No full textThe analysis of global and Russian experience of concession agreements in the transport sector shows the high dependence of successful projects on efficient allocation of demand risk between a grantor and a project company. The article describes major factors affecting demand risk distribution regarding Russian road concessions, contains conclusions and assumptions of the author on current and future trends related to the studied components of concession projects, particularly on the transition from the projects with real tolling to availability fees.Анализ мирового и российского опыта заключения концессионных соглашений в транспортной сфере показывает высокую зависимость успешной реализации проектов от эффективного распределения риска спроса между концедентом и проектной компанией. В статье рассматриваются основные факторы, влияющие на распределение рисков спроса в российских автодорожных концессиях, а также делаются выводы и предположения автора о существующих и прогнозируемых тенденциях, связанных с рассматриваемым элементом концессионных проектов, в том числе о переходе от проектов с прямым сбором платы к проектам, использующим механизм платы за доступность
