the Influence of Nitrogen Nutrition Population Density on the Yield and Yield Components of Grain Sorghum at Fifty Centimeter Row Spacing
Two sorghum varieties, Darso and Feterita, were subjected to three nitrogen rates and three population densities. The experiment was conducted during the dry season (1967) and during the wet season (1968) at the Central Experiment Station, U. P. College of Agriculture.
Heading for Feterita was earlier than Darso during the dry season but later during the wet season. While Darso was not affected by season, Feterita prolonged the vegetative phase which would account for taller plants during the wet season. As nitrogen increased from 50 to 100 and 150 kilograms per hectare, heading was hastened.
Grain yield for Darso was higher than Feterita during the dry season. Nitrogen treatments, 100 and 150 kilograms, gave significantly higher yield than the 50-kilograms rate. Grain yield was also increased during the dry season as plant population increased from 100,000 to 150,000 and 200,000 plants per hectare

One of the most important parts to improve the ability to read drawings in learning process is students' learning readiness and teaching-learning interaction on a subject of reading technical drawings, which are often overlooked by school. This study aims to investigate the influence of students' learning readiness and teaching-learning interaction on achievement in the subject of reading technical drawings. The study shows that there is a correlation between students' learning readiness and their academic achievement, which is 0,45; the correlation between teaching-learning interactions exists in the level of 0,67; there is a correlation between students' learning readiness and teaching-learning interactions in the level of 0,34; and there is a correlation of students' learning readiness and teaching-learning interaction on academic achievement, which is 0,71. The coefficient for the variable of students' readiness and teaching-learning interaction is significant in the level of significance α = 0.05. The Diversity of Insect in Paddy Field in Karawang, West Java with Different Pest Management Techniques
The practice of rice crop cultivation will affect the trophic structure and the diversity of insects that are formed. One of the common cultivation practices carried out by farmers was the control of pests by using pesticides. This study aimed to find out which pest management strategies that are effective in maintaining environmental health and understanding how natural enemies were affected by the application of synthetic pesticides. The first treatment was paddy field with integrated pest management (IPM), the second treatment was conventional rice field with a technique of chemical pest management (C-T), while the third treatment was mixed pest management (M-T). Insect sampling was conducted using sweep net, pitfall trap, and direct observation for 10 weeks after planting. Overall, it was found 100 morphospecies, 9 Orders, 56 families, with a total abundance of 6242 individuals per planting season. Based on functional roles it was found 39% as herbivores, 30% as predators, and 14% as parasitoids, 1% pollinators, and 13% decomposers. High insect diversity and abundance were found in the plots using low synthetic pesticides. The C-T control plot had a lower relative abundance of herbivorous insects, parasitoid insects, predators, and decomposers than the other control plots. H\u27 and D index in the Integrated Pest Management (IPM) and Mixed Pest Management (M-T) plots did not show significant differences but differed significantly from the Chemical Control plot (C-T). Therefore, controlling the herbivore insects could apply the pest management based on IPM strategies.

Fluctuation of Insect Population on Rice Field in Pangkalan Sub-district Karawang Regency: Indicator for Environmental Health
Pangkalan Sub-district is a forest edge area in Karawang that is rich in flora and fauna that has not been much identified. Because of its unique location that is bordered by primary forest, agricultural ecosystems in the area will not be separated from the influence of the surrounding forest. So, it is necessary to know more about the diversity and abundance of insects in the wetland rice ecosystems.The research was conducted in Pangkalan sub-district, Karawang regency. The size of each plot was 5 x 5 m (25 m2) and each treatment was repeated five times. Treatments carried out with integrated pest management (IPM), chemical pest management techniques (P-K), and Mixed Pest Management (P-C). Insect retrieval technique using sweep net method, yellow pan trap, and direct observation. The abundance of arthropod species found in 12 Orders consist of: Thysanoptera Order (2.4%), Orthoptera (0.5%), Odonata (1.4%), Mantodea (0%), Lepidoptera (8.7%), Hymenoptera (2.4%), Hemiptera (61.8%), Diptera (2.4%), Derma ptera (3.6%), Coleoptera (8.3%), Architaenioglossa (0.5%), and Aranea (8.0%). Based on the species richness, it was found that the orders of Diptera (25 species), Coleoptera (19 species), and Hymenoptera (18 species) showed higher numbers than other orders. The H 'diversity index in this study ranged from 1.99 to 2.45, the D index ranged from 0.73 to 0.88, and the E index ranged from 0.5 to 0.7. Overall the P-K plots showed a lower population abundance compared to IPM and P-C plots. Intense and scheduled spraying of insecticides on P-K plots causes a lower population abundance, which makes the diversity become low. PENAMBAHAN PUPUK OGRANIK CAIR BERBAHAN URIN KAMBING TERHADAP PRODUKTIVITAS TANAMAN PAKCOY (BRASSICA RAPPA L.) VARIETAS NAULI F1
Pakcoy (Brassica rapa L.) adalah jenis sayuran yang banyak dibudidayakan dan memiliki nilai ekonomi tinggi. Sayuran ini memiliki berbagai manfaat kesehatan bagi tubuh. Penggunaan pupuk organik berbahan dasar urin hewan ternak dalam budidaya pakcoy digunakan sebagai upaya pemanfaatan limbah dari aktivitas peternakan. Penggunaan pupuk ini mampu menekan laju limbah ternak yang dapat mengganggu kualitas lingkungan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian pupuk organik cair berbahan dasar urin kambing terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil panen tanaman pakcoy. Percobaan yang digunakan adalah metode Rancangan Acak Kelompok Faktor Tunggal dengan lima perlakuan dan lima ulangan. Tedapat lima faktor perlakuan yang digunakan yaitu A (kontrol), B (100 ml POC per liter air), C (200 ml POC per liter air), D (300 ml POC per liter air), dan E (400 ml POC per liter air). Parameter yang diukur dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari tinggi tanaman, luas daun, dan bobot segar tanaman. Pengaruh perlakuan dianalisis dengan sidik ragam. Apabila pada uji taraf 5% terdapat hasil signifikan, maka dilanjutkan uji Duncan Multiple Range Test (DMRT) untuk melihat pengaruh terbaik dari perlakuan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh nyata pada parameter tinggi tanaman di usia 28 HST dan parameter luas daun. Rata – rata tinggi tanaman pada usia 28 HST dengan kode perlakuan E memberikan nilai tertinggi sebesar 19.27 cm berpengaruh nyata terhadap perlakuan B. Sementara itu pada parameter luas daun pengaruh signifikan perlakuan terdapat pada kode C, D, dan E terhadap kode perlakuan A dan B dengan nilai tertinggi terdapat pada kode perlakuan D sebesar 11.49 cm2
Pengaruh Electronic Word Of Mouth, Experiental Marketing dan Store Personality terhadap Keputusan Pembelian di Toko Buku Gramedia
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh electronic wor d of mouth, experiental marketing dan store personality terhadap keputusan pembelian produk toko buku gramedia. Metode yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah asosiatif kuantitatif, teknik pengambilan data dilakukan dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner secara random untuk mendapatkan data yang obyektif dan representatif . Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel electronic word of mouth memperngaruhi keputusan pembelian secara signifikan, Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai T-statstics sebesar 5,193>1,95 dan koefisien jalur sebesar 0,365>0. Variabel experiental marketing mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian namun tidak signifikan, Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai T-statstics sebesar 1,189<1,95 dan koefisien jalur sebesar 0,107>0. Variabel store personality mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian secara signifikan, Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai T-statstics sebesar 4,673>1,95 dan koefisien jalur sebesar 0,737>

Karya Patung Seniman Legendaris Jawa Barat dengan Media kertas ini dilatar belakangi oleh ketertarikan penulis terhadap Seniman Legendaris Jawa Barat dan pengolahan media kertas yang penulis wujudkan dalam karya seni patung. Seniman legendaris Jawa Barat adalah tokoh pelaku seni yang sudah lama berkecimpung dalam dunia seni dan berdedikasi selama hidup untuk berkesenian dan mengembangkannya khususnya di Jawa Barat. Penulis yang ingin turut menghormati dan rasa bangga terhadap Seniman Legendaris Jawa Barat tersebut untuk mengenang atas dedikasi beliau yang sudah membawa dan mengembangkan nama Jawa Barat, rumusan masalah penelitian ini yaitu; 1)bagaimana mengembangkan konsep dari gagasan tokoh seniman legendaris Jawa Barat sebagai media berkarya seni patung dengan media kertas? 2)bagaimana mengolah kertas sehingga dapat diwujudkan dalam berbagai bentuk tokoh seniman legendaris Jawa Barat? 3)bagaimana memvisualisasikan patung tokoh seniman legendaris Jawa Barat sebagai media berkarya seni patung dengan media kertas? Media kertas adalah bahan yang mudah dijumpai dan terjangkau, dan mudah mengolahnya menjadi sebuah karya seni yang tidak dipandang murahan tetapi menghasilkan sesuatu karya seni yang bernilai tinggi, sehingga penulis tertarik untuk mengolahnya ke dalam bentuk karya patung media kertas. Dengan melalui metode kontemplasi dan stimulus, penulis mulai mengolah ide kemudian proses berkarya.Proses yang dilakukan penulis dalam pengolahan patung tokoh seniman legendaris Jawa Barat adalah dengan membuat proses digital modelling 3D, kemudian dipotong menjadi beberapa pola dan dicetak (print out), sehingga menjadi potongan yang siap dirakit, kemudian kertas yang sudah dicetak menjadi pola tadi siap untuk dirakit (Assembling),dipotong dan dilem kemudian dibentuk bagian demi bagian, untuk dirangkai menjadi karya patung yang utuh yang membentuk setengah badan (torso) yang berukuran 1:1 manusia. Teknik yang penulis gunakan dari keseluruhan adalah Modelling 3D, Memotong, Melipat dan Menempel. Penulis menampilkan lima karya tokoh Patung Kertas Seniman Legendaris Jawa Barat yakni Popo Iskandar, Barli Sasmitawinata, Ibing Kusmayatna, Darso dan Asep Sunandar Sunarya. Penulis berharap karya yang penulis buat dapat menjadi kesadaran diri untuk membangun rasa kebanggan memiliki Seniman Legendaris Jawa Barat.

Pengaruh Kombinasi Mikro Organisme Lokal Bonggol Pisang Dan Pupuk Npk Terhadap Pertumbuhan Tanaman Jagung Manis (Zea mays saccharata strurt L.) Varietas Bonanza
One of the limiting factors for sweet corn plant growth is nutrients. The state of nutrients in the soil will determine the yield of sweet corn. To achieve optimum results sweet corn plants require adequate nutrient input. Nutrients are one of the important factors that affect plant growth and development. Fertilization as nutrient fulfillment can be done through the application of a combination of micro organism local (Mol) fertilizer banana hump and NPK compound fertilizer. Provision of micro organisms local and NPK compound fertilizers on sweet corn plants is useful for accelerating the destruction of organic matter, can also serve as additional nutrients and nutrients needed by plants, so as to increase growth and yield of sweet corn plants as expected. The research method used is an experimental method using a single factor randomized block design (RBD). The number of treatments used in this study were 10 treatments which were repeated 3 times. So there are 30 experimental units. The treatments were as follows: A. 300 kg/ha NPK, B. 10 l/ha Mol + 300 kg/ha NPK, C. 20 l/ha Mol + 300 kg/ha NPK, D. 30 l/ha Mol + 300 kg/ha NPK, E. 10 l/ha Mol + 250 kg/ha NPK, F. 20 l/ha Mol + 250 kg/ha NPK, G. 30 l/ha Mol + 250 kg/ha NPK, H. 10 l/ha Mol + 200 kg/ha NPK, I. 20 l/ha Mol + 200 kg/ha NPK, J. 30 l/ha Mol + 200 kg/ha NPK, K. No fertilizer (control). The results showed that the combination of micro organisms local of banana weevil and NPK fertilizer had a significant effect on the growth components. Percobaan dilaksanakan di Screen House Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Singaperbangsa Karawang Desa Pasirjengkol Kecamatan Majalaya Kabupaten Karawang, Jawa Barat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah eksperimen dengan Rancangan Acak Ulangan (RAK) Faktor tunggal dengan 4 ulangan. Terdapat 6 kombinasi perlakuan, yaitu A (Tanah), B( Tanah + Sekam Bakar ), C (Tanah+Sekam Bakar + Pukan Sapi), D (Tanah + Sekam Bakar + Pukan Kambing), E (Tanah + Sekam Bakar + Pukan Sapi + Cocopeat), F (Tanah + Sekam Bakar + Pukan Kambing + Cocopeat). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh nyata kombinasi berbagai jenis media tanam terhadap tinggi tanaman pada 14 hst, 21 hst dan 28 hst, jumlah daun 21 hst dan 28 hst, diameter batang pada 14 hst, 21 hst dan 28 hst, luas daun dan bobot segar tanaman. Perlakuan D (Tanah + Sekam Bakar + Pukan Kambing) memberikan hasil tertinggi pada seluruh parameter pengamatan. Pada tinggi tanaman14 hst, 21 hst dan 28 hst sebesar 19,625 cm, 30,565 cm dan 34,565 cm. Pada jumlah daun 21 hst dan 28 hst sebesar 7,917 helai dan 10,585 helai. Pada diameter batang 14 hst, 21 hst dan 28 hst sebesar 0,412 cm, 0,572 cm dan 0,97 cm, luas daun tanaman sebesar 574,065 cm2 serta hasil bobot segar tanaman sebesar 116,527 gram
