural Entrepreneurs in Indonesia toward the Challenges of Developing Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs): An Evidence from Sambas Regency, West Kalimantan Province
The objectives of this study are to understand the condition of entrepreneurial activities in rural regions of Indonesia, particularly in Sambas Regency, West Kalimantan Province. This research used a qualitative research method. The advantage of this research method is the flexibility to form a more comprehensive and deeper understanding of the subject of the study rather than the approach itself. The result of the study reveals several constructs that affect the development of entrepreneurship activities in the distressed region of Indonesia. Isolation territory, lack of infrastructure, and lack of capital funding are the main challenges faced by rural entrepreneurs. Negative social norms of the community also play a major role in hampering entrepreneurship. The fourth construct of the rural entrepreneurship challenge in Indonesia is resource scarcity
MACRO CONTENT ANALYSIS BETWEEN ECO ENZYME AND GREEN TONIC FERTILIZER ON CHILI PLANT GROWTH
Organic waste is a serious problem in big cities. Eco Enzyme and Green Tonic fertilizer are used to solve the problem and increase the growth of chili plants. Research comparing the macro content of both is needed. Eco Enzyme analysis activities were carried out at the Soil Laboratory, Faculty of Agriculture, Mulawarman University. The activity of planting chili plants was carried out in one of the researcher's houses. The activities carried out in this study were carried out in two stages, namely the first stage of analysing the content of Eco Enzyme and Green Tonic Fertilizer and the second stage of planting chili plants. Green Tonic Fertilizer has a higher Nitrogen content than Eco Enzyme. However, Eco Enzyme has a higher Potassium content than Green Tonic Fertilizer. Based on the results of the research activities that have been carried out, it can be concluded that; observation of the height of chili plants after the experiment shows that the interaction effect and the main effect of applying eco enzyme has a significant effect on the height of chili plants compared to applying Green Tonic fertilizer and the results also show that many leaves using eco enzyme are better than Green Tonic fertilizer
PENGEMBANGAN SISTEM TRANSPORTASI DARAT DAN LAUT DALAM MENDUKUNG PENGEMBANGAN WILAYAH PULAU BANGKA
The geographic location of Bangka Islands that was surrounded by ocean was an area of archipelago; therefore the role of sea and land transportation was included as a strategic sector. It was shown by the increasing growth of facilities and infrastructures, the support on the regional economic growth, and also expediting passengers and commodity mobilization. Administratively, the area of Bangka Regency was not bordered by any land areas of other regency in the Province of Bangka-Belitung Archipelago, except the areas of Pangkal Pinang Municipality; however it was bordered by sea and strait. The constraint of economic growth was the economic orientation of Bangka's population on agriculture and residential sectors that was concentrated on the coast lines. This caused by the difficult access forward (to the sea) and backward (land area). These unique characteristic emerged a dominant single direction of transportation interaction along the coastlines. In this case, the agricultural potential on the hinterland areas had the problems of transportation to the market or central collector.
This study was meant to formulate the development of sea and land transportation system that had the possibility to interact not only to the central area of development/growth center on the coast lines, but also focused to emerge new production areas on the islands around and the hinterland areas.
Based on the development of sea and land transportation system, this study concluded to : 1) The development of land transportation to the surrounding of Bangka Islands with the priority on the development of network access between the sub district areas that had access to the harbor with the growth centers located on the central city of the regency and the province, 2) The development of sea transportation system with orientation of services and function that consider the development of movement to the harbor not just city orientation, 3) Regional development planning based from the regional development theories according to the characteristic of Bangka Islands sea areas, besides developing the existing condition of natural growth, 4) The development of sea and land transportation system that was not only concentrated on Bangka Islands transportation networks but also to the growth centers on the other areas and around Bangka Islands.
As the result of the study, the recommendation consist of a) The development of transportation network with the potential of growth, development of land transportation network between the growth centers located on the sub district or zones of harbors with the growth centers on the regency, cities and province that had direct access to economic growth, b) The development of sea transportation with the possibility to the growth of land areas, therefore the location of harbor had to be the strategic priority, c) The development of potential and connective local nodes between the collector streets and collective streets with the nearest sea network across islands and to give access to the transition nodes.
Pulau Bangka yang keadaan geografisnya dikelilingi laut merupakan daerah kepulauan, karenanya peran sektor transportasi darat dan laut termasuk dalam sektor strategis, hal ini terlihat dari pertumbuhan sarana dan prasarana yang tneningkat dan menunjang terhadap pertumbuhan ekonorni wilayah, memperlancar mobilitas penumpang dan barang. Secara administratif wilayah Kabupaten Bangka tidak berbatasan langsung dengan daratan salah satu wilayah kabupaten/kota lainnya di Propinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung, kecuali dengan wilayah kota Pangkal Pinang tetapi dibatasi oleh selat dan laut. Penduduk Pulau Bangka yang orentasi ekonomi pada sektor pertanian dan permukiman berkonsentrasi disepanjang garis pantai yang merupakan kendala pertumbuhan ekonomi akibat sulitnya aksesibilitas ke depan (laut) dan ke belakang (daratan). Akibat dari karakteristik wilayah yang unik, maka interaksi transportasi hanya dominan searah dengan menyusuri garis pantai. Potensi pertanian d wilayah belakang mendapat kesulitan transportasi ke pusat-pusat pengumpul atau pasar.
Studi ini dimaksudkan untuk menyusun suatu pengembangan sistem transportasi darat dan laut yang memungkinkannya interaksi bukan saja terbatas pada pusat-pusat wilayah pengembangan/titik-titik pertumbuhan yang berada digaris pantai, tetapi juga lebih diutamakan terhadap munculnya pusat-pusat produksi baru yang berada diwilayah belakang dan pulau-pulau di sekitarnya. •
Berdasarkan pengembangan sistem transportasi darat dan laut tersebut, maka studi ini menyimpulkan : 1) pengetnbangan sistem transportasi darat keliling Pulau Bangka dengan prioritas pengembangan yaitu pengembangan jaringan antara wilayah kecamatan yang memiliki akses terhadap pelabuhan dengan pusat-pusat pertumbuhan yang berada di kota kabupaten dan kota propinsi, 2) pengembangan sistenz transportsi laut yang fungsi dan pelayanannya dengan mempertimbangkan perkembangan bangkitan di setiap pelabuhan dan tidak semata-mata berdasarkan fungsi dan pelayanan kota, 3) rencana pengembangan wilayah tidak terlepas dari teori-teori pengembangan wilayah yang sesuai dengan karakteristik kawasan laut Pulau Bangka, disainping itu juga mengembangkan kondisi pertumbuhan alami yang sedang terjadi, 4) pengembangan sistem transportasi darat dan laut tidak saja terkonsentrasi pada jaringan transportasi di Pulau Bangka tetapi juga terhadap pusat-pusat pertumbuhan yang berada di wilayah lain diluar dan disekitar Pulau Bangka.
Hasil studi ini memberikan rekomendasi sebagai berikut : a) mengembangkan jaringan transportasi yang memiliki petumbuhan, pengembangan jaringan transportasi darat antara pusat pertumbuhan yang ada di kecamatan atau zona-zona yang memiliki pelabuhan dengan pusat pertumbuhan yang berada di kabupaten, kola dan propinsi yang mempunyai akses langsung dengan pertumbuhan ekonomi, b) pengembangan sistem transportasi laut yang memungkinkan untuk pertumbuhan wilayah daratan maka penempatan pelabuhan perlu menjadi prioritas yang strategis, c) pengembangan simpu-simpul lokal yang betpotensi dan konektif dengan jalan-jalan kolektor maupun kolektif dengan jaringan laut antar pulau terdekat dan memberikan akses terhadap simpul-simpul peralihan
Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
The present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed
PEMBERDAYAAN BERBASIS MASJID : BENTUK AKTUALISASI PEMBERDAYAAN DI MASJID NURUL HIKMAH KEMANTAN AGUNG, KERINCI-JAMBI
This article wants to examine the actualization of mosque-based empowerment activities as a transformation of the main function of the mosque into a center for community empowerment activities around the mosque. This is due to the lack of function of the mosque optimally by the local community because it is far from the resident environment. In the end, the management carried out a transformation by improving mosque institutions by optimizing the potential possessed by the community through mosque facilities in order to achieve a better life for the community around the mosque. The research method used is descriptive qualitative data collection through interview scripts, field notes, and other documentation. This study found that the forms of empowerment activities at the Nurul Hikmah mosque were actualized in the fields of religion, education and community service, economics, health (free treatment for the elderly), environmental conservation (toga gardens) and partnerships
Variations on the Author
“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
