Perkembangan teknologi dibidang komputer yang semakin cepat pada masa sekarang ini
menuntut kemampuan setiap orang agar dapat berjalan seiringan dengan kemajuan
perkembangan komputer.. Sistem pengolahan data kepegawaian pada Kantor CV.KDTO masih
dilakukan secara manual, hal tersebut dapat mengakibatkan informasi yang dihasilkan kurang
efisien dan efektif. Penyimpanan data-data pegawai masih dalam bentuk hardcopy atau masih
berbentuk arsip kertas yang disusun menjadi satu file yang dinamakan dosir pegawai.
CodeIgniter adalah aplikasi open source yang berupa framework dengan model MVC
(Model, View, Controller) untuk membangun website dinamis dengan menggunakan PHP.
CodeIgniter memudahkan developer untuk membuat aplikasi web dengan cepat dan mudah
dibandingkan dengan membuatnya dari awal. Metode yang akan digunakan adalah metode
waterfall yang dalam metode ini terdapat analisis, perancangan, pemograman, pengujian dan
pemeliharaan serta tinjauan pustaka sebagai acuan buku-buku yang berhubungan dengan aplikasi
yang akan dibangun.
Pada aplikasi yang dibangun ini memudahkan direktur dalam pengecekan data peagawai
dan memberi kemudahan admin ntuk menginput data pegawai karna tidak perlu menulis dengan
secara manual seperti dulu lagi,proses yang dibutuhkan juga lebih cepat.laporan file tersimpan
dalam format pdf

No full textPada penelitian ini, penulis melakukan eksplorasi komposisi musik dengan pendekatan melalui aspke-aspek kehidupan yang sering dijumpai yaitu motor mesin 2 stroke. Penulis menyusun elemen musik dari inspirasi menjadi sebuah komposisi musik Thrash Metal sebagai proses penyampaian visualisasi. Kajian pada penelitian ini menggunakan beberapa sumber buku untuk mendukung penelitian ini. Penulis menggunakan metode penelitian bersifat kualitatif deskriptif. Nuansa tegang diciptakan menggunakan teknik pemilihan harmoni menggunakan akor triad lalu menambahkan nada extension di beberapa akor, pattern ritme banyak menggunakan teknik traditional blast dan inverse skank bleast yang payung besarnya adalah teknik blast beat pada drum, dan menerapkan riff dengan ritme yang konstan pada gitar.Kata kunci: Visual, Nuansa, Adrenalin, 2 stroke ““600 METER”: Composition for Combo Band Formation: An Inspiration from Riding a 2 Stroke Motorcycle EngineIn this study, the author conducted an exploration of music composition by approaching through aspects of life that are often found, namely motorcycles that have 2-stroke engine specifications. Compiling musical elements from inspiration into a Thrash Metal music composition as a process of delivering visualization. The author uses descriptive qualitative research methods. The tense nuance are created using harmony selection techniques using triad chords and then adding extension tones in several chords, many rhythm patterns using traditional blast techniques and inverse skank bleast whose big umbrella is the blast beat technique on the drums, and applying riffs with a constant rhythm on the guitar.Keywords: Visuals, Feel, Adrenaline, 2 stroke

No full textThe use of the Certificate of Domicile in the process of sale of Agricultural Land Sale, can be negative in the absence of land ownership of agricultural land whose owner is located outside the subdistrict area of the land where the writer wishes to study more in whether in the implementation of the use of the certificate of domicile has been in accordance with the provisions of its enforcement, so the author formulated some of the first issues in how the use of a certificate of domicile in terms of sale of agricultural land if the buyer is domiciled outside the subdistrict of the purchased agricultural land, the second is how the legal consequence of the use of Domicile Certificate in the absence of sale of agricultural land.In the approach the writer uses is a juridical-empirical approach. the juridical approach is used to analyze the rules related to Domicile Litigation in the legal arrangement of Absente Land Ownership in relation to the practice of sale and purchase at the Land Office of Grobogan Regency, while the empirical approach used to analyze the existing law is seen as the behavior of people patterned on the life of society who always interact and deal with social aspects.In the result of the research on the first problem it can be concluded that in the implementation of sale of agricultural land (absente) by using domicile certificate that is not in accordance with ID card is not allowed in the rule of law which is in effect as opposed to Article 10 of Agrarian Basic Law year 1960, so the use of the certificate of domicile should correspond to the original domicile, and is understood to be the real settlement for settlement, while the second problem can be drawn to the conclusion that the legal consequences in the use of a domicile certificate that does not correspond to the original residence in the case of sale buy agricultural land, making the transfer of the right to the land office becomes ineffective because it does not comply with the administrative requirements of national regulation No. 1 of 2010, as well as transfers of agricultural land purchase rights using non-compliant landlords t the real can be null and void. Keywords: Domicile, Selling, Absentee Certificat
