Perusahaan Husky-CNOOC Madura Limited (HCML) adalah wakil dari Pemerintah Republik Indonesia untuk menjalankan kegiatan eksplorasi dan eksploitasi minyak dan gas bumi termasuk kondensat dan sulfur cair di Blok Madura Strait. Sebagai salah satu hasil produksi gas bumi, kondensat akan disalurkan kepada pembeli domestik dan mancanegara. Faktor yang mempengaruhi kelancaran export di HCML adalah kelengkapan dokumen-dokumen Pemberitahuan Ekspor Barang (PEB) berupa laporan surveyor (LS). Apabila LS tidak terbit maka operasional kapal akan terganggu karena kuota perusahaan tidak terpenuhi seperti yang telah direncanakan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui alur penerbitan laporan surveyor pada export kondensat MT. New Advance, untuk mengetahui kendala penerbitan laporan surveyor pada export kondensat MT. New Advance, dan untuk mengetahui upaya yang diambil untuk mengatasi kendala penerbitan laporan surveyor pada export kondensat MT. New Advance guna mempercepat proses keberangkatan kapal di Husky Area Madura Strait Marine Terminal.
Penulis menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggambarkan dan menjelaskan data secara rinci berdasarkan fakta yang ada. Untuk metode pengumpulan data, penulis melakukan observasi, wawancara, serta studi kepustakaan. Metode analisis data yang digunakan antara lain adalah reduksi data, penyajian data dan menarik kesimpulan.
Untuk menerbitkan laporan surveyor terdapat beberapa tahapan yang harus dilakukan disertai kelengkapan dokumen pendukung seperti Surat Persetujuan Ekspor (SPE). Pada pelaksanaan export kondensat MT. New Advance ditemukan kendala pada penerbitan laporan surveyor dikarenakan SPE telah kadaluwarsa dan cuaca buruk di Madura Strait Marine Terminal. Upaya yang dilakukan untuk mengatasi hal tersebut dengan melakukan pertemuan dengan pihak-pihak terkait seperti INSW (Indonesia National Single Window), Kemendag, SKK Migas, dan Bea Cukai Pusat, pemeriksaan dokumen SPE secara berkala serta menjalin komunikasi yang baik antar pihak.

Husky-CNOOC Madura Limited (HCML) an Indonesian Company representative to explore and exploit oil and gas include condensate and liquid sulfur in Madura Strait Block. One of the gas production, condensate will distribute to the domestic and foreign buyer. A factor that affects the export fluency in HCML is the completeness of Pemberitahuan Ekspor Barang (PEB) documents such as Surveyor Report. If it does not issue then it will bother vessel operational because of the quota of the company is incomplete as planned before. This research aims to know the issued process of surveyor report for exporting condensate MT. New Advance, to know the obstacles to issuing the surveyor report for exporting condensate MT. New Advance, to know the effort to overcome so it can accelerate the vessel departure of MT. New Advance in Husky Area Madura Strait Marine Terminal.
The author uses descriptive qualitative method by describing and explaining data specifically based on the fact. For submitting data method, the author doing some observation, interview, and library research. Data analysis methods used are data reduction, serving data, and give a conclusion.
There are some steps to issue the surveyor report and completed by supporting documents such as an approval letter called Surat Persetujuan Ekspor (SPE). These are obstacles found in MT. New Advance while exporting condensates such as an expired SPE and bad weather in Madura Strait Marine Terminal. To overcome those problems by meeting some relate parties like INSW (Indonesia National Single Window), Kemendag, SKK Migas, and Custom Center, check the SPE document periodically and keep being good communicate with one and another

No full textThis research has three purposes: 1) to describe the women figure life in the novel Kembang Alang-alang by Margareth Widhy Pratiwi, 2) to describe equal partnership figure of women with men in the novel Kembang Alang-alang by Margareth Widhy Pratiwi, 3) to describe the perspective of the author about women in the novel Kembang Alang-alang by Margareth Widhy Pratiwi.This was descriptive qualitative study which used the theory of feminist literary criticism which gave more priority to radical feminist literary criticism. Source of data used is novel Kembang Alang-alang by Margareth Widhy Pratiwi. The data in this research is a piece of the story. To collect data in this research is used reading and writing techniques. Data were analyzed by using the theory of radical feminist literary criticism. Validity is used semantic validity, while reliability is used intrarater reliability.The first research results are the women figure life in the novel Kembang Alang-alang by Margareth Widhy Pratiwi was described by two types of personality that is physical and psychological that explained on twenty three women figures, but not all types of that personality were explained on all of figures. The second results are discussed equal partnership figure of women with men in the novel Kembang Alang-alang by Margareth Widhy Pratiwi. The discussion produced three kinds of equal partnership between women with male figures. The three kinds there are women who are dominated by men, women are equal with men, and women dominated against men. That equal partnership is not all describe by the twenty three women figures. No full textThis research departs from the social phenomenon in which women are
forced to make a choice between prioritizing public or domestic affairs. This
choice is a difficult one for women who hold the position of wife and mother in
the institution known as a family. This difficulty arises when such women decide
to focus on their public affairs, whereas society has already established its own
concept regarding womanhood: a woman should prioritize her domestic role as a
mother and wife, taking care of all household necessities. This phenomenon is
represented in numerous novels, including Margareth Widhy Pratiwi�s Kinanti.
Questions arising from this background are how the concept of motherhood is
represented in Kinanti, and why that concept is reproduced by Margareth Widhy
Pratiwi, the author.
These research questions have been investigated using Julia
Suryakusuma�s concept of Ibuisme (mother-ism), which discusses the
construction of women�s roles as mothers and housewives, as well as the ideal
manifestations of these roles according to society. Through the compiled data,
including words, sentences, and paragraphs showing how the ideal of motherhood
is constructed, as well as women�s actions and society�s opinions, the ideal
concept of a mother can be understood.
Research indicates that women currently hold dual roles, as wives/mothers
and as career women. As women are expected to give birth to a child, they are
expected to have maternal instincts, maternal instincts which are expected to keep
women (at least partially) in the domestic arena. In their role as housewives,
women are held responsible for the smooth continuation of life in the household.
It is this expectation, however, which has pushed women to move to the public
arena. Society expects that women will use the public arena to actualize
themselves, with the ultimate goal of giving a positive contribution to their

The Purpose of this final report is to fulfill one of the requirements in completing the study at Polytechnic Sriwijaya. This report entitled "Analysis of Internal Control over Salary and Wage System at CV Hoge Honjo. The author obtained the data from the company by using several research methods, such as observation, interview and literature study. The result’s analysis showed that there were some problems that faced by CV Hoge Honjo. First, there was no recording function and the function of making salary and wage. Second, the absence of documents authorized, and the incomplete documents and accounting records. Third, the dual of duties and function done by the accounting function. Accordingly, CV Hoge Honjo should place a special section to monitoring the recording time and manufacturing salary and wages. In addition, the company should have to separate the functions performed by the accounting functions, rather should provide the duty and responsibility also to the administration and finance department

Income tax is final, meaning that the tax imposition is final or deducted from the total tax payable at the end of the tax year. Income tax on income from bussines from taxpayers receiving income from bussines with a certain gross turnover to calculate, report, and deposit income tax payable. This provision is contained in government regulation number 46 of 2013, regulation of the minister of finance number 107/PMK.001/2013, and circular latter of the director general of taxes number SE-42/PJ/2013.
This research was conducted to find out how the process of reporting income tax on lad and/or building leases, knowing thw calculation and withholding of income tax on land and/or building rentals, and knowing whether the implementation is in accordance with Government Regulation and applicable laws. In preparing this final report, the author uses descriptive methods and data collection techniques used, namely library research and field studies. Literature study is done by looking for references in trusted books, journals, and websites. While the field study was conducted by observasion.
Based on the research conducted, it can be conculed that the process of reporting, calculating and withholding income tax on land and/or building leases is in accordance with Government Regulation Number 34 of 2017 as well aas applicable laws

The purpose of this research is to evaluating adherence to the local tax
payments in DPPKAD Sukoharjo District. In this research contains about non
payment of local taxes in Sukoharjo. In the research can be known about the form
of disobedience, the factor that causes, consequences, and solutions for non-
compliance. In an effort to achieve the target of research, the researcher conducted
interviews with officer in DPPKAD Sukoharjo. Data collection techniques using
literature and documents from the location of the research. By conducting the
research, obtained by the taxpayer is delinquent as a form of non-payment of local
taxes. The most fundamental cause is the taxpayer's level of consciousness that is
still low on the importance of local taxes, the lack of official tax collectors and the
absence of socialization counseling to taxpayers. The author provides
recommendations to give awards or prizes for the orderly taxpayers pay local
taxes owed, adding officers and tax collectors providing information about the
obligation to pay their tax owed. Expactation of this research provides input for
consideration and for non-compliance DPPKAD local tax payments can be
overcome so that it will increase reception at DPPKAD Sukoharjo.

The poetry studied by the author in this study is a collection of poetry books Milk and Honey (Milk and Honey) by Rupi Kaur. This poetry collection book is presented with various hand illustrations and is divided into four major themes, namely wounds, love, destruction, and new days. The stories contained in the collection of poetry Milk and Honey (Milk and Honey) are a series of stories about the lives of women in the face of mistreatment from men and women's enthusiasm to revive.
This study uses a qualitative descriptive method by describing the analysis in words. The theoretical basis used is Roman Ingarden's poetry structure theory to determine the layer of norms in poetry and existentialist feminism theory to obtain women's movements in equalizing their existence. The research method used includes data collection by selecting seven poems, data processing by analyzing the poetry structure and existentialist feminism, and presentation of data analysis results.
