A mulher na poesia de cordel de Leandro Gomes de Barros
No full textStudies the presence of the feminine behavior in the twine poetry of Leandro Gomes de Barros, from the brazilian cultural revalorizes in its multiple looks, which if they had reflected, in the diverse scientific, educational and social fields. For in such a way, it establishes the boarding of literary and social analysis from the perception of the feminine universe in the twine. It points out the sprouting of the twine literature, with the focus directed to its characteristics and formal structure. Feminist verifies the epistemological analysis – that she confers practical the feminine behavior as contributing in cultural the popular author twine, the source of the woman participant author and not personage of the twine. From this context, concernment‘s questions to the resistance of the twine literature will be displayed until the contemporary, and the relation of the author twine with the presence of the constituent woman while and/or to be constituted. They will not leave of being boarded: the analysis of the feminine image printed in twines, from the technique and aesthetic xylographical; the presentation of biographical peculiarities of Leandro Gomes de Barros and analysis of the feminine behavior in infancy, adolescence, maturity and oldness. Also relative attributions to the relation will be made man/woman, characterized for the seduction and feminine devoir of the twine literature using itself of concepts of being able constituent, common singularity and.Estuda a presença do comportamento feminino na poesia de cordel de Leandro Gomes de Barros, a partir da revalorização cultural brasileira em seus múltiplos olhares, os quais se refletiram, nos diversos campos científicos, educacionais e sociais. Para tanto, estabelece a abordagem de análise literária e social a partir da percepção do universo feminino no cordel. Situa o surgimento da literatura de cordel, com o foco voltado às suas características e estrutura formal. Verifica a análise epistemológica feminista que confere o comportamento feminino como contribuinte na prática cultural popular cordelista, na vertente de a mulher autora participante e não personagem do cordel. A partir desse contexto, serão expostas questões concernentes à resistência da literatura de cordel até a contemporaneidade, e a relação dos cordelistas com a presença da mulher enquanto ser constituinte e/ou constituída. Não deixarão de ser abordados: a análise de Barros e análise do comportamento feminino na infância, adolescência, maturidade e velhice. Também serão feitas atribuições relativas à relação homem/ da imagem feminina impressa nos cordéis, a partir da técnica e estética xilográfica; a apresentação de peculiaridades biográficas de Leandro Gomes mulher, caracterizada pela sedução e pelo devir feminino da literatura de cordel valendo-se de conceitos de poder constituinte, singularidade e comum.

Amending the European Insolvency Regulation to Strengthen Main Proceedings
No full textThe EC Regulation No 1346 on insolvency proceedings allows for the coexistence of different proceedings with respect to the same debtor. This triggers certain problems in terms of efficiency of the insolvency administration within the European Judicial Space, thus menacing the effet utile of the Regulation.
The article focuses on such problems, explaining the shortcomings which affect the Regulation and wondering whether the ECJ case-law managed a solution for them.
As a matter of principle, preventing the opening of secondary proceedings seems in several cases to be a suitable means for protecting the main proceedings’ purposes. However, at the same time, not opening secondary proceedings could hamper the interests of local creditors, which rely on it to safeguard their rights on the grounds of the local lex concursus. The author addresses the main aspects of this tension.
The Regulation is under revision as result of a Proposal of the European Commission, which, inter alia, aims to strike a balance between the aforesaid interests at odds. The author, hence, carries out a critical appraisal of the envisaged amendments having also regard to the recent reactions of the other European Institutions
Caracterização hierárquica da morfologia de cerâmicas porosas a partir de imagens 3D de tomografia de raios X
No full textTese (doutorado) - Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina, Centro Tecnológico, Programa de Pós-Graduação em Ciência e Engenharia de Materiais, Florianópolis, 2019.Em materiais porosos, naturais ou fabricados, é fundamental a caracterização de parâmetros da morfologia e da conectividade do espaço poroso bem como a compreensão da influência destes parâmetros nas suas propriedades físicas macroscópicas. São bastante utilizadas para a descrição quantitativa da microestrutura técnicas baseadas em imagens as quais são submetidas a diversos processamentos computacionais seguidos de análise e interpretação. O presente trabalho trata da proposição de uma cadeia de processamento de imagens 3D, com relevância para as etapas de filtragem e de segmentação ternária, que propicie a caracterização do sistema poroso e a determinação computacional da permeabilidade intrínseca sendo aplicável a sistemas com múltiplas porosidades. Calado (2017) desenvolveu uma cerâmica de alta porosidade a partir da emulsificação de suspensões de alumina com óleo de girassol, amido e gelatina. A metodologia aqui proposta é aplicada na caracterização da morfologia desta cerâmica a partir de imagens 3D obtidas com microtomografia computadorizada de raios X em duas escalas espaciais. A primeira escala é constituída dos maiores poros, aproximadamente esféricos, devido a presença de bolhas no processo de fabricação, das maiores partículas sólidas e de uma terceira região, espacialmente conexa e de porosidade não-resolvida (indefinida), quer dizer, uma região onde a resolução espacial desta escala não permite a sua definição em poros e sólidos. Esta região é analisada em uma escala espacial, uma imagem, de melhor resolução espacial mostrando ser formada de menores poros, também aproximadamente esféricos, e de menores partículas sólidas. Tem-se então, uma cerâmica com distribuição bimodal de poros. Em duas amostras cerâmicas, a morfologia é caracterizada e interpretada nas duas escalas espaciais individualmente e seus resultados utilizados em um modelo de composição de escalas fornecendo características do material como um todo. A permeabilidade intrínseca é determinada computacionalmente para as duas amostras considerando-se imagens 3D compostas das duas escalas espaciais. Por último, os valores de permeabilidade das amostras são interpretados à luz dos parâmetros morfológicos e de conectividade medidos nas imagens 3D. A metodologia mostra-se capaz de medir a permeabilidade computacionalmente em um sistema multiescalar de materiais.Abstract: In porous materials, natural or manufactured, the characterization of morphological parameters and of the pore space connectivity, as well as the understanding of the influence of these parameters on their macroscopic physical properties, is fundamental. The characterization technique is intensively used to microstructural quantitative description in images, which are submitted in several computational processing followed by interpretation and analysis. The present work deals with a pipeline of 3D image processing, with relevance for stages of image filtering and of ternary segmentation, which provides the porous system characterization and computational determination of intrinsic permeability being applicable to multiscale porous system. Calado (2017) developed a high porosity ceramic by emulsification of alumina suspension with sunflower oil, starch and gelatin. The methodology proposed is applied to morphological characterization of this ceramic by 3D image acquired by X-ray microtomography in two spatial scales. The first scale consists of larger pores, that is approximately spherical due to presence of bubbles in manufacturing process, and of large solid particle s, also of third region that spatially connected unresolved (undefined) porosity, that is, a region where the spatial resolution does not allow its definition in pores or solids. This undefined region is analyzed in a different spatial scale through an image of better spatial resolution showing to be formed of smaller pores, also approximately spherical and smaller solid particle s. Therefore, this ceramic presents a bimodal pore distribution. In two ceramic samples that morphology is characterized and interpreted in those two spatial scales individually and its results used in a scale composition model providing characteristics of the material as a whole. The intrinsic permeability is computationally determined for two samples considering 3D images of the two spatial scales. Finally, the permeability values of the samples are interpreted in light of morphological and connectivity parameters measured in the 3D images. The methodology proves to be able to measure the computational permeability in a multiscale material system
Filtro de difusão anisotrópico orientado por evidência de borda

Programa de Pós-Graduação em Ciência da ComputaçãoFiltro de Difusão Anisotrópico é uma técnica bem estabelecida para melhoria de imagens que pode ser empregada para suavização de imagens ainda preservando alguma informação de borda. Entretanto, quando é necessário aplicar muitas iterações do filtro, gradualmente as bordas desaparecerão e serão esmaecidas pelo processo. Este trabalho propôs a adoção de mapa de gradientes coloridos para guiar o processo de suavização que claramente define quais bordas serão preservadas depois de muitas iterações. Como característica adicional, o método proposto emprega informações estatísticas para variar o parâmetro de lambda dinamicamente durante a filtragem, permitindo uma suavização adaptativa mais sensível. Os resultados alcançados demonstram-se superiores quando comparados com o filtro tradicional. Anisotropic diffusion filter is a well-established technique for image enhancement that can be employed to smooth images while preserving some degree of edge information. However, when it becomes necessary to apply a large number of filtering iterations, edges gradually fade away and are ultimately smoothed by the process. We propose the adoption of a color gradient map to guide the smoothing so that clearly-defined edges are preserved even after many iterations. As an additional feature, our method employs the statistical information to vary the lambda parameter dynamically during filtering, allowing for a more sensitive adaptive smoothing. The results achievied show good results when compared with traditional filter

whether Regulation (EU) No 1215/2012, irrespective of restating the arbitration exclusion,
brings a novelty in this regard by way of Recital 12—which sets out the arbitration
exclusion’s scope—and Article 73(2)—which safeguards the 1958 New York
Convention. Certain well known issues concerning the interface between Brussels I
and arbitration—such as the risk of conflicting decisions either on the merits or on the
arbitration agreement, the defence against derailing or delaying tactics flouting an arbitration
agreement, the enforcement of anti-suit injunctions or judgments awarding
damages for breach of the obligation to arbitrate—have been reviewed so as to appreciate

No full textEste trabajo pretende ampliar la investigación de la Fábula de Leandro y Hero de Juan Boscán a partir del estudio de obras de distintas épocas que relatan la misma historia. En el artículo se desvelan posibles fuentes que sirvieron al autor barcelonés para la composición de su fábula con la finalidad de reconstruir su origen. La aparición de unos mismos motivos y episodios en obras tan alejadas en el tiempo permite especular con la posibilidad de la existencia de una fuente común que haya servido de modelo a todas ellas. Por otro lado, en este trabajo también se estudia la influencia que ejerció la fábula de Boscán en la literatura posterior del Siglo de Oro.This work tries to extend the investigation about Fábula de Leandro y Hero by Juan Boscán by the study of some literary works of different times that relate the same history. No full textThe article aimed to present the life and work of Leandro Konder (1935-2014) as an exponent of Brazilian political and social thought. With this objective in mind, the authors resorted to the division and approach of his theoretical corpus into three aspects: a) the divulging aspect; b) the political aspect; and c) the aesthetic aspect. Through the exhibition, it can be verified that the author\u27s thought faced mutations over the decades in which he actively participated in the discussion of ideas in Brazilian culture. At the same time, placing emphasis on his political ideas, an attempt was made to demonstrate the historical reasons for their change. Finally, the article\u27s authors tried to point out that the author\u27s work consists in an open source of questions, as well as an introduction to various themes, justifying the invitation to read it.El artículo tuvo como objetivo presentar la vida y obra de Leandro Konder (1935-2014) como exponente del pensamiento político y social brasileño. Con este objetivo en mente, los autores recurrieron a la división y abordaje de su corpus teórico en tres aspectos: a) el divulgativo; b) el aspecto político; yc) el aspecto estético. A través de la exposición, se constató que el pensamiento del autor enfrentó mutaciones a lo largo de las décadas en las que participó activamente en la discusión de ideas en la cultura brasileña.
