    Abstract : The thought of Lanza del Vasto has often be called «pre-modern » or «anti-modern » : hostile to technical civilization, to secularization, to individual autonomy, and to historical progress. Nevertheless, does not his criticism of «modernity » draw as near to «post-modern » positions as to «pre-modern » ones ? In fact, the works of Lanza del Vasto cannot be reduced to any of the common categories of classification : as a thinker of utopia and uchronia, this author remains unclassifiable. The discovery of his thought in all its complexity induces us to wonder about the very principle of taxonomic enterprise, and to question its heuristic pertinence.Résumé : La pensée de Lanza del Vasto a souvent été qualifiée de «prémoderne » , ou d’ «anti-moderne » : hostile à la civilisation technique, à la sécularisation, à l’autonomie individuelle et au progrès historique. Cependant, sa critique de la «modernité » ne se rapproche-t-elle pas autant des positions «post-modernes » que «pré-modernes » ? En réalité, l’oeuvre de Lanza del Vasto ne peut être réduite à aucune des catégories communes de classification : penseur de l’utopie et de l’uchronie, cet auteur demeure inclassable. La découverte de sa pensée dans toute sa complexité nous conduit à interroger le principe même de l’entreprise taxinomique, et à remettre en question sa pertinence heuristique.Rognon Frédéric.     L’auteur, musicologue, explore l’enfance et la jeunesse passées en Argentine, du compositeur alcides lanza et isole plusieurs événements qui auront une incidence marquée sur son oeuvre et ses choix futurs. Elle y voit l’origine de son talent inné pour le dessin et de sa passion pour le théâtre musical. Les principales étapes de sa formation théorique auprès de Julian Bautista à Rosario, puis à la Faculté de musique de l’institut Di Tella, à Buenos Aires, fondée par Alberto Ginastera, montrent que ses principales influences seront d’abord européennes puis, et surtout, américaines. Le vif intérêt de lanza pour la musique expérimentale le conduit rapidement vers l’électroacoustique. Quelques-unes des ses oeuvres sont brièvement décrites. Professeur à la Faculté de musique de l’université McGill, à Montréal, depuis 1971, lanza y a constamment encouragé le dialogue entre l’Amérique du Nord et l’Amérique latine.The author, musicologist, explores the childhood and youth in Argentina of composer alcides lanza, citing several events that would have a marked influence on his work and future activities. She sees here the origin of his innate talent for drawing and his passion for music theater. The principle stages of his early music education with Julian Bautista in Rosario, then in the Faculty of Music at the Di Tella Institute in Buenos Aires, founded by Alberto Ginastera, demonstrate that his first influences were European but also American. A lively interest for experimental music rapidly brought lanza to electroacoustic music. A few of his works are briefly described. Professor at the Faculty of Music (McGill University) in Montreal since 1971, lanza continuously encourages a dialogue between North and South America

    The book analyses indirect perpetration within the meaning and interpretation of article 25(3)(a), third alternative, of the Rome Statute from a comparative perspective. Through a critical analysis, Giulia Lanza examines the control over the organization theory, adopted by the majority to interpret the provision. The objective of the author is to verify whether the dominant approach – resulting from the transposition of Roxin’ s Organisationsherrschaftslehre at the ICC – constitutes a feasible solution in the interpretation and application of article 25 (3)(a), third alternative, of the Rome Statute, or whether it is preferable to rely on different approaches inspired by other legal systems, such as the Italian system. The author concludes that the reliance on the Organisationsherrschaftslehre constitutes an important step in the path towards the development of autonomous ICL doctrine regarding indirect perpetration
